We had a really Nice stay for Labor Day weekend. The house was so comfortable and very well equipped for our every need from cooking to relaxing and was perfectly located within short drives to great restaurants and the beautiful Johnson Beach. Our host was very gracious and made sure we were comfortable at every point of our day. It was a memorable time and we would be happy to come and stay again thank you.

We had a great time at the cottage even though we had some rain. The back yard intercostal water access is very nice and it is close to Johnson Beach as well.

We absolutely loved our stay and are thankful for Mr. Brunie and Leta for opening up this beautiful place to us to relax and rest. We live outdoors and that's where we spent most of our time. The outdoor scenery is amazing! The shade, cool breeze, trees, and shore line very close by. This was just what we needed! They made this our home for the few days we were there and felt so welcoming. We will be back as soon as you get thay peir built. 😉 Again, thank you so much for the hospitality.

We like to choose places we don’t have to leave to feel like we’re on vacation, and this was such the perfect choice. Leta was very helpful answering questions leading up to our stay, and Brunie is so great to have close. He gave us a tour and some history of this beautiful home. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were very kind. We can’t wait to stay again.

The cabin is just as described! The property owners are delightful. Brunie was amazing. He kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer advice on places to see. We stayed for 7 days and did not want to leave. The grounds are peaceful and well kept. The cabin is extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location could not be more convenient to the grocery, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend and I am already planning our next stay...2025.

We didn’t have much time to stay this trip and ended up staying at the property more than visiting the area. It was a perfect relaxing stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage. Right on the water and easy access to anything in the Pensacola area. Nice bedrooms, living room and kitchen with any appliances and cooking utensils you could need. Bathroom is nice with a large shower and washer and dryer. The outside has many areas to sit and enjoy a meal or just take in the wildlife and boats going by on the water. We would stay here again if planning a trip to this area again.

Great stay in a comfortable home and quiet area. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything one might need to cook. Publix/Winn Dixie are 5 mins away. The cabin backs right up to the intercoastal waterway with great views.
Right across the bridge are the Perdido Key Beaches and 15 mins to Alabama Beaches. NAS is 15 mins!
Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 4 had a great time at this cottage. Everyone loved it and we plan to go back. It was nice, quiet and right on the water, and just a short drive to the beach.

Property owner and manger were so friendly and informative and accommodating.. The place has been renovated, its in great location, very quiet and residential which is just what we were looking for.
We've rented from VRBO about 8 times this year, so far and you can tell this one is managed with care and love. So far our favorite managed property.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need then some. Air fryers toaster, blender, cooffe pot, utlinsels, knives, cutting boards, cookie sheets, pans, pots, you name it. There's even a family cookbook which, I believe is from the owners mom or grandmother, which was very cool and a nice personal touch.
The place has what you need, even laundry detergent if you want to use the very nice and new W/D.
Wildlife and aquatic life that we saw while on property: bald eagle, blue herons, ospry, bats, pelicans, otter (so cool), a school of large jack crevalles, blue crabs, hermit crabs, jellyfish, stingrays, frogs, all kinds of other birds. The most relaxing place!
Fish we caught out the front door: pinfish (excellent for bait), redfish and a gag grouper. Bring your fishing pole and there's a bait store right beside WinnDixie
I can recommend eating at The Point. However, in my opinion, the best restaurant you can have is grilling right outside with a few cocktails. So stop by the WinnDixie which is 5 minutes away and grab something to grill or pick a recipe out of the family cookbook.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this house, the property and the ease of access to the surrounding area. The house was clean and comfortable with lots of necessities that were appreciated. We took advantage of the property being on the bay and explored, kayaked and fished. We highly recommend and hope to be back! Perfect place for those who like privacy, but close to area beaches.

Loved the quite neighborhood. The house is small but has everything we needed. 4 guests is the max and this house is perfect for that. 10 minute ride to Henderson Park/Beach where you can park in various places without a crowd. The beach there fantastic. Burnie is a great big plus as he answered all our questions. Thanks! We will be back.

It wasn't love at first sight, but finally we love this cute corner: the owl and owlets, the fog, the swing, our breakfast on a patio, Johnson beach etc. And unsurpassed Brunie! He is the best property manager. Thanks a million from Ukrainians who were thrown here by fate!

