This house needs so much work! Cracks in walls, mold in master bath, beds stained, paint peeling, counters in kitchen are cracked and beds are uncomfortable!! Had to have exterminator come by because bugs but that took 2 days and couldn’t sleep!!
Location was the only good thing about this house!
Not worth the money we put into it!
Would not recommend this house!😡

Great location on Seabrook Island. Less than 100 yards from the Seabrook Island Club and the beach. Plenty of bathrooms and nice balconies.

Two chairs on the deck are rusted barely got cut they shouldn’t even be there!! TV small in the living room and the TV upstairs in the bedroom didn’t work like the one in the living room couldn’t get any channels! living room TV had a cable box TV upstairs in the bedroom that streaming is ridiculous. Couldn’t get anything.

Pervasive mold/mildew smell coming from screened porch. Urine stains on mattress covers. One replaced by Vacasa. Most of furniture on decks broken and rusty. Afraid to sit on. Couldn't operate doors upstairs. All bathroom mirrors peeling. MW dirty and rusty. Just general lack of maintenance. Have stayed at Seabrook since the 70's and never seen anything like this. Vacasa offered to move us but location by the guard house. Very disappointed,

The condo itself needs upgrades. Kitchen counter cracked. Ceiling cracked in places. Beds uncomfortable. There is no recycling bin so we were told on our last day because I asked that we could take them to reclying center ourselves. Stayed in many of the spinnakers over the years. Will not stay here again.

Perfect location
Loved being able to walk to the beach, watch the sunrise and sunset and just hang out in this lovely house. It has everything you need. Really appreciate the efficiency of the check in and check out process.

Great home great location
We loved the screened back porch and the porch off the bedroom. The master bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean. Only a bit of a musty smell on the back porch. We opened the windows and it was just fine after. The location is walking distance to the pool and to beach access 9. The club is icing on the cake. This was our first trip to Seabrook but will not be the last.

Family Friendly Property
This house was perfect for our young kids. A quick walk to either the beach or the beach club pool. The layout of the house was great for the kids as well with a large living room and sunroom for them to spread out. Overall the house and the island have great amenities for all ages.

Perfect location!
This house is located within walking distance to several restaurants, the Clubhouse (pools and food and a little shop), a golf course and beach access boardwalks. The whole place is a self-contained little slice of paradise! The house is adorable! Clean and just the right amenities to make a stay comfortable - cooking paraphernalia, laundry in the unit, free WIFI and cable and plenty of space to name a few. I highly recommend!

Great Time
We had a great time. The home lays out well. We have stayed at Beach Club and Pelican Watch and Spinnaker has been our favorite.

Re: beautiful area
I didn’t like two twin beds in down stair rooms , either didn’t list that or I didn’t pay attention. Any case we got by, but up stairs was real nice very spacious. The area was nice, the beach not so much, the pool was great though make sure you go to place to get pool key, it was hard finding out that info so check on that before you go, I liked folly beach much better but it’s only 7 or 8 mi. Down the hwy.

Great short vacation
We loved the townhouse and it’s location and privacy. We arrived on a Wednesday to Sunday had a great time with our children and their children and my brother’s family.

Only issue was wifi didn't work the entire stay.

Very good time at this house
The only complaint is the lack of a barbecue grill. I rented another house exactly the same model before and the grill made all the difference.

Helpful VBRO customer service personnel
Many thanks to Judy S. and Laurie. Our unit had not been cleaned when we arrived at 4:00 pm. Calls to Judy and Laurie eventually solved the problem and we were able to actually move in round 7:30 pm.

This property was perfect for our family.

Great location, a bit outdated and needing maintenance
A bit outdated as past guest reviews mentioned and overpriced per night in my opinion, but a great location for our short stay. The sheets smelled like strong chemicals so we washed upon arrival with the complimentary detergent pods. It’s unlikely the comforter was washed before our visit (much prefer duvet covers for this reason) and the washer was too small to fit it. Overall a fine location for our long weekend trip.

