para descansar

limpieza tenía buena ventilación tenía cerca un expendio de alimentos

la ubicación aunque está cerca del malecón, no tenía ninguna atracción cerca. el agua a veces falla las muchachas de cocina no son atentas

Me decepcionó la falta de atención ante las adversidades que puedo tener como cliente.

El diseño-ambiente

Son demasiados lentos atendiendo y preparando lo que ya fue reservado con anticipación. No ponen atención a sugerencias. No dan nada de comer en la noche y no puedo quedarme a desayunar en la mañana, entonces es un derecho perdido.

Ah, a la hora de pagar la página me dijo un precio y tuve que pagar otro, además solicité una sábana para arroparnos el frío y el chico que estaba de turno en la noche no nos ayudó..

I had a good stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are an asset to the property.

Internet is not great. I had to switch rooms to get a better internet but they should upgrade.

highly disappoiting

i can't tell anything positive about this place at all

- the personnel is not kind and helpfull at all: the say there's no other room when you want to change it, but even worse are ladies from the kitchen - breakfasts are SO poor - don't expect to get full - the humidity in the room is the worst i've ever seen - all my stuff were wet - the bathroom is so small it drowns with water when you take a shower - the locialization is bad-so far to see anything and to get to any bus station - when you want to pay in local currency the hotel tries to trick you

The pictures are not the same when you get there. I paid for double room but I was on standard room

The air conditioning was perfect the location is clean it was quiet and it was close to everything you need to do in the city There was a Girl she is a Receptionist she is kind and helpful, I will give her 10 stars

The size of the room is not the same in the picture There is no table in the room I couldn't use my laptop properly I used it on the bed No water in the room I understand there was no meal in the features but water is life when I went to the kitchen asking for some water there was a woman who forced me to buy water and even ice they do not want to provide. I did not have a key for my room, every time I went outside I should ask the receptionist to open the door. One morning I was in the bathroom when I go out to wear my clothes I found my door open no one knew why my door was opened it was not a good experience. SPECIALLY WITH THE WOMAN, WO DENIED GIVING ME A GLASS OF ICE AND WATER SHE TREAT ME IN AN UNFAIR WAY!!!! IS NOT THE BLACK GIRL IT WAS THE ONE WEARING GLASSES

Location, price.

No windows in the room. Low water presure, dificult to take a shower. They change the towels only if you ask. No daily room cleaning.

overall, it was a great stay.

the room was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful and they had Netflix. thank you guys for that.

Nice place to stay!

I highly recommend this place!! Staff is nice and they all speak english! Rooms are little small but cozy!! Inside of the room you have everything you need towels,wifi,smart tv! Valuable for the money! Close to Zona Colonial and city centre! Safe location! They can do laundry if you ask them so! Breakfast were good as well as ladies that were preparing them! So welcoming and is worth a stay! Has a parking too!!! We will be back!

Very happy wil luse again

Was a little small and had no windows, but all we needed was a good bed and shower,TV. The place and rooms were very very clean. very comfortable bed and pillows slept like a baby 😂 Breakfast was a little slow and not much to eat but was good. good coffee and tea at hand. will definitely use the place again,

Breakfast could of been a little better most important meal of the day. Room little small but acceptable. The parking place was full hard to find a spot, late at night was no problem parking lot was half empty.

Nice hotel near malecon and a short walk to see the Ocean.

My reservation says superior room but I was given a standard room. Not sure how to tell the difference between room's. My room had no view and no sofa as a superior room would have.

it was alright for the amount of money i spend to stay there

good location

to be honest didnt like when i ask for a broom the host wanted to charge me five dollars and i got sick on the last night of staying there needed a clean sheet fitted the crew gave me a top flat sheet to put on the bed that wasnt right really disappointed
