A fuir absolument !

L’appartement est chaleureux et la vue superbe

Aucune considération pour le client ! - Pas de parking, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué (il faut donc se garer à 500m et revenir avec les valises.. avec 1m de neige.) - Pas de concierge : on vous demande d’arriver après 16h.. sauf que le concierge part à 16h. Le lobby est plein : tout le monde attend d’avoir accès à sa chambre mais n’a reçu aucun SMS avec les codes. Le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur son comptoir était faux..J’ai finalement dû faire intervenir Booking. 1h d’attente pour moi, 2 pour les autres. Aucun mot d’excuse de l’hôtel ni geste commercial (pourquoi ne pas envoyer un sms au client en indiquant qu’il y aura du retard et l’inviter à prendre un verre au bar de rez de chaussée ??) - pas de petit déjeuner car là aussi message différent selon le site / la confirmation / les mails d’infos Et le clou cette nuit : alerte incendie à 23:50. Tout le monde se retrouve en bas paniqué. Personne ne nous renseigne. Le personnel du restaurant nous regarde surpris et continue à travailler.. Le manque de respect pour les clients a été flagrant de bout en bout. Vraiment le pire hôtel jamais essayé.. Sur les 3 jours, nous n’aurons vu personne sur place..

Nice apartment and great location!

We got the room 4410, super big room and amazing few! We ended up staying indoors all day just enjoy the view and sky

They’ve got pots and two plates 😂 Wish the kitchen can be more equipped (ex. cooking oil, tea bags, and bowls should be provided)

Flott overnattingssted i perfekt beliggenhet. Kommer gjærne igjen:)

Store rom med mye plass og boltre seg i. Gode senger.

Det var litt misvisende på nett ang frokost. Stod på nettsiden via Google frokost var inkludert. Ikke noe stort problem, men vert å fikse for andre gjester. Ellers var alt flott.

Luxus direkt am Hafen

Super viel Platz Bequeme Betten Schöne Aussicht auf den Hafen Nordlichter sind von Apartment aus zu sehen bei schönem Wetter Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden (150 NOK pro Tag)

Der Gang des Hotels riecht stark nach Fisch durch das Restaurant darunter (Zimmer aber nicht) Trotz Schild „Bitte sauber machen“ wurde das Apartment nicht gereinigt (das Reinigungspersonal war gerade in meiner Etage und hat das Schild sicher gesehen und leider trotzdem ignoriert)

Outstanding wiew apartment with a lot of space. Requires not just cleaning but some fix and details.

The sea wiew suite was outstanding, waking up and seeing a completely another world out of the window, right in the heart of Lofoten

In the room where we stayed 3100 there was no bright light, all the lights we're very dim and dark, the window in one of the bedrooms was cracked but not broken, and some minor door handle issues to go ti the bedroom, we aswell had a bathtub and i like to take cold plunges (baths) when i filled the water it was yellowish, not transparent how it usually is, probably the pipes are rusty and old.

Perfect stay in Svolvaer

I loved how spacious the apartment was! Such a great view of the sea and the mountains! Very central too. Easy check in,a very comfortable bed and great breakfast. I enjoyed staying here so much that I decided to come back again for my last day of the trip.

The only thing I can think of is very dirty windows(lots of bird poop too). I understand it’s hard to clean the windows from the outside, but at least you can clean the ones from a balcony.

Very good!

Amazing place in the centre of Svolvear (small city). The breakfast was not so bad as other people said, it was quite good actually. Everything was very clean and comfortable in the suite.

The lackness of a pan in the kitchen. There was one little pan but it was just unusable.

Great location with poor quality of service.

Location is stunning! Nice appartement facing the port. Garage in the building.

Very unfriendly (rude) hotel staff (No good morning, hello, how are you?, thank you, ... during our entire stay. Room never cleaned and garbage can never emptied. Breakfast buffet (dirty tables, very limited offering (ex.: bread empty 2 out of 3 days), unfriendly staff, ...).

Great location and views, but not a great value given parking fees, no housekeeping, and mediocre breakfast.

Great view and comfortable apartments.

In two weeks and six hotels in Norway, the Nordis had the most underwhelming breakfast buffet. Only one type each of marmalade, deli meat, and cheese. I expected at least an average breakfast given the price. Parking is 300 NOK per day. Get the parking app and use public parking lots.

Spacious, comfortable apartment centrally located overlooking harbour marina. Excellent facilities. Good breakfast served in hotel restaurant. Several parking options are available nearby.

Absolutely, the best place to stay in Svolvaer

Spacious, luxuriously appointed furniture and linens. Incredible view! Quiet, lovely decor. Hotel and restaurant staff were really great.

nice location nice place. maybe as we are off season the package is a bit too expensive for the service.

The suite is very big and nice. you have lot of space it is very warm and the view was ok too.

The breakfast provided is definitively not to what we paid for (raw egg, no milk, no sweet from the bakery, no sugar nor tea). it was not matching the description and we got a small package in the fridge. the staff is nice but does not seem to know the facilities around or what is sold to the customer. similarly for the underground parking you need to pay and extra 300 NOK. This js extortion.

Breakfast menu contain 3 set, and it was good. service was friendly. Minibar was nice. Bed was one of the best.

It is not easy to find parking place in this city. I parked car in harbor area, and walked 10 min back to hotel.

We paid you SEK 12 652 for two nights!! When we asked the reception staff what the actual rate was, they answered NOK 1995 per night. We were also informed that Bookin dot com add an extra fee on the room rate, but the difference is absolutely unacceptable!! We have used Booking dot com for many years but no we stop if you do not refund us an reasonable amount. If not we cannot recommend our friends to use Booking dot com. Please respond to our comments!
