I would not recommend this property to any one unless the homeowner and management company will fix, update and thoroughly clean this house. Everything is falling apart, no attention to cleanness, just on a surface to make it look as if it is clean. When people go an vacation they want to enjoy their stay not try to clean up after the "cleaning crew".

This home could be very wonderful if some important things we addressed.

My 60th birthday celebration with family. Property advertised of having Hot tub, BBQ, two fireplaces, clean and beautiful furnishings. We arrived and found an empty, broken down, heap of a hot tub that appeared to have been neglected for months, and nearly inaccessible due to maintained access to the hot tub. BBQ was working but cemented in 2’ of ice from months of snow fall and snow melt, instead of having ongoing maintenance of the area for access. There was heaps of trash in the garage from many previous visitors that we had to move in order to park our 2 vehicles and access them safely. Three of the beds were broken and/or missing mattresses. The master room fireplace didn’t work. A closet door in upstairs mini apartment was off its hinges and fell on my daughter in law when she opened it. The advertised recliner in living room was torn, broken down and had sharp metal and splintered wood exposed, creating a hazard to my grandchildren. We found marijuna joints in master bedside table and a full marijuna vapor cigarette on living room floor, a great concern that one of my young grandchildren could have put them in their mouths had found them first. Hot water didn’t heat up enough to bathe until 24 hours of use.
Long story short I request 1/2 reimbursement for false advertising of a hot tub, let alone all the other issues, and ultimately was called a liar by the property manager, who manages the property from a distant location and depends on her “local” maintenance team to advise her of concerns, which they blatantly lied to her about. Despite photos and videos of evidence I provided the manager she only reimburse me a small percentage of what I requested, and only did so with my continued efforts and requests. She also indicated that the company has no complaint process beyond herself, when I asked to speak with her manager or file a complaint. Our last conversation she hung up on me.
This led me to file a complaint through my bank, as it was the source I used for payment to Vacasa, and is currently under investigation.

I arrived at check-in time to a dirty house - it had not been cleaned since the last renters had left. There were piles of trash in the garage, all the beds had been slept in, a chair was broken, and there were no clean towels. Cleaners could not come until the next morning and they had no other properties to relocate us to. The hot tub was disgusting AND cold, and even though I requested and was told that someone would come fix it, no one ever did. The WiFi also didn’t work the entire stay, despite restarting multiple times. I was never offered a solution for the WiFi. The house does not have enough hot water for 7 people.

This is a large home that accommodated my family of eight plus 4 dogs. We all slept well and were comfortable. I expected a lot more for the money we spent though. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean but other areas needed more attention (hair and debris on the night tables etc). There is a large broken armchair that resides in the living room for some reason that is a hazard. Lots of broken blinds. Back door to apartment unit would not open. Hot tub barely accessible (i had to call company to send someone to try and sculpt out a safer access after 3 of us had slipped and fallen). I had to clean up after previous renters dog. Etc... no pride of ownership with this property. Run by a company. Reached out a few days before check in to see if they had a pack and play and high chair, but didnt hear back until day after check in. Was advised that this property did not have those items but in actual fact they do! They were in the large closet located off the living room. This all being said, we enjoyed the area and being able to be all together.

Beautiful home. Not enough capacity for hot water even WHEN it was working.

Large enough home to accommodate 12 family members

We were very disappointed in this property. It was poorly maintained and filthy. The master fireplace did not work; the cold water for master tub was broken; the master comforter was ripped and torn; the bedskirt was ripped and hanging off; closet doors in 2 bedrooms were broken and off the hinges, left leaning against the closet; jets in one corner of the spa not working; beer cans left scattered about the spa; filthy disgusting mess spewed all over the dining room glass door; broken lamp in living room; hole in headrest of lounge chair in living room; sticky stuff on floor in living room; stained dirty carpets... Shall I continue? I do have photos to back this up. The company says that it was "normal" wear & tear. Sorry. SKIP this property, unless of course, you're planning a frat party retreat.

The house was amazing! I do wish for the price point that a few things would been better up kept like the bed in the main room sags in the middle, the stereo was disconnected and so were the gaming systems. The hot tub is not easily accessible in the winter and not noted along with The snow shovels provided are not heavy duty enough/ and some are broken to take snow off of it. Also were some blinds that didn’t work in the main living room/ the deck lattice on the bottom is broken so dog can easily excape.

