Beautiful beach view, comfortable furniture inside and out.

The patio furniture was very comfortable & we enjoyed sitting outside to eat and read. The bed was comfy as well as the living room furniture. Great to have real coffee maker (not a K-cup) ... Melissa was very nice to bring us coffee filters, for there were non provided.

No breakfast provided, which we knew. The code to get into the condo was wrong, so we had to contact Vacasa to get a new code. There were dirty utensils in the drawer. Caulking is needed at kitchen counter and other places. The shower needs a "grab bar" especially with the high edge around the tub. Our friends stayed in Unit 62 and the decor is very cheery, the shower is a walk-in shower ... overall very inviting and attractive compared to Unit 51.

location to the beach small building, therefore not crowded like staying in a friend’s home

The stay in emerald skye

Oceanview front,the roomy setup ,the pool on the ground floor ,but the views were beautiful, the ocean was amazing,

If you loud neighbors you could hear them.it wasn't that bad though .that there was only 2 rolls of toilet paper in there for a wk stay.

I would say the stay was ok, and I would consider staying there again.

The location was great.

The elevators quit working multiple times. I had to ask 2 different people before I got the password to the wifi that was supposed to be no password required. The sofa bed had no sheets on it and there was trash on it when we pulled it out. The water handle in the shower was very loose. The front door would stick open on the floor. Multiple tiles on the floor were broke. Outlet covers were falling off. The parking was crazy. The washer and dryer were very loud when running. There was a scheduled water outage for repairs on Friday. The water was back on in a timely manner within the limits that the reminder note showed, but much later in the evening, I had to contact vacasa because our hot water wasn't working. They had to call someone back out to get our hot water back on.

Very disappointed on how we were treated by Managment with all of these issues.

there was not much to like about the condo we rented, front AC didn’t work, keyless entry was hard to get to work, wood trim around door facing was not attached, the couch was worn and very uncomfortable to sit on, the rocking chair legs kept falling off the chair when you moved it, the commode was outdated, (to low to the ground and h the the bowl water was so high that when you sat down to take a crap your private parts hung in the water) vert discussing. The elevator didn’t work when arrived had to use the stairs (5 flights) to get to our room with luggage. On Friday no water for multiple hours and when it was finally turned on there was not hot water to shower with until 9:00 PM that evening, which it made it hard to go out anywhere to eat after being on the beach all day and can’t shower.

Ease of access to property and beach

Hard to open door to actual condo to enter and exit to balcony and the condo front dooras well. The outdoor balcony furniture was in very bad disrepair (2 chairs were completely broken, had we not paid attention could've gotten hurt)and very uncomfortable.

enjoyed the stay even with the few non working items, we came for the beach and was very satisfied with our stay

beach access and view from balcony.

a few of the appliances didn’t work, vacuum was super loud, blinds was broken, tv in bedroom didn’t work.

it was alright

the view. you are right on the beach

certain windows with views were only able to open halfway, but windows facing the parking lot were able to open shutters all the way open on those. no blow dryer
