the unit was charming and comfortable. The porch was great for early morning coffee. We could walk to King Street easily and there are restaurants in the neighborhood. The host was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend the house and location!

We stayed here for my son’s wedding weekend and the property was perfect for our group. The location was within walking distance to the venue and other events we had planned. There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms and the parking was an added convenience. The kitchen was well equipped and the covered porch was our favorite spot for morning coffee and unwinding in the evenings. The building was full of character and Chris was an exceptional host. He responded promptly and was very accommodating. We will most definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had such a lovely stay. We couldn’t believe how spacious and how many bathrooms there were. There was really everything you needed in the apartment. The deck was large and we had many great conversations there. The neighborhood was lovely and the host was so pleasant and quick to respond to my inquiries. Such a wonderful stay!

We are 7 60 something women from NJ. The apartment suited ua perfectly. Having 3 bathrooms was great. We cooked a big breakfast one morning and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed hanging out on the porch off the kichen in the mornings and for happy hour in the evening. Not far from King Street and the bus line. Totally enjoyed our stay. Thanks, Chris!

We booked this space for a Bachelorette Weekend for 5 women who all flew in to Charleston from across the country. The apartment was an absolutely perfect home base for our weekend: it was spacious, clean, cozy, and in an excellent location. Everything we wanted to do in Charleston was within a 10-15min taxi ride, but mostly stayed on foot as there were plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and sight-seeing within a 20min walk. Communication with the host was clear, prompt, and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze. An excellent place to stay for a large group!

There should be a ranking above super host for the host of this property. Christopher and his staff took great care to foresee anything that could have derailed my family’s stay. The property was clean, very well supplied, and extremely comfortable. The 10 of us hope to return to Charleston and stay at the same location. WELL DONE!

Great Historic Home
This was a great find for a sisters trip. We each had our own bedroom! The house is old (1800's) and very charming! I would definitely stay here again! You can walk to King Street and shop or you can drive, found plenty of parking. The owner is very responsive and we had no issues at the house at all! All the appliances worked great and there was plenty of cooking stuff there as well. New stove and refrigerator. Would love some more/better furniture on the porch as it would have been nice to sit out there in comfort, but there was some fold up chairs, a table and 1 rocker.

Charleston charm
Loved the historic charm of the property and the great furnishings. It was comfortable, clean and had great coffee with creamer and sugars provided. There was enough space for 1 vehicle. Owner was responsive. A bit far to walk to King Street and historic city market area but was nice and quiet at night.

Sorority Sisters 30 Year Reunion
We were looking for southern charm and this property did not disappoint. We appreciated the obvious originals of the home, along with the fully renovated kitchen. The washer and dryer were a bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning real soon.

Very nice place.
We spent a weekend in Charleston for a wedding and stayed in this very nice rental. I loved the old character of the house with the high ceilings and wood floors. The kitchen was nicely updated and the balcony was a nice place to have a leisurely breakfast. The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was good, and check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for large families and groups
This house was perfect for a bachelorette party I put together for my best friend. We had twelve ladies and we got perfectly in this house. The amenities were great and the location is amazing for the house rental price. This will be my go to place in Charleston in the future!

Charleston Wedding Proposal
The location was great. We were able to check-in early which was a real plus for our family. The property manager was very responsive. Within 10 minutes or most less. There was lots of space for everyone. 3 bathrooms was a plus as we had 7 staying with us, as well as 4 additional people visiting. We were able to walk to a few restaurants for lunch. Having never been to Charleston before we had no idea about the narrow streets and the challenge with parking. Not sure if we would ever visit Charleston again, but we highly recommend this property if you have a large party.

Spacious, clean, and an excellent location!
We stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette trip. The apartment was awesome! We loved the 1850's feel and spacious hallway and tall ceilings. There was a group of 8 of us and there was never an issue with space or bathrooms. Not to mention Chris had bath towels, stocked coffee supplies, and all the other kitchen and bathroom supplies you need! I'd stay here again, especially with girlfriends because being a walking distance to King Street makes for lots of fun night outs!

Perfect
The rental was very roomy and could accommodate a reunion of a group of friends comfortably at a great location. Walking distance to local restaurants and near King St. The beds were all very comfortable, with plenty of towels. One of the best stocked kitchens in a rental I have seen, plenty of cups, plates, glasses, and Chris even provided the coffee. We would absolutely rent again, and would recommend it highly to friends. Chris is very responsive when you contact him and an excellent host.

Perfect spot for our girls weekend in Charleston! The place is beautiful, spacious, and within walking distance of most everything in downtown Charleston. Chris is a great host, easy to communicate with, provided all the necessary amenities (laundry detergent, coffee including cream!), and was readily available for any questions. Check in/check out was super easy. We all highly recommend this place!

Beautiful home with tons of character and charm in a great location.
We had a group of ladies staying for a bachelorette weekend. This house was perfect. So full of charm and history. There was so much space no one felt cramped in a group of 10 girls! Beds were comfortable and EVERYTHING was provided. The balcony is a beautiful spot for your morning mimosa and coffee. Chris was super responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Would absolutely book this home again!

Great Place To Stay in Charleston
We were in Charleston for a week long vacation and had an awesome time, in huge part based on picking this place to stay. We had 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which gave us plenty of room to stretch out. The owner & property care takers were right on every detail from arrival instructions to a "Tee" and even sent me a list of some great places to check out in the area. We were able to part our car and walk to virtually everything we wanted to do, from shopping on King Street, to local restaurants within a couple blocks of the place, even the Aquarium, Aiken-Rhett House and Fort Sumpter Museum were a nice walk for us thru the beautiful neighborhoods, right in the center of town. From this central location we were literally able to see virtually all of downtown Charleston on foot!
The inside of the home has everything you could need for cooking and even has a full size washer and dryer right on the same floor with the bedrooms, should you need to use them. We had so much fun, we hope to be back soon!! Jon Hays

Wedding in Charleston
This home was a perfect fit for our big group! The parking was terrific and a lot of room to park. Extremely big house and very roomy. No one felt crowded at all. The security code to unlock and lock the door was extremely convenient for our big crowd to come and go as they wished, for easy access back into the house. The house was very charming and comfortable. We would have loved to use the fireplaces, as the weather was pretty cold for Charleston at this time :)
Would recommend more seating for the kitchen, possibly some folding chairs for additional guests. But, our overall visit was perfect.
Thank you for a great experience, we will definitely return!!!!!

Awesome!
This apartment is much larger than I had imagined from the VRBO description. Among the kitchen area, the living area, the balcony and all the bedrooms, there is plenty of room for 12 adults to comfortably stay for two nights without feeling that their space is invaded. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds were all comfortable, basically that is all you need while visiting such a wonderful city as Charleston. Thanks to Chris, who responds quickly to questions or concerns via text.

Great House with a lot of room!
We take an annual family girls trip. This home has five bedrooms and three baths which is very important to us. It is so hard to find places with this much space that are reasonably priced like this one was. We like our personal space. But in addition, there is a great porch and a great family room for when we want to hang out together. The kitchen is very well stocked but we took advantage of the Charleston restaurants instead of cooking. This house is walking distance to many good restaurants. The owner is extremely responsive. We only had one minor issue and he took care of it very fast. Would definitely stay here again.
