You will have at your disposal 2 apartments (35 m 2) each independent of 2 rooms each with bathroom, wc, bedroom, living room with beds and kitchen, the landing doors are side by side (see photo)
The apartments have been completely renovated by a master cabinetmaker and a decorator companion: me :)) with high-end materials, triple glazing, sound and heat insulation.
Hyper downtown and perfectly quiet, very bright with large windows with blackout blinds.
Located Place des Tripiers on the 2nd floor without elevator of a superb half-timbered building from the 18th century. With a magnificent open view on the Place des Tripiers, in front of the barrel :) and on the pedestrian street of the Cooperers.

An entrance with a soundproof door, a cupboard with wardrobe and storage.
A living room with a foldaway wall double bed, a sofa (which can be transformed into 2 single beds, one of which is an extra drawer), a decorative fireplace, an electric radiator, a TV with a fiber box.
A nice fitted kitchen including a small dishwasher, a microwave oven combi, a double induction hob, a hood, 4 stools by designer Starck, fully equipped with dishes and utensils for cooking. A filter coffee maker and a Nespresso.
Salt, pepper, paper towel, sugar, oil on site.
A marble bathroom with shower and washer-dryer. Basin cabinet in Corian. Hair dryer, shower gel, soap, shampoo.
A separate toilet with door.
A bedroom with a double bed, a single extra drawer bed ideal for a child (80cm wide). A closet with wardrobe and storage, a small desk. An electric heater.

The provision of household linen is an optional extra.
€ 10 per person for fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels. A special offer will be made to groups of more than 7 people.
The apartments can accommodate 14 people (13 adults and a child) for short stays, the space being then optimized.
Cot, baby chair, baby bath will be installed on request free of charge.
