Clean and comfortable room, no frills but modern and clean and quiet.

Clean, modern and located conveniently for the Magna vie Francigena walk. A café was close by.

The reception was rather poor, no real communication so we weren’t really sure of entry and exit procedures. We didn’t know we had to activate the front gate lock to exit and we ended up being locked in the property and had to climb the front gate to get to the street!

A very pleasant surprise!

This property is gorgeous! The location is perfect, close to many bars and restaurants. The host was very friendly, helped us in finding a good restaurant for dinner, and gave us some information on the local area. We had 3 twin beds in our room and it was still very spacious. The shower was incredible after a day of hiking. I definitely recommend this property and would use it again myself.

No kettle or coffee making available in the common space. That would have been an extra nice thing while waiting to go for breakfast

Comfortable Rooms is exactly what they are. Honest good service. 👍

The rooms were excellent, my partner and I stayed in one while another friend stayed in the other room. Both were perfectly clean and tidy, showers worked very well, the owner Mario met us quickly and when we needed to stay a bit longer the next day to work from the room - Mario offered it at no extra cost. We highly recommend it! Air conditioning was really woking well too - as there was a heat wave during our stay in Cammarata.

Nothing to report - these rooms were really good. 👍
