Location was fine. Breakfast was meh.
It had air conditioning and pretty sure the sheets were clean.
The walk to my room was littered with trash, a hangar and right outside my door were soiled sheets.

The staff was good. The location was good. The value was good.
It smelled weird. We had two hand towels and two towels in the room and No washcloths. Staying three days, we asked for more towels and got two wash cloths one more each hand towel and reg. Towel.

honestly thought the photos were nice, but it is all a LIE, these people's hotel gave us 3 rooms, the first room the A/C wasn't working, the second room, their sofa had a spring coming out of it, and it was a hazard to sleep in. the 3rd room finally was an applicable room but the fact that the room was moldy, and no discount was provided, I am definitely not coming back to here.

Breakfast was okay
The place was filthy. Our rooms had been cleaned. Two waste baskets in room with urine in them. All customers coming in had dirty rooms. It took 1 hour to get clean towels & 2 flat sheets. Day before Galveston cruise so other place to go. Front desk & manager did care.

Clean, feels safe, gym was great and the room was spacious.
The AC didn't shutdown even after it was switched to off. The receptionist asked for $40 extra for a late checkout.

The breakfast was very limited as to what was offered. Cereal, toast, waffles.
They charged me for 2 nights and we only stayed one. Came for my aunts funeral.
3.0
the peace and quiet and the shower, house keeping stays away unless you request them
hardly any towels for the shower unless you ask for more, staff always in back had to yell to get attention, breakfast suck coffee suck, water pressure was low and cable TV connection was bad.

The only thing I liked was the location.
All trash cans on the 1st floor were overflowing the whole time we were there. Our room had a moldy funky smell It had some type of water damage.
3.5
Clean room, very convenient location : only a few minutes drive to Galveston, good Wifi, breakfast OK, clean pool (very much appreciated after a day of visit), good room size, with fridge and microwave oven.
so much chlorine in the pool that our kids had eyes burning and same for us : we appreciate cleanliness, but it was definitely a little too much !

There wasn’t enough toilet paper and there were not enough towels and the breakfast finished to fast.

Young children running and jumping well past midnight on the top floor. 🙄

Cleaness,desk manager was really rude

The location was perfect for us and the water pressure was excellent. The hotel's decor was nice and up to date.
Dirty. If the floors were vacuumed, then that vacuum needs to be serviced. The previous occupant spilt something on the carpet (carpet was damp), left a musky smell to the room and it even damaged the desk. Sheets had stains on them and the hallway between the bath and room was sticky. We also found the pillows and mattresses to be uncomfortable.

Hotel offered a full breakfast, but I slept in so didn't see what was offered. Room was quiet and spacious. Everything was in good condition.
It is a pain getting to this hotel and with the construction if you miss your exit (like I did) and have to go around and around you'll pass it 5 times before you finally get on the right road to get to it. Once there I did find a back way out of the hotel and through a neighborhood that made getting around much easier.

Pool is not heated

Efficient and friendly staff
One of the back doors by the patio wouldn’t let me back in with my key card. It worked on the pool entrance door so I was still able to get in after hours.

Property was within short trip to Galveston or South Houston.
Nothing but road construction which is not their fault so be aware when getting near the property so you don’t have a 15 minute detour to get back.

As always, the breakfast was great.
The room had not been vacuumed and one of the beds had spots on the bed spread. Rooms need dehumidifier
3.5
The room was good for 4 adults. Beds were a bit hard for my liking, but my husband slept well.
The temperature in the room would not regulate, so it would get hot and then cold.

very clean.

Location.
our room smelled like dogs and the breakfast was very limited compared to the previous time we were there.
5.0
clean, welcoming, sitting area in lobby, front desk service. Felt safe and in a good area. Lights on property made it feel safe late night and parking was easy and accessible
Room had a musty smell like wet dirty laundry as soon as you walk in. After awhile you get accustomed to the smell until you walk out and return again. In the morning we discovered a large pile of dirty towels inside the closet from previous guests.
The construction on roads made it difficult to get to hotel. Hotel sits along the I45, getting anywhere outside hotel (gas, food, stores, entertainment) required one way to exit/return with the turn around points both a bit of a distance.
No dinner options unless you got back into the construction and drove a bit to several fast food options.

Everything was clean from the lobby to the elevators to the room. Room was very clean as well. The wifi was great, the location is great.
