Wunderschöner Garten, ruhige Lage

Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck sollten mehr sein (Garderobe oder Regal). Nach heftigem Regen wurde das Dach etwas undicht.

Location is too remote for an island like Nusa Penida. It’s difficult to drive in the night without lights from places with restaurants and activity so you kind of have to ensure that you get back early.

- Ruhe, Natur pur :D - Frühstück/Abendessen optional - Sehr nettes Personal (helfen gerne bei Transfer/Abholung oder Scooter) - Pool - Liebevoll gepflegter Garten mit einer Vielfalt an Pflanzen - Sehr idyllische Atmosphäre mit Libellen, Schmetterlingen, Vögeln und natürlich Geckos :)

- Im Badezimmer könnte man eine weitere Beleuchtung installieren, am Spiegel war es etwas dunkel

Séjour très sympathique

- Très grande chambre, agréable et propre - Très belle salle de bain - Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu - Très bon emplacement si vous voulez visiter toute l’île, très agréable en scooter

- Le toit n’est pas 100% étanche et il peut arriver que vous retrouviez des petits cadeaux d’oiseaux par terre dans la salle de bain - Lorsque vous louez un scooter, vérifiez bien l’état des pneus et du scooter en général (nous avons du nous arrêter en chemin pour les regonfler), les routes menant vers les plages étant sinueuses, je vous conseille de tester le scooter avant de valider - La carte du restaurant pourrait être plus fournie (3 plats différents seulement) - L’eau de la piscine était stagnante, c’est un point à améliorer (faire fonctionner les minis jets aurait pu être bien et la faire se renouveler), beaucoup de moustiques a cause de cela

Geweldige plek om goed tot rust te komen!

Prachtige plek midden in de natuur. Heel veel rust en hier kom je echt tot rust!

Het is iets verder weg van alle plekken om te eten of de stranden. Weer dat als je hier verblijft je dus sowieso een halfuur moet scooteren voordat je ergens bent.

Petit coin au calme

Emplacement très central de l'île et très très isolé donc calme garanti c'est ce que nous recherchions. Ambiance intimiste car seulement 5 bungalow. Possibilité de manger sur place : accueil et qualité des plats super avec tarifs très modestes. Jardin exceptionnel

Gezellig klein verblijfje

Het personeel daar was super vriendelijk, de twee vrouwen die daar het eten verzorgde kookte echt wel lekker. Op een avond viel de elektriciteit uit, jammer voor de uitbaters, super leuk voor ons want ze brachten direct kaarsjes rond naar iedereen, wij waren toen aan het eten en dat schepte ineens een leuke gezellige sfeer.

A perfect place.

The location is nice. Also it is surrounded by lavish greenery. Staff is also nice. They arranged scooters immediately.

Nothing such. Only thing is, Vegetarian food isn’t available. So plan accordingly. Anyhow, You can search for Indian restaurants which are available at the distance of 12-14 KMs. Food timings are till 9 PM in the evening.

Eine sehr außergewöhnliche Unterkunft. Wer abseits jeglichen Trubels die Ruhe genießen will ist hier absolut richtig. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Die Preise für Fahrten etc. Absolut fair

Etwas zu weit von den Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. der Stadt. Etwas schwierig, wenn man nicht selbst mit dem Roller unterwegs ist

Verborgen parel, aanrader!

Wat een pareltje in t midden van Penida. Prachtige tuin, leuke huisjes met heerlijke bedden, zwembad met zacht bronwater. Het is een acco die is gebouwd in 2020 en grenst aan de jungle waar apen in leven. De lieve tuinman nam ons af en toe mee op expeditie 😃. Ze doen sowieso alles voor je, regelen tours, overtochten en brengen je overal heen. Maar je kan er ook een scooter huren. Ze serveren basis gerechten en drankjes met een uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Alleen de badkamer kon iets schoner en een plank om je toiletspullen op te zetten zou handig zijn.

Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Geweldige accomodatie gelegen in een mooie, groene en kleurrijke omgeving. De kamers zinj ruim met goede bedden. Ook de badkamer is ruim.

Onder en op een van de bedden waren behoorlijk wat mieren actief Dit is gemeld bij de receptie die ons toe zei hier gelijk werk van te zullen maken. Het ontbijt is héél erg sober en moet apart bijgeboekt worden.

Beautiful garden with dragonflies flying over the pool during the day and bats in the evening. Surrounded by nature. Completely quiet. If you're not scared to ride a scooter it's a perfect location to see everything that the island has to offer. 20 - 30 minutes drive to all the amazing beaches and views. Family that runs this place is super friendly. They have new scooters for rent. Food options limited but all delicious.

Amazing host (drove me to hospital & would not let me pay)

We loved the beautiful, spacious & clean cottages with comfy beds. The location is great for accessing the spectacular beaches on the South side of Nusa Pemida without too much driving. But the really, really exceptional part is the service by host Wayan and his family. Their friendliness sttuck us immediately, although we'd already been spoiled by 3 weeks on Bali. They helped us rent mopeds & get laundry done and made meals whenever we needed them. And then... I fell in the bathroom, hit my head and fainted. Wayan drove me ~50 minutes to a clinic & back, waiting for 2h while I was treated. And he refused to let me pay him: such an incredible host!

Thw only thing I can think of is that there was no free dronking water, unlike the other places we stayed at.

The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so keep in mind you will have to drive around 40 min to any restaurant. But, the staff of the place can also make breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This was one of my best stays within travelling 6 months. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy. The very firendly owner created a little paradise in the middle of the jungle. You are right here if you are looking for a quiet place. It is a good place to start tours arround the island.

we had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The hospitality is exceptional and you feel really valued as a guest. The cottages are very comfortable and we really enjoyed that there are only five cottages so you feel secluded.

There some minor things the owner could change about the interior (clothing hangers, extension cable so you have a power output at the bed).

We loved our stay at The Tukad Gepuh. It’s a beautiful jungle oasis, so peaceful and yet still only a 30 minute scooter road to most of the attractions. The person in charge, Wayan, is always so friendly and helpful. He arranged a lift for us to and from the harbour, scooter hire, manta ray snorkelling tour, and delicious food from the hotel restaurant (the fried rice is so good!) Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the beautiful island of Nusa Penida.

The pool in the jungle and the traditional cottage style. Very good price and super well in shape and clean.

The had not replied to my messages and calls to inquire about how to get there. The location is very remote so would be nice to offer some kind of fpod to buy in the accommodation. We were very hungry when we arrived and without car/scooter it is impossible to go anywhere.

Beautiful garden in the middle of Penida

Beautiful garden and bungalow. Nice and attentive staff. Comfortable and clean room!

Wi-fi connection was poor in our bungalow. The staff said the router was placed in bungalow 2, so I assume wifi will be very good in bungalow 1-3. We needed transportation to the port, but had to pay for it even though it was supposed to be included. The hotel helped us book a ferry trip to Gili Meno through a friend of the hotel. It was supposed to be direct, and only 1,5 hours, but it stopped both in Pantang Bai and Gili T, and took 3,5 hours. Not the hotel's fault, but please tell your friend providing correct information is very important. We thought we got a good price, but it turned out it was not that good considering the long trip. I wish there was a breakfast option, as finding breakfast on Penida close by can be challenging. The staff still provided us with a simple breakfast even though it was not a service "on the menu", so that was nice of them. The road from the main road into the hotel was very bumpy and difficult to do on a scooter. All in all we had a good stay, and will return if the WiFi has improved!