Nice property, stayed 2/10 to 3/12
Good things: very private end unit w Nice private deck (on main floor).
peekaboo look at the ocean from one upper balcony. Good parking. Kitchen was nicely redone. Master bedroom mattress very comfortable. Table in kitchen a bit small esp as we used it partially for a pantry. Dining table nice and big. Furniture was nice (seemed new) and they appeared to have a brand new rug in family room. Shower upstairs recently remodeled and was very nice (although water pressure somewhat low upstairs) Nice soaker tub on main floor however water heater needed to be turned up so u didn’t run out of hot water while filling it up. Loved having 2.5 bathrooms and being about to shut off guest bedroom and bath. 100 times better than our other spinnaker rental in January!!! Things that need improvement: Soaking/Bathtub on main floor didn’t have a working stopper - had to go buy a generic one. No BBQ grill. Lights in kitchen were too dim. Some maintenance items: no door handle on screen leading to deck and screen didn’t move well. Sliding glass doors in unit were all pretty sticky. Insulation was very insufficient in guest room and sunroom for staying during a colder month. Need a space heater for guest room and sunroom during cold or cloudy weather. Tv on the smaller side - should prob be updated. No potholders. Not much cabinet space that wasn't filled with drink glasses. No pantry. 🤦♀️Washing machine or dryer squeaked. Dishwasher wasn’t releasing cleaning tabs during its cycle. Sunroom carpeting was very moldy smelling so we bought baking soda scented with lavendar to freshen it up. Took several tries but then smelled much better. Nice window coverings in dining/ family room but somewhat tricky to raise and lower. (One fell off in the process) Screen/storm door on front entrance was sticking badly. One cabinet Door on wicker armoire in guest room was half falling off. Some outlets didn’t work. In Vacasa defense: We chose not to call them for amy maintenance, as my husband is immune compromised and we had just moved from another spinnaker unit that needed WAY TOO MANY repairs (25 in 3 weeks) and it had been exhausting scheduling people to come in and out to fix things between husband and I both trying to work and trying to keep him safe from covid. Positives: Vacasa Company was very nice about arranging late checkout due to a miscommunication about extending our time there and maintenance began fixing some items on the day we left. We forgot to tell them about missing pot holders. Other weird thing: only 4 bath towels provided total for entire unit. Could have used 4 for each full bathroom. Minimal other supplies provided. Overall we were happy and would rent this unit again esp if all maint items were completed and a gas/ propane grill was supplied. Would be advantageous to provide a working pantry somewhere In the kitchen. Located at the Quieter end of spinnaker units (which is near golf club house) which made walking there extremely easy. No beach chairs supplied. Both garage cabinets were locked up until we complained and then one was unlocked for us so we could store trash.

Disappointed
Inaccurate listing. Condo needs a good cleaning. Things that were reported in previous reviews have not been fixed even though the owners said they were. Moldy furniture. Painters showed up while we were staying there to paint outside. Also, there were ants. And I will be sure to ask size of TVs before renting at VRBO. Couldn't see the score of games unless 4 feet from TV. Ice maker doesn't work. Very disappointed staying there 3 weeks. Better values at similar properties.

I felt the unit was not really clean; porch furniture was moldy and screens on all the sliding doors were ripped and needed repair.

Feedback from an october stay
The villa is very spacious. location is great and clean. A few things that we noticed - all the pots and pans are extremely scratched. They should replace those as they are not usable. We also noticed that the pillows and cushions in the porch area are moldy. I would definitely replace those, otherwise everything was great. thanks for letting us stay there.

Many outdoor spaces
This was a great house. Really enjoyed the 4 different porches. The living room is plenty large enough to spend time together, and the four porches provide space when you want your own spot to read or relax. Comfy furniture. Great location, right between the beach side and river side beaches. Very close to the swim club.
Wish list to make house even better:
- tupperware in kitchen
- sink handle for cold water in half bath super difficult to turn
- curtains/blinds that better block light in master bedroom
- to be able to change fan speed in master (no string and no remote)

lovely stay
The house was well-located, comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious for 4 adults. Issue upon checkin was taken care of promptly and well. Ample towels and several porch options.

Seabrook getaway
The property is nice & within a 5 minute walk to the beach which is the best feature. The place is suitable for a family of 4; however, the twin beds in the downstairs bedroom are very uncomfortable & noisy. The bare necessities are provided but there are no beach specific amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels or a beach umbrella so plan to take your own or rent them.
I reported a few items of concern upon our arrival but we never received a response from the management company. In fact communication with Vacasa was the worst of any travel experience I’ve ever had. They never responded to our emails & the average wait time for a phone call was over 90 minutes. Usually when I use VRBO I have great experiences but not this time. Lesson learned.

Great location, great villa!
Our family of 4 had plenty of room in this villa. The king bed was extremely comfortable. The four separate, outdoor sitting areas were wonderful. Access to the beach was super-close.

A great place to get away
Our previous vacation plans were cancelled at last minute, I went online and found this place and it was all we hoped it would be. Check in was simple and easy, Great location, beach was literally across the road. It was Clean and quiet. Only negative comment would be kitchen utensils and pots and pans really need replaced, but overall I would definitely stay here again!
