This place was a great alternative to a hotel room for 3 moms and 3 daughters. We came in town for a Blue Note event and had plenty of eating options and finished with some shopping. Linda met us and answered questions. She even made us muffins!

Maybe a little overpriced based upon condition of property - the property manager was very attentive though - nice apartment overall.

Linda is a great host, meeting us at the property with a brief history of the building and introduction to the layout and amenities. Wish our stay was more than one night because it was spacious and well-equipped, plus the location was close to downtown/campus and perfect for Homecoming festivities. Great for large families or a group of friends. Thank you, Linda!

Our group of 8 recently enjoyed a stay at Rooms on Cherry. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The building is old but that adds to the charm, and the room decorations make it even more special. As a bonus there were Halloween decorations throughout the building – made us smile every time we came back “home.” The common area and outdoor porch are both great places to gather and visit. Our host was great, leaving us a well-stocked kitchen and also being a wealth of knowledge about the history of the building. The location in downtown Columbia is perfect for meals, drinks, shopping, etc. We hope to return next year!

Downtown Surprise
The unit itself was clean, decorated lovely but the building it is housed in was a bit unkept. The outside gave us a some apprehension about entering. It is next to a very large bar that plays extremely loud music until 1 am. Depending on what your purpose is for staying downtown, these factors should be considered. Owner was great, extremely accommodation to arriving late in the evening and check out us at 11. Overall, a good resting place.

Amazing location, neat and historic place!!
We only stayed one night here, but it was such a cozy vibe with the cutest decorations! The host was over the top attentive and responsive, and this location was perfect in downtown Columbia! We were directly across the street from a cute rooftop bar/restaurant and everything we needed was within a block or two! I would super highly recommend! The beds were so comfortable, kitchen was stocked, and we didn’t want for anything during our stay! I also left my sunglasses behind and Linda was incredibly kind to not only find them, but mail them back to me right away! Exceptional customer service! I’d give them 6 stars if I could!
