Would not recommend

It is unclear to me why this property is rated so highly. There’s nothing awful about it, but also nothing particularly nice either. Food is average, and the lobby and pool area were so deserted and uninviting that I didn’t spend any time there. The pictures look way more flattering than reality. The rooms are incredibly noisy at night and the mosquito net in the room doesn’t help one bit.

Les lits n étaient pas très confortables et les chambres trop sombres (difficile d’éclater les moustiques ..) Un peu loin géographiquement mais ça va

Totale Entspannung in wunderschöner Atmosphäre

Wir waren für drei Nächte da, wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und waren von der traumhaften Anlage sofort begeistert. So viel Grün, viele bunte Blumen, freilaufende Tiere, die Villas wundervoll in die Natur integriert. Die Villa selber war ein Traum, die Ausstattung perfekt und alles blitzblank sauber. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Ich kann das Resort nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Das Personal ist so unglaublich lieb, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das ganze Team arbeitet Hand in Hand und mit einer Ruhe, die ich aus meiner Heimat nicht kenne. Das Resort liegt etwas abgelegen mitten im Grünen, wir haben es geliebt! Wir haben Abends immer in deren Restaurant gegessen und hatten aufgrund der Vielfalt an Speisen nie das Bedürfnis woanders essen zu gehen. Es war jedes Mal extrem lecker! Die verschiedenen Tiere (Hühner, Hunde, Geckos, usw.) haben uns persönlich nicht gestört.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum verweilen und relaxen.

Ich habe mich total wohl gefühlt, bin sowas von umsorgt worden… 😍 Das gesamte Team ist einfach wundervoll. Obwohl ich dort ganz allein war, hatte ich das Gefühl, Mitglied einer großen Familie zu sein. Die Zimmer sind super sauber, das Essen richtig gut, der Pool lädt wahrlich zum Schwimmen ein. Ich komme wieder 🙏😁🙏

Vielleicht ein bisschen weit weg vom Zentrum. Aber mir hat es nichts ausgemacht.

Lieux jolie Niveau restauration c’est bien

Chambre envahi de rats !!!! Oui oui des rats. Hôtel chère, une piscine décevante et pas propres ! Nous avons fais les activités avec l’hôtel, le chauffeur est un danger publique sur les routes nous avons clairement faillit mourir 4 fois. La wifi ne marche pas ! Des fourmis dans le lit ! Aucun effort pour arranger notre séjour, aucun geste commercial rien Les femmes de l’accueil insupportable et un manager / patron dans le même cas ! Nous avons payé l’hôtel plus de 3000000rp Aucun remerciement rien

Kleines Juwel im Dschungel

Hervorzuheben ist der Hotelmanager Kadek, immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, spricht sehr gutes Deutsch und gibt gute Empfehlungen. Das gesamte Personal war zuvorkommend und jedes Anliegen wurde schnellstmöglich erledigt. Die Anlage ist mitten im Dschungel, abseits vom Trubel, was wir sehr genossen haben. Durch die zentrale Lage in der Inselmitte, perfekt für Ausflüge.

En oas med lantliv runtomkring

Fantastiskt lugnt läge om man inte stör sig på att tupparna börjar gala kl 3 på morgonen. 😄 Boendet ligger en kvarts körväg från centrum och det finns möjlighet att hyra skoter. Annars löser hotellet chaufför med bil för en rimlig peng. Badrummet var fantastiskt: privat badrum utomhus med runda stenar på golvet! 😍 Sängen var jättebekväm. Personalen var fantastisk. Så vänliga och tillmötesgående och löste till och med att vi fick med oss frukostpaket med omelett och pannkakor de dagar våra dykutfärder började innan köket öppnade. Frukosten var rejält tilltagen och det fyllde även min mans behov utan kompletteringar (elitidrottare).

Vår bungalow hade sovrum på andra våningen och trappan upp hade smala steg utan sättsteg med ganska rangligt räcke, så det gällde att ta det försiktigt om man behövde nyttja toalett på nedervåningen under natten - belysning för bara trappan saknades. Hade även önskat att det hade funnits myggnät för sängen.

Je recommande absolument

L’hôtel est très jolie plein de charme Chambre spacieuse, propre avec rangements et tout ce qu’il faut avec une très belle salle de bain extérieure (pour les gens ayant peur des insectes, rien à signaler dans la chambre, c’est assez hermétique !) C’est aussi très rare de voir un personnel aussi sympa et attentif ! Ps : a tester, les pâtes aux pestos, peut être les meilleurs que j’ai jamais mangé, seul défaut : quantité peut être un peu maigre

Peut être que le petit déjeuner manque un peu de variété (pour les gros mangeurs : les pancakes sont impossibles à finir !)

Séjour parfait !

Le logement était très agréable, propre, avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Le personnel était aux petits soins. Emplacement central pour visiter l’île. Le restaurant était très bon.

Seul bémol : il n’y a rien à proximité (pas de restaurant) donc il faut se déplacer en taxi/scooter ou rester au restaurant de l’hôtel

Amazing.

The rooms are great. Clean, comfortable and very nice. The staff is just the best! So nice, helping were they can. Amazing breakfast. The location is ver nice to get around the whole island - you will need a scooter. The best you can get for the price!

Roosters and dogs are in the area which can make some noice. It didn‘t disturb us - we slept amazing.

Resort is truly real nice. Embedded into nature - including some animals (roosters) which don't necessarily are quiet in early morning hours ;) staff is super friendly and supportive. Very good location to explore island from.

Just be aware of location. You NEED some means of individual transportation (scooter, car...).

Incredible

The resort is an oasis on top of the hills. It's beautifully made, filled with people making your stay incredible. You have all the amenities you need, yet peaceful. I felt it to be more Bali than Bali. Loved the banana pancakes in the morning.

I would have probably loved some alcoholic beverages in the menu. The only option is beer.

The most perfect welcoming stay - very happy :)

The moment i arrived at Bila penida i knew it was a special find as the hotel staff were all incredibly honestly lovely and genuine, always so welcoming morning to night. The island has so many fantastic attractions for tourists but this resort & farm is very special for the reasons of investing so much care and attention to detail throughout the resort. I was incredibly happy and grateful to have spent my birthday with the Bila penida team as they made me feel so special by providing a birthday cake welcome and it was such a nice surprise and made me feel just at home. Thank you to the Bila manager and team for preparing such a lovely gift. Throughout my travels in Bali i can easily say Bila resort was my favourite place to stay as the bungalow offered so much luxury and was so incredibily clean. I had the most perfect stay and could have easily stayed longer!

only thing would be limited food menu possibly. The style of the coffee could be improved to a smoother tastier blend, and possibly the coffee can be prepared with a milk throther to provide a smoother texture. But this is only subjective opinion!

Would come back

Staff is super friendly, food in the restaurant is amazing, pool is nice. Floating breakfast was only 150k and so cool! It was great to stay here.

Things that could be improved: - Add hand soap at the sink - Fix the bathroom door that makes a lot of noise when there’s wind - Add WiFi in the rooms - A new shower head (current one is barely working and has no pressure at all)
