A very relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

Location - short walk to the marina and Spar. 40 mins from the airport. Pool was lovely maintained by the fantastic poolguy. Beds very comfortable. Wifi and Sonos system. Plenty of loungers and seating areas. TV for kids. Hosts were always in touch if we needed anything and offering to help.

We all had an amazing time, very lazy holiday, great outdoor space.

The heated swimming pool was everyone's favorite much loved by us all and was cleaned once during the week we were there, lots of outside loungers seating. Lovely large family dining areas inside and outside, nice big comfortable beds, all rooms had their own ensuite bathrooms. Quiet road, located close to the marina, two beaches about a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Half an hour walk around the marina to central Cala d'Or or you can hop on the little tourist train, they do get quite busy. Washing machine a real must with small children. Great filter tap for safe drinking water. Everything was spotlessly clean, which is a big must for me.

Not so much a dislike, but one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance from the main villa and is accessed at the side of the villa down a staircase in the basement, has its own key for the door, large room and bathroom, small basement window. Could have done with a bit more cupboard space for storing shopping for a family of eight, but not a big deal, especially as there are so any places to eat out close by.

We had a lovely holiday and the villa, hosts and everything was really good.

Pool, location, design

The pool heat wasn’t on for long (a couple of hours in the morning and evening) and in April the sun doesn’t heat the pool enough during the middle of the day so it’s a bit chilly. I suspect that in the warmer months that this isn’t an issue at all.

great family holiday in a lovely resort and comfortable villa

We really liked this villa. It’s a really good size and the bedrooms are large with huge beds, which were really comfortable. The glass room at the back of the house is a lovely place to have breakfast and we liked having the big table in the garden to eat dinner. great that plenty of towels, including beach towels, were provided. The pool was the perfect temperature- it’s heated but still refreshing on a hot day. Pool hoover was great as it kept the pool lovely and clean. easy walk to the harbour (less than 5 minutes) so we could easily go out for dinner at night - loads of good restaurants in the harbour.

A luxury villa in a fantastic location!!

Fantastic villa. Very high quality fixtures and fittings. Bedrooms were big, beds enormous and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you can think of and the glass room overlooking the pool area was the star of the show. The location to the marina was perfect, only a few minutes walk and to the beach less than 10 minutes walk. Owners very friendly and respond to questions by text very quickly.

There genuinely was nothing we didn’t like about the property, it felt like home from home.

Amazing week in the sun with 6 adults and 3 babies, beautiful location and Villa!

The Villa is in such a great location, right on the harbour and by a spar so super easy to grab supplies for the villa. The outside area is amazing we spent so much time outside and used the bbq which was great! There was a coffee machine with pods supplied, a dishwasher, decent sized fridge freezer and lots of utensils etc.

Very small… there wasn’t a jug for Sangria so we had to get one, but we left it there so future guests can enjoy that ;) we will definitely be booking again for future years!!

We had the best of times at Villa Lumi Hosts have been amazing throughout. The villa is in a great location and has been perfect for us. We love the location.

It was absolutly amazing!

The villa looks just like the picture. Maybe even better in real life :) It was clean, tidy and it has a really good vibe. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbels! So nice! We really enjoyed our own pool, the loungers, the garden, everything was really great! We had a nice BBQ. The neighbour (Humpreys) was so sweet and helped us with gas when it was too late to buy a new can. Bless him. It was around 20/25 minutes walking to the city center. The supermarket was a 5/10 minute walk. All the bedrooms were tidy, had airco, an iron, hairblowers and even hair straightners! We had a small problem with the elektricity but one text to the owners and it was fixed in no time. Really good service! Def rent some bikes to explore Cala D'or, many beautiful beaches. We really enjoyed touring around. We would 100% recommend this villa!!! We had a blast!

We didn't have any minus points about the villa. Everything was taking care off.

I can certainly recommend

The hosts were super flexible (last minute booking) and helpful, house is spacious and very well equipped with everything you may need. Location is very good, we were in the middle of winter time so it was quite and still possible to find restaurant/bar in close areas. Generally the house was perfect for our stay and I can only recommend it!

The only thing we were little missing was a breakfast table inside the house, because some days the mornings were cold (we stayed in the winter) for having breakfast in the beautiful winter garden. (but you will not have the same issue 95% of the year :-))

An excellently well presented villa with very helpful and friendly hosts

The villa is in an excellent location near the marina. It was extremely well equipped and furnished. The owners were very attentive and helpful. The enclosed glass terrace and pool with southern aspect was excellent place to enjoy the sun especially early in the year as we were. We have stayed in a number of villas and this is the best.
