This POOLSIDE (upstairs) one bedroom cottage with LOFT overlooks the Tiki Bar and waterfall cascading into the 5,000 square foot outdoor pool.

Imagine yourself enjoying the sunset from the screened-in balcony while listening to live music from the Tiki Bar. This is surely the perfect setting for a small family or couple looking to enjoy a lazy afternoon.

In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, this cottage is equipped with a king size bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two twin beds in the loft.

This cottage also features a half bath in the living area which is a rarity for a one bedroom.

More features include wireless internet, two large plasma TV's and a kitchen ready for the gourmet chef!

In addition to the large outdoor pool with two waterfalls and island hot tub the resort also boasts an indoor pool which is heated during the cooler months, an indoor hot tub, two saunas and a fitness center.

Best poolside unit, and it's not close. We stayed in the 2nd best poolside unit last year, which was right next door, and this one was much better...think screened in porch. We absolutely love the live nightly music! Even if you don't, you don't really notice it inside, and less so in the bedroom. Fabulous place all around and can't wait to come again next year. Just 2 minutes away, you have a grocery store along with a fresh seafood market and 3 of the top restaurants all right together..

My family absolutely loved this stay and resort. The host was very prompt to reply to my questions and was a pleasure to work with. The unit has the best spot at the resort, right in front of the pool and tiki bar. The pool and music don’t close until 10 so we would enjoy drinks while the kids swam. 10/10

We visited for my daughter’s birthday and it was a peasant place to stay and the host was very pleasant as well. I would definitely stay with them again. Highly recommend.

Found this gem while researching new places to visit. We are from Virginia and always go to Myrtle beach and wanted to try something different. Very cute house and the live music was nice especially sitting on the porch. Fred was very quick to respond to me with questions I had.

My husband and I stayed at Lazy Daze at the Purple Parrot resort for five days and I highly recommend it! It was very clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable! We will return!

We loved our stay at Lazy Daze. The location was perfect and it was fun to sit on the porch and listen to karaoke. Kids had a blast in the pool. Everything was very clean inside and the bed was very comfortable.

The condo was clean and nicely decorated, had the best view from the screened porch. The tiki bar had live music every night which was nice. The outdoor pool was clean and perfect temperature. The only negative thing is parents let their kids do whatever they want while they were in the tiki bar getting drunk. They weren't following the pool or hot tub rules.

The most amazing place to stay in Perdido Key! The perfect balance of entertainment and peace. A completely beautiful property and the Lazy Daze cabin is perfection! The pool view from the screened in porch is stunning. The live music is a wonderful bonus! I would recommend this location to anyone coming to Perdido Key!

First time in Perdido Key and we absolutely fell in love with the area. The Lazy Daze condo was perfect for our family. The condo had everything we needed and things we didn’t know how we vacationed without such as a washer and dryer. The condo was very clean. The Purple Parrot resort grounds were always clean and in great order. We loved having the view of the pool and being next to the tiki bar. Live music is done by 10pm and then is very quiet. We didn’t mind because the tiki bar had some really great live bands playing the week we stayed. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and always clean. The tiki bar food prices were a little steep for bar food but the area offers so many wonderful dinning options. We will definitely be returning again someday.

This property was great. Lots of parking, clean and welcoming, great location. The indoor pool was a really nice option as it was quite cool when we went to visit. There is a Publix only a few minutes down the road to get supplies for the well stocked kitchen. The screened in porch was great to sit and listen to music from the Tiki bar each night when the kids went to bed.

This condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay in Perdido Key. It’s close to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. It had everything we needed except extra toilet paper, so bring your own! The owner gives an accurate description of the place. From the covered porch there is a nice view of the pool. You will hear music from the Tiki bar until 10pm as noted. Overall a great place to stay!

This property is just perfect! The description is completely accurate and the property was exceptionally clean. The starter paper products were generous. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed the outdoor porch seating. The owner was easy to communicate with and replied promptly to all questions. He even let us know that we could check in early as the cleaning crew was finished early. The only change I would make would be to pare down on the number of air freshener plug-ins. Three is a bit too much for people who may be scent-sensitive. Thank you for the use of your property - we greatly appreciate it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our quick getaway to the Lazy Daze! The location is absolutely amazing -- the resort is perfect for families -- the home was so clean and comfortable! We especially loved sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the gorgeous pool and listening to the band in the evenings! We will definitely be back!!!

We booked this last minute for 1 night coming from our Destin beach stay just to check out the area before flying home to Nebraska. Not only did the hosts offer early check in but the property was amazing. I was a little bummed coming from beach front and worried about staying more inland but the property did not dissapoint! Adorable safe little village full of color. The pool and bar/restaurant was amazing. Very clean and comfortable condo! Thank you so much!

We loved Lazy Daze!!!. Right across from the Tiki bar so you can sit outside on balcony and listen to the live music which is awesome. The condo was clean, cozy and bright. My husband loved the fact that the location of the resort was within short distance of everything you need but far enough away from the busy traffic as you get closer to orange beach. We will definitely be going back.

We absolutely loved this property! My husband and our two children stayed for the week, the kids wanted to live at the pool. This property is overlooking the pool and tiki bar and is a very close walk to the pool. It’s a short drive to the beach, we loved the Rosemond Johnson beach. This place is perfect for families or couples wanting to get away and relax. We will be back!

The cottage was the cutest place right over all the music and pool. Beautiful scenery. Very clean, super nice owner. Bartenders at the bar made for a great experience as well. Definitely be back again!

We had a last-minute change in our plans and totally lucked out with finding this property! Fred was super responsive and great to work with. The condo was clean and tidy and plenty of room for my husband and me. We didn't use the loft space, but it would be perfect for a couple of kiddos. We absolutely LOVED the pool area and the live music at the Tiki Bar. The bed was super comfortable. Only one thing that might be worth noting is that you can't login to your streaming services on their tv's, which would have been nice on the day that we had rain. Luckily, the weather was perfect almost the whole time for us. We highly recommend Lazy Daze!

Overall we loved the location of the resort, and the unit situated in one of the best places on the property! Unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved climbing up to the loft, while us adults loved the screened in porch for being able to watch them when in the pool at night. Unfortunately, a pretty big disappointment for us was the tiki bar and live music situation. That was actually one of the big reasons we picked this place, was because of all the reviews talking about the live music every night and could hear from unit easily; however, we unfortunately did not get to hear any during our whole stay... first night there, which we stayed in because had been driving all day, they had nothing booked. Then with three nights left of our stay, there was karaoke two nights and an open mic comedy show (awful) one night. So that was a huge bummer. Outside of that, there was one little mishap that occurred, as the previous guests took the indoor poor key with them, but Fred was quick to respond and got maintenance to bring over another one for us so that we could access the indoor pool and fitness center. Weather was cool, very windy, and little rainy.... nothing we can do to control that obviously. Definitely want to come back and give it another chance, and actually be able to swim in the pool and take in some live music. Will also be requesting this unit each potential visit in the future. Thanks for everything!
