Amazing

The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful location and very child friendly. Loads of parents and babies around, was lovely to see.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel!

The staff was really helpful and friendly. There are so many activities that you can join and different shows available in the evening. Also, the food was really good and we had so many options.

not too many things to do in the area. it’s listed as beach front but it’s quite far and the walk is a massive hill

Very good entertainment all day long and evenings. Not noisy. Few bars and shops in walking distance. Ideal.

The missus getting up at 6.30 every morning. Not the hotels fault but only thing I can think off

Big room

I do not recommend! I'm not demanding, but this was a pure disaster. Wasted money for nothing. The food was awful, it couldn't be eaten, pastries old hard, dirty glasses! Nothing peace, none, by 3 a.m., drunk guests were screaming under the windows. Nothing for people who want to relax.

Superb stay in this hotel

I liked that it was all inclusive, so we weren't bothered about getting food outside. If we didn't want to go out of the hotel, it would have still be fun as the hotel had alot of activities to keep everyone entertained especially for kids. My daughter visually lived in the kids pool literally all the days we didn't go out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, as not only was it comfortable, they had varieties of food, so everyone had something to it. It's also a beautiful hotel and I wouldn't mind returning back with my family again!

I didn't like that the kids club only accepted kids from age 4. Our daughter was 27months, and we only got to keep her there as one of the staff in the kids club only accepted cause she understood english. She did us a favor, but on getting back another staff member was cross with us, as he had initially declined us leaving our daughter behind. I think they should make more rooms for kids from 2yrs as some parents like us would want to do some activities that kids can't join like the parasailing we went for.

Hotel in itself is pretty. Room was really nice. Bathroom up to high standard. Things that were broken got repaired fast. Staff was helpful. Travels by free coach were nicely organised. Shop is well stocked.

Swimming pool is way too small, also people jump into water over your head and liveguard seems to be not bothered. Couple of things were broken in the room and I had to ask at a reception desk for them to get repaired. Pipes are extremely noisy, I was waking up on few occasions in the middle of the night just because somebody upstairs decided to go to the loo. Flies were flying around the food- covering the boufet would make a massive difference. Food was not great- meat hard to chew, too salty at times, didn't really enjoy it. 32 euros for safe is a riddiculous price for something which should be included.

Super fun and full of life

There was a lot of food options even though we were vegetarian and vegan, there was always something to eat and the food was very good. All the staff were super friendly. We also really enjoyed all the daily activities at the hotel.

If you’re looking for a calming vacation away this isn’t the right place, it’s filled with activities (which for us was perfect), so if that’s what you’re looking for it’s perfect.

Good

Nice spacious room. Walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Separate lounge area. Tea and coffee make facilities with Nespresso machine unfortunately supplies not top up after the first night.

This is primarily a family hotel with entertainment to suit them. It was loud and noisy. We struggled to find any where quiet to sit and read. Most evenings we retreated to our room and drunk wine that we’d purchased from the local supermarket. The drinks offered during the day were on draught, cold and very cold even the red wine!
