About this house rental

Western exposure 3 BR direct waterfront home on Candlewood Lake just over 60 minutes from NYC. Enjoy stunning sunsets from multiple private outdoor spaces including a spacious furnished lakeside stone patio, upper and lower decks and a grassy area amid lovely landscaping. Inside is equally as impressive with spectacular views and an open floor plan. The first bedroom has a king size bed and attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and two twins (trundle) with beautiful lake views. The third bedroom has a queen bed and French door access to the lower deck with full lake views.

We had a wonderful time at this beautifully updated and cozy home on the lake! The layout was perfect and rooms were very inviting and comfortable. Vivian was very responsive and always available. The views of the lake and sunsets were sensational! We will absolutely be back to enjoy this property!

The house was beautiful and very well stocked. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house had a beautiful view of the lake, but was very high up. A lot of stairs to get to the lake. There were Kayaks, float and a large mat to lay on in the lake. We had a great time.,

The pictures are spot on for this rental, the house is super nice. It's small but well stocked with a ton of amenities (lake towels, bath towels, pots and pans, spices, etc). Communication with property owner was easy and she gets back to you right away. The only thing I would caution is that the walk from house to lake is a bit long and all stone. But having the house up high creates some magical views. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful lakefront home with amazing views all around. There are so many places to hang out and relax. It's super clean and well appointed, and has all the comforts of home with toys to enjoy the lake. Owners are very responsive to any questions or needs you have to make it an easy and smooth stay. Would love to stay there again!

The perfect respite
Beautiful lakefront home with amazing views all around. There are so many places to hang out and relax. It's super clean and well appointed, and has all the comforts of home with toys to enjoy the lake. Owners are very responsive to any questions or needs you have to make it an easy and smooth stay.
