We had a wonderful stay shopping and eating in downtown Charleston. The house was beautiful and well furnished. There were some parking issues due to other houses not following parking rules but the owner/manager promptly responded and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

I booked this house for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was PERFECT. All of us girls were obsessed with the house. It was clean and bigger than expected. The amount of bathrooms was amazing so we weren’t all on top of each other. Location was great and very walkable. We would all highly recommend this house and are dying to go back!

The property is very well appointed with everything you need. The decor is so well done and the bedding/beds are amazing! Location is great for walking to many places and Uber/Lyft is readily available if needed.
One bathroom had very little water pressure in the shower - only complaint of our trip so not bad! We just used the full bath downstairs instead. Everything you need is there, you might just need to shuffle around such as the only full length mirror is in one bedroom, another had the iron and ironing board, and one luggage rack per room. Overall would highly recommend!

Took my daughter and 3 of her girlfriends to Charleston for spring break and college tours. House was perfect! Girls loved it, I did too. Street traffic was noisier than expected throughout the night. Otherwise, great all around!

Came to Charleston for a 40th birthday celebration with the girls. This house was perfect! Lots of space to hang together and bathrooms to get ready in. The beds were super comfy. The only thing we weren’t prepared for was the late night music at the club across the street but it sure did provide for a lot of great people watching from the balcony. I’d definitely stay at this location again if the opportunity arose. Very clean and the staff came out within 30 min to replace a battery in the smoke detector when it started to beep. Great times!

The home was great for our bachelorette group of 8 women. There were 4 baths so that was perfect. The only couple of things that we missed was a full length mirror and the water pressure in some of the showers was very low.

Perfect perfect perfect!!
Could not have asked for a better property to stay in for our recent trip. It was the perfect amount of space for our group of 8, in the perfect location to Charleston nightlife, and the perfect aesthetic for a girls weekend in Charleston. Host was easy and professional to communicate with, and very accommodating to our request for an early check-in. My only suggestion would be to invest in at least one full length mirror - it would make getting ready in a big group a lot easier! Mirrors and counter space were definitely a challenge, but all the furnishing in the house were absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for such a great trip!

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home in downtown Charelston. House was close to everything we wanted to do. Short drive to the beaches. Close to shopping and restaurants. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Lovely property
We thoroughly enjoyed the property and were amazed at all that had been done in the renovation. It was really beautiful, clean, and spacious. I would recommend this property for couples, gal friends, etc. The only negative was that our unit was located on a busy street at a traffic light and was somewhat noisy. We slept in a back bedroom instead of the master because of the noise. Again, this was the only negative.

Family Graduation weekend
Beautifully appointed property and comfortable home away from home for our family gathering of 9. The property manager, Brian was great! Very responsive to questions and accommodating with requests. My only recommendations would be to forewarn potential renters of the single parking space allotted to the house because alternative parking would have been difficult if all of the parking had been used by the adjacent rental properties. My second point would be to let renters know that the fourth bathroom is up several steep steps that could be hazardous to older adults or children. It adjusted our sleeping arrangements but was definitely doable. My last point is not a criticism just a point. The home is located in an active section of town. Nightly noise related to traffic and nightlife is noticeable but not more than expected for downtown area. We would definitely stay here again when enjoying the wonderful city of Charleston!

Christmas in Charleston
We had a fabulous experience here at this property!! Really nothing to complain about. We were pleasantly surprised!!! Only thing that would have been helpful would have been a full sized mirror. Other than that it would be I can’t think of one thing to complain about!! I would stay here again!

First, let me say I am not one to give bad reviews. I understand we are all human beings and subject to error, therefore it has to be a real issue before I will say something. This home may, in fact, be lovely and a wonderful place to stay, but we wouldn't know because we never got there. We booked several months ago to stay 11/23 –11/27. On 11/7 I emailed the host for the address. My in-laws wanted to know where we were staying to make plans. The host emailed the address on 11/8 and a message saying the other details would be forthcoming and closer to our trip. Our plane landed on 11/23 & we were at my sister in laws looking for that information. My only VRBO email was inviting me to get the VRBO app. I emailed the host only to find out that they had rented the house to another family. On the Tuesday before Thanksgiving there are not many places to stay in Charleston. We were traveling with our adult children and wanted a place comparable to the VRBO we thought we had rented. We ended up in a very expensive hotel and it cost us almost double the original amount we had planned to spend. Thus far, the hosts have not been interested in making this right with us. We even received 2 opportunities to review our stay. I was hesitant to give a bad review hoping that the hosts or VRBO would want to make this travel fumble right, but thus far that hasn't happened. It was not a good feeling sitting at my in-laws house to realize that we did not have a place to stay for a vacation we planned months ago. Buyer beware.

Mother Daughters Getaway
Property was beautiful. Each of the 4 bedrooms were large with lovely windows and very comfortable beds, lots of pillows. Only drawback was the street noise at night from the Warehouse bar on the adjacent corner. The interior lighting fixtures very sleek but also bright. Having dimmers on some, especially in bedrooms, would be a great plus.

Beautiful Property!
The property was beautiful and looked just like the listing photos! The owners were quick to respond and so friendly. Guests do need to know it’s not really in a “neighborhood” but steps away from a pretty busy intersection with a bar across the street. There was also a LOT of road noise from trucks and cars and trash trucks early in the morning. Noise machines were provided in each room which helped, but guests with young families should know there aren’t really quiet hours as described on the listing. Again, it’s a beautiful home and the owners did a great job making it so nice.

Hi, My sisters & sister-in-laws took our 80 year old mother to Charleston and stayed at #44. Beautiful place but Mom ended up sleeping on couch on main floor because of all the steps to the bedrooms. We didn't consider that as much as we should have. For that many women, we also advised management to install more mirrors. :) We enjoyed the experience and recommend this place. J from Nebraska

Perfect venue
This location was perfect for our weekend stay! It is less than a block from king street and walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops. The location could not have been better. The four bathrooms were perfect for a large group. You cannot tell in the pictures but it’s very open concept and we could all 7 sit together in the main living, which is right off the kitchen and front door. The upstairs balcony is perfect for morning coffee. It is three stories. Story 1 is living area, dining area, kitchen, full bathroom, laundry. Story 2 is all 4 bedrooms, one bathroom in bedroom, and one hall bathroom. The third story is a full bathroom. There is a mini bar on the second floor. It was perfect! The only change I would make for guest is mirrors in the bedrooms. With multiple women getting ready, it was hard to find mirror space. However, this is definitely not that big of a deal if you travel with handhelds. Overall it was an A+
