It’s a great space; just as advertised. Very clean and quaint. Fantastic neighborhood almost right on campus. Beautiful park across the street.
Only downside is the upstairs neighbor has wood floors, so you can hear movement, but it didn’t disrupt our stay. Would stay again.

The location was perfect. The place was decorated emaculately. Very quaint and well supplied. The only issue was the story above the rental. The person got up at 4am both mornings.

Beautiful clean nice spacious basement with perfect amenities and lots of windows that open to create a lovely vibe. Generous wine and snacks to great us after our drive up from Dallas. It sits across my favorite park in the perfect location. I Can’t wait to get back soon.

The only issue was the fairly loud footsteps of the residents upstairs.
They were very noticeable in the bedroom we slept in.
We were trying to sleep as you do on vacation and were woken up by the foot sounds.
Thank you for a nice place.

We had a wonderful stay and it was just perfect for me and my two boys 10 and 12. They loved being able to walk to the basketball court and Wilson Park pool! I enjoyed walking the trail a couple of times a day! We were also so close that we walked to dinner at Hammontree’s! Can’t wait to come back!!

This is a great 2 bedroom, great location and had everything we needed. Except quiet.
The apartment is the bottom floor of the owner’s house.
They get up very early and the foot noise was loud. The rest of the day was fine because we were awake. But 4-5 am wake up calls are too early for me

Nice property!
This apartment is great. Beautiful, well-maintained and comfortable. I would give this property 5 stars BUT my only complaint is the noise from upstairs. We could hear people walking and talking early in the mornings and late at night. Thank goodness they have a noise machine in the rooms but it still woke me up :(. Otherwise, a nice stay in a great neighborhood.

Super clean & close to everything
We stayed here for a 3 day weekend in June. The house was like new and very comfortable our our family. Easy walks to campus and Dickson St. There is a park across the street with a nice trail as well. Enjoyed our time!
