Cozy, relaxing, comfortable.

Modern and clean, lots of amenities, including good quality shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Cute setup and the rooms were beautiful.

It was just ok.

We did not see any breakfast

Handful of hair on bathroom floor, bettle crawling on bathroom floor, sink water pressure was very light, faucet on sink not extended enough over bowl therefore water would spill behind sink to floor where outlet and power cords were located.

Playful but lacking.

Bathroom wallpaper.

Short bed sheets, short shower curtain letting water make bathroom floor slippery. Sticky floors in sink area (cleaning chemicals not rinsed?) And $12 (!!) for yogurt and fruit when every other hotel we stay in between MD and AR includes free hot breakfast.

Just stayed for the night. Clean and comfortable. Other people talk about noise, but I always sleep with some kind of wh

Crazy as it sounds, the main reason I booked this hotel over other options is because the sink area is outside the bathroom. That way someone can be getting ready while another person is in the shower.

Turn in is kind of tricky. Missed it because it’s up on the hill and the sign down by the road is small. Had to go down and make a u turn and come back.

Room was nice and clean. Cool decor.

Breakfast was not free and expensive I thought.. Come on. Went to McDonalds for a biscuit. TV kept cutting off as I watched BBC news. I always get a weird vibe at Aloft - I’m not there to party.

Date Night getaway

The shower was EXCEPTIONAL. Everything as a whole was excellent

Property needs another firepit. 1 group took up the whole thing for more than 2hrs & well after midnight. Inconvenience for others looking to use this feature also.

Pleasant Stay

Great location, close to all the stores and restaurants in Turkey Creek . The staff was pleasant and helpful, that facility was was clean and the decor was great. Just a calming and restful day.

Clean, kind, but noisey.

The location was perfect for us. They had a nice use of space in the common areas, cleanliness, staff, and grounds were nice.

Disregard with little wall coverings the level of noise that makes it into your room is way above average. The hotel was largely empty but we still had a lot of road and highway noise. They do provide earplugs and white noise machines but this is signs that they know it’s loud but aren’t taking any steps to fix the loud holistically. Also, as modern as this hotel was, it had an old and busted coin operated washer and drier.

Friendly staff and super clean rooms!!

We stayed at Aloft Friday-Tuesday to celebrate my daughter’s 11th birthday

I loved that the staff were so friendly! Devin, and the gentleman he was training (on night shift) were my favorite, and by far the most friendly and helpful guest I’ve ever had while staying at a hotel, suit, or “home away from home” if you will. I live in Knoxville and anytime I want to stay in a hotel here I’ll be staying at Aloft and anytime I go on vacation outside the state of TN I’ll try to find another “Aloft” location. I also loved the cleanliness, the pool tables, the gym, the outside heated pool and sitting area. I also thought it was so cool that they had a barbecue that Tuesday night, they had a DJ, cooked hamburgers for everyone, and you got 2 alcoholic beverages and they offered non-alcoholic beverages, and this was all at no charge to the guest. Even if your on a business trip and you worry the noise may have to had a function going on they have ear plugs and a noise machine to use while your getting some rest. If your staying in Knoxville, CHOOSE THIS HOTEL! You won’t regret it! Side note: The breakfast is NOT complimentary but they have good prices and even better food!

I wish The pool had been a little bit bigger and I wish the website would have posted a picture posted showing the true size of the pool.

Adequate lodging for an overnight stay. Colorful fun lobby.

The layout of the room & furniture choices were great. Comfortable mattress.

Top bed sheet had a small visible rip at the top. Sheets super wrinkled. Not sure if rug had been vacuumed or at least not very well. Bar in lobby was closed. Pool very small. Lots of traffic noise.

Wosrt hotel especially for the price. Overwhelmed staff—understaffed. Incredibly dirty room.

Room was not clean, bathroom door would not close, water pressure almost non-existent, no body wash, no coffee filter in coffee pot, dirty floor, shower runs into the rest of the bathroom floor, no iron, no closet, no dresser, no seating outside, bar was closed, no breakfast served, difficult and very inconvenient to access entrance coming from interstate, NO BLANKETS provided or extra pillows. Would never recommend.

Disappointing

The hotel itself is neat layout and has alot of potential

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and the cleanliness was disgusting mold in showers, stains on everything tables in rooms looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a long time.

Nice modern hotel; front desk and cleaning staff could be better trained

Modern hotel. Comfortable beds, nice decor.

Bathroom wasn't clean (e.g., toothpaste on the wall), sink didn't drain. The front desk never gave me my wake up calls - I requested two and neither came which was critical b/c my son and I had a college tour at UT to make.

It was excellent!

The Staff was wonderful! The Facility was clean as well as quiet. Also the Friday night entertainment by "CJ the piano man" was excellent!

There is nothing that I can think of at this point.

We honestly liked the hotel a lot! The room had plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. The staff we talked to were all friendly and polite

Cleaning and maintenance were not up to par. There was dirty clothes in a drawer, trash in the trash can; one of the glasses had residue on the rim and the other wasn't very clean. The safe was locked when we checked in, I reported it but they did not unlock and check it. The blackout shade was off the tracks too. The hotel is too new to have these kind of cleaning and maintenance issues.