We loved our stay on Kaiser Lane. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. It's off the beaten path, but we could travel easily to the beach area or stay home and enjoy the view from the front lawn. Thank you to our great hosts!! We'll be back.

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a wonderful time. We were visiting family in the area and this was a prefect base. The area is peaceful and quiet (well except the amazing Osprey). The property is situated waterfront and we used the kayaks provided on a few occasions. We visited the local restaurant- The Point, which served us yummy food (try the fried cheesecake!).
The facilities at the home were brilliant. The kitchen was well equipped with everything (and more) that you needed. It was great to have dishwasher and washing machine detergent. We did bring a few capsules but coming from the UK is was useful having these there. Also having extra beach towels was helpful.
The bed in the main room is huge and comfy.....I loved having the space! It was also great to have another room with single beds, so my boys had their own space (when looking for holiday homes, we struggled to find this).
Communication before our visit with Michael was excellent. He was very helpful. Brunie at the property was very knowledgeable and was just a text/call away if we needed him.
Overall we had a great stay. Thanks for renting us your home.

The cottage was perfect. I told my husband that if I was single and could move into it, I would. The host was absolutely wonderful and we couldn't ask for a better experience. The people we met at each of our outings and restaurants were very welcoming and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again.,

Cool quiet property in a great location
The house had a neat layout, was very comfortable to stay in, and in a good neighborhood. The homeowner and his brother were great to work with and very accommodating of our requests. Located near the private beach and grocery stores, it was everything we were wanting for our stay. Highly recommended!!!

Peaceful and relaxing
This place is a lovely getaway. It is quaint and quiet, yet modern where it counts! Loved the understated ambience and helpful hosts that make their guests feel at home. The only issue was that my allergies flared up inside; yet the rest of my family was fine so not a big deal. Would totally stay here again if we ever come back to the area. We enjoyed being here so much and are grateful to this family for sharing their property!

Little slice of heaven off the touristy track
We loved our stay at this quaint (and extremely well-equipped) house. Our family has been coming to the area for years, but this place was a revelation of a whole new space to explore. Brunie was a wonderful help to us and graciously answered all of our questions! Super well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and great shower. A great find! Thanks again to our hosts.

Paradise on the Innercoastal
We love this property. It's the 3rd time we've stayed here and we try to come back at least once or twice every year. The family is super nice and accommodating. The Home is always clean and we love that we can pull our boat right up on the beach. When we are here we usually don't leave by car again for the whole week. We drive the boat to all the restaurants on the water, get gas and ice at the near by marina. It's 10 minutes to Flora-Bama, 15 to Tacky Jacks and 30 to Pensecola board walk. We saw the Blue Angels and got engaged on the beach. It's an affordable home with everything you need to have a wonderful weekend.

It was so close to the beach! We loved being able to drive just a few minutes to Johnson's Beach! Everything about the house was lovely and comfortable! We had everything we needed, and the owner was very helpful!

A perfect piece of paradise!
We booked the property to celebrate our 35th anniversary, and it couldn’t have been any more perfect for us. We took our fishing boat and enjoyed being able to beach it right in the backyard and launch directly into the Intracoastal waterway. The house was impeccably clean and we appreciated the fresh cut flowers from the garden when we arrived. The grounds were very well maintained and offered multiple spots to sit, swing, relax and enjoy the view. The recommendations for restaurants and points of interest that Brunie provided was very helpful. His hospitality was so warm and we felt that we left as friends. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Absolutely Stunning!
This house is perfect! We loved every bit of it! We enjoyed our visit. I can’t wait to bring my husband back! I traveled with one of our daughters a niece and a friend for my daughters cheer competition. We felt safe. It a close drive to Orange Beach. Plenty to do! They give you ideas of places to eat and things to do. You won’t go wrong renting this amazing house. It’s fully furnished!

Perfect escape with perfect view

Clean and cozy
Fantastic property with amazing waterfront views. We felt like we were in a quiet, country setting but in reality only minutes away from beaches and state parks. Mr. Brumie met us at checkin and made us feel at home. We had everything we needed and more, from high end appliances to washing machine detergent! A bonus was my kids getting to play with the neighbor's friendly dogs. We can tell that this property is much more than a source of income...it is well loved, family owned, with historic value.
