Brilliant service and great kindness

The owner is a kind and lovely man who helped my son and his friend after their car broke down. he accommodated a very very late check, stored their bikes and helped them communicate with a taxi the next morning.

Superb

The accommodation was nice and roomy for the 4 of us and was in a quiet area with on street parking. The owner was very pleasant and let us store bikes in his garage. Although the apartment was hot, once we got the aircon working, everything was fine.

Very spacious apartment, sleeps 6 or more. Fully equipped kitchen

The wifi network was not accessible from apartment, but could be accessed from the lower floor of the building. Wifi worked in the apartment

For our 1-night stop it was great and placed us very well for getting to Avoriaz next day.

Scionzier was a good location for an overnight stop having driven all day from UK. Staying here meant an easy start to get up the mountain next day to skiing resort Avoriaz. Host was very friendly, charming and eager to please.

Host was very friendly, charming and eager to please. But as he doesn't speak English we had been a bit worried about finding the place and ensuring we got in! When we arrived in the dark we struggled a bit to find the right building - we did not see any House Number 14 and no House name either, so we called the phone number given. Turned out we were in the right place so all good from then on to get access. The kitchen was newly fitted but previous guests had not cleaned the oven after using it. There are four separate rooms but they do not have their own ceilings, so sound can travel between rooms.

The fact that the property was extracted on two floors with four bedrooms a large kitchen and the living room

The shower was a bit small and not efficient. The kitchen was partially furnished.
