This exclusive 3 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home offers privacy and beauty on the North River (just off of the Saint Marys River). Watch as the sailboat yachts and shrimp boats go by. From the private dock there is easy access by boat to CUMBERLAND Island beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also kayak or fish right from the dock. Amazing Sunsets! Catch your dinner from the private dock. You can bring your own boat (public boat ramp is real close). Fenced back yard. Large deck over a screen porch. Additional bedrooms upstairs. TV in each bedroom except kids room. Unfinished basement/garage. Local excursions may include visiting: Cumberland Island by ferry, Historic Saint Marys (shops and water front), seafood restaurants, Amelia Island beach (20 miles) Okefenokee Swamp (20 miles), Jekyll Island (30 miles) and MORE! We had a wonderful week riding bikes, crabbing and fishing from the dock, meeting the locals of st Mary’s. We also spent a day at Amelia island and a day on Jekyll island. House was clean and super comfortable with several amenities of home. We will return for sure!!

This home was PERFECT for our family to stay in! Plenty of room, and a GORGEOUS view from the back porch! We brought our boat, and the boat ramp was close by! Great location to bring your boat! The “property manager”/host had GREAT communication and was very quick to respond!

Tiffany was great, very responsive and easy to access. Took care of any immediate needs and questions, thank you. Swapped out bikes that were not working. Kayaks were in good shape with all necessary gear. Dock was great and recently replaced
The main negative was that the back deck had alot of wood rot and exposed nails. Stairs and railing were in bad shape, both the back deck and front stairs

Wonderful stay with a few shortcomings. No instructions for operating tv. Screens were missing in the downstairs porch. We could not use the downstairs porch due to biting insects. The front steps to the house need some repair. We used the back steps because the front steps lean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the fire pit and dock.

We stayed for 10 days over the holidays. House was very clean with all the necessary items to enjoy the holidays. Fishing was great and the local restaurants were very good with friendly folks. Very nice comfortable area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Convenient to have the boat right there to jump on and fish or fish from the dock.

First, We can not emphasize how awesome the Host of this house, Tiffany, is. She answered all our questions within 5 minutes with the utmost knowledge and kindness we could have asked for! The house was very clean and very nice. The views and sunsets were stunning! It was picture perfect! We totally enjoyed our stay here!

Great location, beautiful neighborhood, easy to get to, quiet and peaceful, stunning sunsets. Loved the live oaks and Spanish moss! Perfect for a midwinter escape for two retired couples to renew friendships and enjoy the local area. Especially enjoyed the day trip to Cumberland Island. Will definitely stay again.

Came to visit my daughter and could not have asked for a better location. Back deck is beautiful, peaceful, and we saw the most amazing sunsets. Kids loved the kayaks and paddle board. Tiffany was responsive right away to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend this little piece of paradise!

Great relaxing stay in St. Marys
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable, the sunsets were beautiful, and the location was perfect for access to Cumberland Island. We spent alot of time enjoying the view and peaceful setting under the covered deck.

Enchanting Waterfront Home
This home is a gem. We spent four nights exploring Cumberland Island, Fernandina Beach, and St Mary's for a child's birthday weekend. Even if the home was short on small necessities (bath soap, cooking oil, standard coffee maker), it is well equipped on large ticket items like bicycles, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, TVs with streaming apps, dishwasher, Keurig machine, strong and reliable AC, icemaker, and the like.
The owners generously open their home to guests and invite exploration of the beauty of the Georgia low country. We had an enchanting time and are grateful to have had such a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

Wonderful house and location
Cannot say enough about this property. Great location! We fished, shrimped, and crabbed right off the dock in the backyard. House was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Drive to downtown St. Mary's was short and easy. We did take the ferry to Cumberland Island while we were here. House and Cumberland Island highly recommended! We will be back!

The property was on a beautiful marsh, very clean, gorgeous trees and backyard, easy to get to Cumberland Island Ferry, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and the hostess was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Practically Perfect in EVERY Way
We just completed our very first visit to Saint Marys, and could not have been more pleased with this property! Honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was immaculate and in excellent condition. Beds were comfortable, every amenity was thought of and provided. Host communication was excellent! The dock was incredible — we had family visit with their boat and it made things so easy! We are already planning our return visit.

St. Marys residence with dock
The property was great for the family. The residence was supplied with many extras including bicycles, paddle boards and kayak, and a new dock with picnic area. It also had a fenced back yard with tree swing, great for dogs and kids. We couldn't have been more pleased with the property.

Cleanliness
We loved the view of the water and the decor within the house. We arrived early and the owners welcomed us. The owner was concerned of cleanliness of her house because she had not checked it prior to us arriving. She mentioned hand prints on the windows, etc. The items that were not clean were as follows: the carpets throughout the house were stained by dog urine, the vinyl flooring throughout the house made my feet black when I was walking through the house, the towels once they got wet smelled of dog urine, and there were a few other things. My husband and I went and brought new towels for the family. What really bothered us was the amenities. The hot tub did not have water in it nor does it work. We were looking forward to sitting in the tub at night. The owner told me when I contacted her after we left that a prior guest had allowed their dog to get in the tub and it had gotten broken. Don't advertise a hot tub, if you already know it is broken. The back porch second floor, please do not lean against the rails because they may not hold you. They easily move back and forth. All the chairs around the fire pit, but one, were broken. Also, when you walk up the front stairs they have a lot of rotten wood and lean. This house is in a beautiful location and it just needs some tender love and care/ In their ad on VRBO, they mentions things are for the guest but they may not work due to prior guest which is a warning they don't fix what they know is broken. Take it out if you know it is broken.... We have never rented a VRBO and had things not work.

Wonderful house
We stayed for several days at the end of August. The house had everything we needed. The back porch, dock, view were great. We used the kayak several times however it was a challenge to get in it and out since there was not a ladder. There are a few safety issues that were addressed with the owner.
We would definitely stay there again.

The house and property was nice. Very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and the doggies enjoyed the fenced back yard. They loved chasing the squirrels. We enjoyed the dock and the convenience of leaving our boat there. We did a lot of fishing near the marshes.

Great, pet-friendly home with spectacular yard and views
We really enjoyed our stay! The big, fence-in yard with firepit, deck and new docks were a perfect fit. Views of the North River were second-to-none. Home had everything we needed. Make sure to call Owner for directions because Google Maps did not recognize address listing. Great, walkable neighborhood close to St. Mary's, which has great dining (401, Riverside) and other amenities (Cumberland Island ferry, Brackish Brewery, waterfront park) and proximity to Okefenokee NWR (worth the hour drive for nature lovers!). We will definitely stay here again.
