This ground floor villa is located within the High Hammock Villas community, which is situated along the Ocean Winds golf course on Seabrook Island within a park-like setting with live oaks, palmettos, pines and many other lush, Lowcountry trees. The Beach Is Calling features a spacious, partially-covered patio with an outdoor seating area, dining table and electric grill. Located only a 1/2 mile from the beach, you can easily ride a rental bike from the villa to and from the beach. Guests of The Beach is Calling may purchase amenity cards to access the pools & restaurant at the Beach Club, the fitness center & pools at the SIPOA Lake House, and the island's golf, tennis & equestrian facilities. This villa offers the perfect combo of beach, amenity card privileges and peaceful solitude for a small family vacation!
Seabrook Island is a gated community on a barrier island near Charleston, SC. With miles of beaches, a lush maritime forest and resort-like amenities, Seabrook Island is a magical island where you can both unwind & relax as well as keep your days action-packed with club activities. Outdoor activities include crabbing, fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking and paddleboarding, and shopping and dining at Freshfields Village. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach.

Guests access The Beach Is Calling by walking from the parking lot to the home's front door. Once you enter this comfortable villa, you will find an open floor plan layout for the living room and dining room. The kitchen is located off of the dining room. There is a small hallway beyond the living room that leads you to the master bedroom (with en suite bathroom), the guest bedroom and the second bathroom. The sliding door in the living room and the guest bedroom leads to the partially covered patio. There are a washing machine & dryer located in the home. Off-street parking on the parking lot for up to 2 cars is included in all quotes. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the gate.
The Beach Is Calling is a condo located within the High Hammock Villas residential community. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay. As with most condos, you will hear noises from the residents in the units above and adjacent to this condo.

Had a great time in the pristine beaches!! House was wonderful and spacious. Plenty of hospitality and all the comforts of home. Close to shopping and The Salty Dog Cafe which was a favorite! Not too far from the Angel Oak and South Carolina Aquarium….and of course the pool 😎
My six year old daughter already wants to go back 🐚 and I'm glad my dog got to play in the ocean OFF THR LEASH!!!

This was a very comfortable stay for our family. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. A few minutes drive to the beach or pool.

We had the extreme pleasure of spending time at the Beach is Calling as a way to wrap up summer break and spend quality time with our kids before one goes off to college. Everything was perfect and the extra touches made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend staying at The Beach is Calling.

Excellent property if you are looking for peace and relaxation, located in a private island with lots of restrictions to property owners and some of them you need to follow. Two dining options and can not pay with your credit card but instead an "amenity card" which cost you $45 daily fee. 45 Min.drive to Charleston. Owners provide excellent communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa! It was clean, well kept and the king size bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and they had even left a nice bottle of wine and cookies for us to enjoy upon our arrival. This villa is also in an excellent location and just minutes away from the beach and right on the golf course. Highly recommended!
