Krásné místo s výhledem na hory pro romantiku i turistiku, kola

Měli jsme dva dvoulúžkové pokoje s výhledem do hor a velkou terasou. Pokoje krásné, TV, lednice. Terasa nás velmi příjemně překvapila, byly zde lehátka i křesílka a nádherný výhled. Vybavení hotelu pěkné - možnost posezení na zahrádce, k dispozici ping pong, fotbálek, kulečník. Welness menší, ale příjemné - bazén a tři malé vířivky, sauna. Je třeba si vyčíhnout správnou dobu a můžete tam být sami. Snídatě klasické bufetové, všeho bylo dost.

Trochu nás zklamala restaurace. Ze zkušenosti známe polskou kuchyni, je vynikající, pestrá, velmi chutná. Zde pár jídel, malé porce za velkou cenu. Večeřeli jsme pouze jednou a pak dojížděli do města.

Bardzo miły pobyt w świetnie położonym obiekcie

Pyszne śniadanie, miła obsługa, świetna restauracja (chyba najlepsza w Zieleńcu). Czysto, komfortowo, piękne widoki. Oprócz tego darmowa strefa SPA.

Víkend s dobrým jedlom

Designový a farebne zladený interiér, bazén a sauna v cene pobytu, perfektná reštaurácia, balkón na izbe s posedením, herňa, miestnosti kde sa môžu skupiny baviť do rána a nikoho tým nerušia, parkovanie v cene

Recepčná ani slovo Anglicky, cez víkend v pohode, ale počas pracovných dní nie je voda v bazéne vyhrievaná, nikto na to neupozornil, na čistotu sa tu moc nehrajú, jednou handrou pani utrela stoličky aj stôl v reštaurácii.

Family autumn holidays

Unfortunately nothing.

We recently stayed at a hotel during autumn holidays with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The hotel advertised itself as an English-Polish hotel, but none of the employees we met spoke even basic English. The room was not clean, with spiderwebs in all corners and a dirty shower and toilet brush. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no place to hang our swimming clothes or wet hiking or skiing clothes. Our windows faced directly onto the parking lot, which meant that everyone passing by could see into our room. The food in the restaurant was terrible, with no English menu and nobody to explain the menu. The breakfast was also disappointing, with only one type of fruit (melon) and no sweet breakfast options available after 9am. We had prepaid for breakfast but ended up going elsewhere instead. The swimming pool and sauna had no English guidance or rules, and the floors were dirty. The pool loungers were broken, and there was no gym equipment other than bikes and treadmills in a smelly room with no weights or space for mats.

Pokoje i taras duży, personel bardzo pomocny, strefa relaksu spełnia oczekiwania, śniadania pyszne, bogaty kącik dla bobasa, nawet pogoda załatwiona :)

Ciężko się czegoś doczepić, jedynie prysznice/deszczownice średnio funkcjonowały w strefie Spa

Udany pobyt

Pobyt w Skałce był bardzo udany. Piękne i czyste pokoje, super baza noclegowa żeby moc pozwiedzać i pochodzić po okolicy. Śniadania bardzo smaczne jak i rozniez posiłki w restauracji.

Superb

SPA and fun area are great. Clean and cozy. Three whirpools and funtains i the pool are nice positive surprise. We have used as well massage option and it was as well nice.

Room and bathroom are really nice and clean when we came in. I would just suggest to pay bit more attention to cleaning floors (in the bathroom especially) Also I would appreciate some jogger or extra cloth for bathroom after using shower.

Beautiful place with amazing staff

We loved the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna. Room was excellent- clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. The highlight however was the staff! The nicest people, extremely helpful and kind, always smiling, especially Lena who was on reception. She greeted us with a smile and helped with my unlimited number of questions!

New modern accommodation in a great location, easily available from CZ as well as PL. Very tasty breakfasts (from 8 to 10AM (could start earlier)), wide choice of meals, fruit, vegetable, sweets Big and comfy rooms Spa available from 10AM to 10PM Nice staff - available to help

quite cold water in jacuzzi as well as in the shower in room (perhaps I am used to more hot water) slippery floor in spa, in sauna and around swimming pool no way to properly cool down after sauna - just one shower

Very nice hotel, would stay again.

Breakfast was the best ever, unbelievable variety of food, fantastic. All staff were super nice and helpful. The room was very warm without the need to switch the radiators fully on. Bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows. Location was excellent.

We could hear the people next door talking quietly, very thin walls. Luckily there wasn't any noisy celebrations late at night. Selection of teas in the room not very impressive, no coffee or milk.

Lovely hotel, shame about the noise barriers in the walls.

Staff were amazing, food in the restaurant was great and everything was new and clean. Facilities well thought out.

The walls are VERY thin, other conversations and laughter very annoying all night, from both sides of our room.

Amazing relax :)

Everything is absolutely perfect in this place: - rooms are nice and comfortable - food in the restauran is delicious with great variety (I recommend deer ;)) - spa is clean and pleasant - massages we took were done very professionally - staff is extremally helpfull and friendly

Great, well organised hotel - perfectly located for skiing with nice pool and spa facilities.

Due to COVID restrictions, all food had to be eaten in the room but breakfast buffet was decent to visit and take back. Staff very helpful dealing with requests.

Overpriced for this quality of stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly

It's far too expensive for the quality of experience. Breakfast is awful - with instant coffee! No cosmetics in the bathroom (just soap). No cleaning staff throughout the stay, no phones. Overall if the price was twice lower I would highly recommend. But there are resorts with much better standard (including swimming pool, sauna and a brilliant breakfast) in the same distance to the slopes for even a lower price.
