The property worked great for our family ski trip. The four bedrooms gave everyone their own space and the kids enjoyed the bunk room. The hot tub was great and the kitchen was well stocked.

Well, the battery to the door went out, so our code we were given did not work. The owner called back after a few attempts to reach him and tried a few other ways to get us in. After about 30 min we were able to get in. The shared driveway gave us a problem due to the garage not being big enough for our 1500 trucks / suburban (3 total) not being able to fit in the garage. We were only able to get one vehicle in sideways, bc the garage has to close due to kitchen pipes will freeze if not, and that left two out in the snow with no room to turn around. This made us have to either back in or back out in a narrow space, bc of the neighbors parked outside their garage. Our driveway was never cleaned from the snow, and we got a lot while we were there. I was told they would have them come out the first day we were there, but never saw anyone in the three days there. Also, there were no shovels available to clean the snow off the porches or the driveway. Owner said he would get some to us the first day, yet again never saw anything. We left a night early due to flights and the roads being closed that would make us miss said flights. The owner was super polite and sympathetic. The house was very nice other than the driveway issues. The hot tub would have been nicer to use if we had a shovel to clean the 6 inches of snow on the back patio. It was used some though and was very relaxing until you went back in through the snow! Overall the house was fine and our trip wasn't ruined.

Was staying with a large group and the place was more than ideal. Fantastic space to enjoy at the end of a ski day. Plenty of towels for hot tub, variety of kitchen equipment, and even spices. Only complaint would be there were no provided toiletries such as shampoo or body wash.

This was a great place for our family to reunite, ski, eat, play games, watch movies, and relax. There was plenty of room; and all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again….and again.

We came up for golf weekend and had a blast! 10 minutes to the Raven and 20 to the Keystone courses. Great place!

The property was amazing! It was clean and well maintained and the host's communication was excellent. The property is in a nice neighborhood and has easy access to a paved walking/running trail across the street. I recommend walking uphill on the trail for about 3/4 of a mile. When you get to the rock wall, which is just past the wood "fence," you'll find Creek Trail, an easy walk to get a view of Dillon Reservoir.
The only cautions I would add are the fact there are four levels in the house, so that means there are a lot of stairs. It wasn't an issue for us, but it may be for people with smaller kids or people who have difficulty with stairs. The second caution is the room with the bunk beds. This room is great for putting multiple kids/people in, but the room is all the way on the bottom level. If you're a parent who needs to have your kids close to you, then I would suggest taking the bedroom on the same level. Finally, the road noise from the road directly in front of the house is noticeable. All bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, so the noise was only noticeable in the kitchen/dining room area.
Speaking of the bedrooms, all of the bedrooms were amazing, and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked with flatware, cooking utensils, plates, cups, glasses, etc., and even had kid-friendly flatware, plates, and bowls.
This is definitely a great getaway for families (we had 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 6, 4, 2).

This home was perfect for our ski trip with dear friends. The home was very comfortable for our two families (10 total). We loved having a space for just the kids downstairs and then the adults took the two bedrooms upstairs. Neighborhood felt very safe and a short drive to Copper Mountain (15 min) and grocery store (City Market). Parking was easy and convenient, allowing both of our vehicles to park in the garage. Nice little area off the garage for all our ski gear and boots to dry! A big plus was the hot tub that we enjoyed every evening. Thank you for opening your home and allowing us to create wonderful memories!

Our family stayed at this property for a family wedding, which was taking place in Vail. The owners were very accommodating - allowing us to check-in early and responding to our requests throughout our stay. The property is much bigger in-person - bedrooms are spacious and there's a lot of room to hang out and entertain. Highly recommend this property!

We loved the different levels of the home, it gave everyone plenty of space. The home is very well built so noise didn't carry and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking for a large group! Hiking trails, shopping, and Lake Dillon are all close by.

I really enjoyed this duplex! It’s very spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. It was a short drive to town and ski resorts. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing after a day on the slopes. Todd was quick with replying and was kind enough to extend our checkout on Easter. I would definitely recommend Todd’s place to others and I would definitely stay here again myself!
