Breakfast was horrible. Was told the pool was open it was not. Supposed to receive 50% off my bill at time of checkout have not seen that credit yet. Will definitely not use this chain of hotels again
Service was horrible. Food was not even worth serving. Not clean no pool in Service. Have not received my credit that I was to receive

This was my first time staying at a Fairfield and I was impressed. Not sure if the hotel is new or recently remodeled. Everything felt new. Everyone at the front desk was helpful and pleasant, my room was clean and had everything I needed. I especially liked that a light was on when I walked in and the tv was playing music. I hate walking into a dark hotel room! This felt like a very safe area and there’s a lot of restaurant options nearby. I also noticed that they have ice scrapers for guests to use by the front door which I thought was very nice of them to have on hand. I didn’t eat the breakfast so I can’t comment on that.
I had a room with two queen beds. One of the beds was very comfortable and the other was lumpy and hard. I was glad I had two options to choose from!

When we got to our hotel destination, we arrived with our printed confirmation that we had two rooms reserved however, the hotel did not show but one room with no additional rooms available. We were informed that since we booked through a third party there wasn’t anything they could do for us. So our daughter had to find reservations elsewhere. After we got her a room in a nearby hotel, we settled into our room only to be called by the front desk asking for our daughters name. They had booked her a room under just her first and middle name and didn’t see it when we checked in. Feeling bad about the situation, the front desk clerk called our room a second time and said the hotel would comp our room for the inconvenience. We left the hotel to grab dinner and upon our arrival back to the hotel, the front desk clerk asked to speak to us. Her manager had told her that they could not comp our room but our daughters room - however there was no room to comp because we were told they didn’t have any rooms available. At this point, we decided to contact our next stop because we had booked through Booking.com to verify that we indeed had two rooms reserved. Sure enough, they only showed one room so we called the hotel directly and made reservations. Upon arrival at our next hotel destination, to our surprise they said we did have two rooms reserved and a additional one. 3 rooms!!! Needless to say, we had to get it all cleared up but not without a lot of clamor. My main objective here is to let anyone that is booking through a third party - like booking.com, to be aware that hotels will accept those bookings but are not obligated to help accommodate you in any way if that reservation is not made correctly. Thankfully our daughter is a grown woman and was able to get another room at a different hotel located close to ours - we were traveling together.

The pool temperature could've been a bit warmer!

It's what you want and need in a hotel. Friendly staff. Comfortable luxury rooms. Quiet. Good price.

I visited Knoxville in a business trip for two weeks, before traveling, I called the hotel and asked them if I can pay my stay fees with cash and not with credit card (for business reasons) and they confirmed that I can pay with cash as soon as I arrive. After arriving, the receptionist at the front desk told me that if I wanted to pay with cash, I should pay at the end of my stay and they’d hold the amount of my stay on my credit card, and so I did (I was in a hurry). second day, The general manager named Trent was at the front desk and I explained him my situation and he was very understandable and cooperative with me, he released the amount he held on my card and accepted my cash, he also wrote me an official document stating that they released the amount as my bank got late deposing the amount back into my account (took 9-10 days). So regardless the stay cleanliness, great breakfast, and location, this hotel has a very open minded understandable general manager. would stay there again if I came back.
I told the front desk that I want the room service to do my room daily, but they didn’t consider it as they do it only when I tell them..
