We had a great time and would recommend this home in Sundance. Everything was as described and the space was more than large enough for our family of 5.

Lovely!
Great family vacation. Went for a spring break ski trip and loved the cabin and proximity to Sundance. The wild turkeys were a pleasant surprise and we looked forward to their visit in the backyard each morning. Very comfortable and the gourmet kitchen worked out great for our family. Highly recommend.

The pictures don’t even do it justice. This house was perfect - beautiful decor, very cozy furniture, spacious, comfortable bedding, big kitchen, and close to Sundance Resort. Highly recommend!

Wonderful mountain property
A wonderful cabin in the heart of Sundance, but only a short 20 minutes from town (Orem/Provo). Beautifully decorated. The cabin is spacious, but has multiple gathering places. Snow plows came through regularly to make easily accessible with 4-wheel drive. A great place to spend Christmas.

Catching the end of the season
We had a great stay at this wonderful home at the Sundance resort. The house had lots of games, and we spent the afternoons on one of the 5 decks enjoying the sun, surrounded by snow. Our evenings were spent walking the hills enjoying the majestic scenery. There were a couple of surprises, like the wild turkey's, and morning snow fall.

Sundance a perfect of the grid Ski area
I have been to Sundance a couple of times but this is the first time I have stayed on the mountain but love the atmosphere here. Perfect place to ski and snowboard if you don’t want to be overrun by crowds. A busy day you might wait 10 minutes. We loved the cabin we stayed in on N Elk Dr very rustic feel. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful Mountain Home
Roomy and well appointed home in a terrific area. Nicely decorated yet comfy and plenty of room for a (we had 10) large gathering. Fairly close to Orem but far enough away as well. The owner was very accommodating when our flight was cancelled due to the earthquake in Salt Lake right at the beginning of the pandemic. She said "we are all in this together" and allowed us to stay another night. I won't forget that and pay it forward often. We are all in this together. Don't hestitate to stay here. You won't be disappointed. Get out and take walks and go up the mountain to the state park. It is breathtaking. We will be back.

Amazing cabin
We stayed at this cabin for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. The cabin is so tastefully decorated, with original art and beautiful furnishings. Our host Traci was amazing and very prompt to take care of anything we might need. There was plenty of room and a well-apportioned kitchen that supported our full Thanksgiving dinner preparations. There are so many windows, the cabin is full of light. While we were there it snowed each day and it was so beautiful to sit in our warm cabin and see the winter wonderland around us. Thank you Traci for making our Thanksgiving magical.

Building family memories
Joy in our hearts to spend special quality time with our grown children and our little grandchildren. We had walks the little guys explored. Enjoyed the turkey watch each day. We played lots of hide n seek. Loved the kitchen. Two ovens! Fabulous cabin, inside and out. Our communication with the property management was always quick.

What a great getaweay!
We needed a place to stay while we attended our son's graduation, and we got lucky and found this nice piece of Heaven. There was snow all around the cabin, which delighted our daughters to no end. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The views in the area were breathtaking. Wild turkeys came by the cabin at least twice every day, and we would often hear them in the morning when we'd wake up. I have nothing but great things to say about the place and we'll definitely come back to this same cabin. We stayed for five nights and I wish it could've been ten.
We've stayed in a lot of cabins in different mountain ranges and have dealt with a lot of nice managers/owners, but none were nicer than Traci and Christine. I dealt mostly with Traci, and she was so polite and welcoming from the first day to the last. She is an amazing person and I'm so glad we made the decision to stay at her place.

Perfect Retreat!
This home was perfect for our moms weekend getaway! The beds were comfortable, the decor was warm and the hosts were welcoming and attentive to communication!
We enjoyed the spacious living areas for our large group and the modern kitchen was our central place of congregation. We saw wild turkeys strutting about and the views of nature in winter were stunning. We cannot wait to come back next year!

Unique, Warm and First-Class
Everything about this home is great! After staying in the traditional, cookie-cutter "macmansions" in prior ski trips around the country, we were so pleased with the uniqueness and personality of this property! Wildlife abounds, and we were greeted every morning by a parade of 30+ wild turkeys meandering past the house.
The management also is top-notch! Every need or question was quickly addressed.
Would like to stay in this home every season, not only to enjoy the changes of scenery, but the mulitude of activities of each season provides in this special corner of the Rockies.
One of our favorite stays in 20+ ski seasons!

Clean and relaxing
Myself and three others were having meetings in Provo and were able to enjoy several nice relaxing evenings in this cabin. The property is clean, spacious, and accommodating. Don't go expecting a view from your room, but breath taking views are not far away. The only negatives were: Another cabin is currently being built next door and the door locks were tricky. We could not get the main door to lock from the inside, so each night, we would go out a side door, to lock the main door from the outside with the key. The owner did tell me the key was tricky getting in but I am not sure if she knew it would not lock or at least we could not get it to lock from the inside.

Amazing hideaway
The cabin is tucked away in the mountains where its so quiet and so beautiful. We had dear and wild turkeys walk through the yard just outside the windows. The cabin is spacious and has room for plenty. Me and my family walked around the neighborhood for an evening stroll and the scenery is breathtaking. It was easy getting to the cabin and getting in with the help of the property managers. They were so very helpful the whole time. We had such a great experience and such a relaxing time. Sundance is literally a minute or two away and is also very beautiful. Its close to local hikes (Steward falls, Bridal Vail falls) and Provo river. The location is wonderful and we had a great time!

Rustic Cabin w/GREAT snow play all around the property!
We had 13 sleep perfectly in this cabin. All the kiddos slept in TV/apt room just fine! We did need cars to get to ski resort!
It was a quick 4 minute drive to ski. The kitchen was awesome to cook in. But I must say, Christine, the manager was
stellar. She answered our calls and really took care of us. We stocked our home with tons of food and drink for the entire stay and didn't ever need to leave except on ski days. Our kids are 8- 15 which this house is suitable for. The stairs up to the bedrooms are steep, so glad we didn't have toddlers! We are big skiers, so my advice is, if you like to ski Utah, don't pick Sundance during holiday, they are a small charming mountain, not equipped for crowds. That's what makes it so special. It is stunning, the prettiest mountain in Utah for sure! Yes, we will come back!

Large rustic home in Sundance
We rented this home for my daughter's fall wedding at Sundance. It is a very large home with 4 separate bedrooms and several pullout couches: perfect for 2 families, several couples and singles. The décor is western rustic with lots of authentic western pieces. The beds are all very comfortable; large kitchen table. There is a lot of room in this home; I cannot wait to return in the winter. Thanks so much, Traci.

Wedding familly
We had rented this house to attend our son's wedding. The manager's Tracey and Shelley were most accomodating. We needed a crib and high chair and they were there when we arrived, along with toys! Everything we could possibly need was there for us.
The home was clean and quite comfortable. Slept in the treetop room. So relaxing! Saw moose and all those wild turkeys running around. Grandchildren had a great time, too. Will definitely recommend it and hopefully, return.