The layout of the house was great, especially the upstairs apartment type with the additional kitchen. We really liked the master bedroom.

Great space, nice updated kitchen. And Nico utdoor space and hoit tub was a nice treat. Home was a little dated in some places but well kept. Would definitely stay again for a group occasion.

This place was accommodating for kids and dogs. Great space. Lots of rooms.

Nice rooms for a large group, lots of options in the kitchen. Hot tub was large for a group to be in and fun. There were 3 cute foxes running the neighborhood, and fun to see. Lots of small items in the house need some attention being fixed, recliner, hot water handle, fridge/freezer leaking. We think there is a ghost upstairs in the little apartment area, the water kept being on, salt and pepper tossed over, hearing doors opening and shutting.

This house had a great amount of space for our family of 11 plus 3 pups. Very affordable., and located just short distance to Vale, Breken etc. I would recommend staying here and if in the area in the future we will deff book again. Thank you!

The house was clean and had plenty of space, we had an issue with the front door handle. I called the help line and the handle was fixed within hours. Great service

Beautiful place. Lots of rooms. Easy 20 minutes form Loveland Ski Area. Nice hot tub. 5 minutes to lots of shops and groceries. 2 sets of washer and dryers and lots of dishes and spices, etc. Plenty of room. Few issues with hot water for showers. Got it fixed quickly. Would have liked to have the deep snow moved so we could have accessed the grill. Also needed more towels. We only had one per person and no towels for hot tub and no kitchen towels or dish rags at all. Had to use white hand towels. Still nice furnishings and lots of room!

House was easy location for various ski resorts with awesome views and plenty of space for all. I would recommend to anybody looking for the above

The house was perfect for my husband and me, our three daughters, and their families. It was a winter wonderland for our Christmas vacation.
The home had even more than everything we needed; it was fully equiped, nice, cosy and clean. The common areas are very spacious, and the outside terrace was perfect to enjoy the kids playing with the snow in the front porch. It is located in a very friendly neighbourhood, close to stores and close to different ski resorts.
We would deffinitly rent this house again!

More spacious than 4 bedrooms
The kitchen was spacious and there is another mini apartment upstairs with a kitchen. My teenager loved having her own space.

Our group was cut small due to Covid but it worked out because the listing said it slept 12 but that is generous and assumes people sleep in the same bed together. But the house is very nice and was a great overall experience. I’m he only other note would be that the back porch had not been cleared through the winter and the snow build up at the end of January was a lot which made getting together the hot tub an experience but definitely not a deal breaker, it gave my east coast friends a feel of the Colorado winter which was the point of the trip! Great house and experience!!

Everything was great - the view, the house, the beds. The kitchen had some great necessities from past guests. There were a few inconveniences- the master TV didn't work, some light bulbs were out, common bathroom sink was clogged. Overall it was a great experience. If you bring your dog, don't leave it outside alone if it is small because it can escape under the gate. We would go back in a heartbeat though!

The house was great! We didn’t use the hot tub bc the location was not very convenient and the surrounding area could definitely use some TLC. It would have been nice to to have the backyard fenced in and not just the hot tub area (not sure if that’s bc of HOA or not). Overall, it was a beautiful home and huge. There ended up being 9 Of us and plenty of room to spare. There is
No AC which is something to note if you’re going on the summer time. We had a blast. Thanks!!

The kitchen, rooms, and decks are spacious. The house was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, spices, and several other pantry items (although short on storage containers and plastic drinkware). It's a short drive to I-70 and two blocks away from open space and a vast network of trails (we saw moose and deer). Property managers were helpful, courteous, and responded within hours to our request to service the spa and a non-working fireplace. We will consider staying here in the future.

The house has great space and a nice layout for 10-12 people and the option to bring your dog. The house has not been well maintained and should invest in some deep cleaning, organization and repair of basic items.

This house was great for a family gathering of 11 with ages ranging from 2 - 75. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the hot tub got a lot of use. The location is great as we were able to make use of the Dillon Reservoir area (keep an eye on the construction near Frisco Bay Marina, we went to Dillon Marina Park). We had a fun day of summer activities at Copper Mountain, and shopped, ate, and golfed in Vail.
