Si. El personal muy atento y amable

El área del bar no estaba habilitada físicamente, aunque nos explicaron muy amable y claramente que podíamos usar el espacio y las bebidas no las llevaban.

Приятный отель. Хорошее местоположение, до пляжа на машине 5 минут. Персонал очень отзывчивый!

С нас взяли депозит 10000 песо на время проживания, и за это время мы потратили 7000. Разницу нам так и не вернули, уже несколько раз звонили в отель, так и не смогли объяснить причину.

El mejor lugar para hospedarse en terrenas

Todo!!!! Las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, el desayuno, la cena, el happy hour. ABSOLUTAMENTE TODO. Hubiéramos deseado estar más tiempo en Terrenas para disfrutar más del hotel.

No hay nada que no fuera de nuestro agrado, todo fue perfecto.

Great stay

Beautiful place, with many details.

The AC of the room wasn’t very strong for the room, so I couldn’t sleep very well. Therefore I had to move the bed to a new position so that the AC literally hit me.

The food was delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and the rooms very comfortable!

The property was beautiful, very well furnished and equipped, very elegant!

It was kind of far from the nicer beaches and the surrounding area isn’t very nice.

Pretty nice place, to stay and enjoy every single detail.

We love it!. A kind of simple and silence luxury moment. Since we arrived was a nice experience. Beautiful and quiet place. So neat and shiny clean. We adore that bed and pillows. You can sleep and rest like angels, trust me. Right decoration that embrace the beauty of nature around. Good food. The breakfast was complete and delicious. The staff is professional and friendly.

it is clean, spacious and the design is awesome. staff is super friendly.

The shower tap might to be upgraded a little. very difficult to get the right water temperature. Also in the past the menu in the restaurant was very very good. it is now a little smaller.

We had a magical time at this beautiful hotel.

The hotel is beautifully manicured. I really like the mixture of incorporating natural wood in their décor, the natural with the modern. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I love the size of our room (huge). It had beautiful decor with a tree trunk in the middle of the room. The hotel's food is exceptional; it exceeded my expectations.

There is really nothing I didn't like. I just wonder if there could one hour out of the day with music and drinks at the rooftop like a happy hour.

Saman is a true beautiful gem

This place exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were so friendly and I enjoyed the jacuzzi on the rooftop.

Nice hotel with lovely design

We loved the hotel design, spacious shower, cleanliness and warm welcome. Overall, a nice experience!

The way the breakfast was organised, we were two persons and it was unclear what could be ordered in two or just one portion without extra payment. It seemed that the hotel was trying to save money on minor things like the breakfast menu which made us wonder what was the point of having to pay to have, for example, two portions of granola yoghurt, one for each one of us as it should normally be. Majority of guests were anyway having dinner at the hotel so the restaurant does make a profit. Also, the lounger on the room balcony was rotten and could not be used. Regular maintenance or replacement is recommended.

The hotel is nicely furnished, decorated and fitted out; nice modern, mid-size boutique; a blend of stone and wood. Super comfy room and bed. Nice large Smart TV. Bathroom had no bath, but a does feature a double shower and all the expected amenities. Comfy roof terrace with giant bean-bags and plunge pool. Fantastic kitchen and chef; great breakfast options included. Finally, the staff are super nice and helpful.

The location isn’t the best; recommend to hire some sort of transport e.g. an ATV

Effortlessly cool, calm and stylish hotel. Fabulously friendly staff, helpful but not intrusive. Nothing was too much trouble.

The most amazing hotel with the impeccable staff and service - couldn’t rate this place more highly

This hotel is incredible - the staff are so friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, the food is out of this world, it’s so clean and the rooms are plush. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience staying here. Really recommend this hotel and Las Terranas.

This is the most minor, minor comment so don’t let it put you off, there could be a few more simple lunch options. The food is incredible and a few simple options for lunch would be great, but by no means let this put you off as it is a really minor observation

The staff and the property were great! Everything was lovely and clean and comfortable.

It was so noisy. Some of it is not the hotels fault…the motor bikes just fly by all the time and you can hear every single one. The atrium also lends itself to a bit of noise. It’s a great place, just bring your earplugs!

Absolutely wonderful! We loved every minute here!

We loved everything here! This is one of the best hotels i’v been. Staff was super friendly and helpful, hotel was beautiful, bed was so comfy, food was so good. If we ever come back to Las Terrenas we will come here.

The only small minus is the location. We didn’t have a car or scooter so had to walk to the beach and the city, but that was our fault not the hotels. It was about 20min walk to the Playa Popy. We did see some cute baby goats on our way to the beach so it was nice. 😊 Neighbourhood is much more peaceful comparing to downtown Las Terrenas.
