Very comfortable and convenient

Perfectly located for the centre of town buses and eateries. Ideal when walking the South West Coast Path. Accommodation was spotlessly clean, well equipped and maintained. Well done hosts.

Sehr schöne Aufteilung der Zimmer, sehr gute Mülltrennung, tolle Lage

Das WLAN war ein wenig schwach. Die meistens in Ferienwohnungen waren auch hier die Messer in der Küche zu stumpfen. Alles andere hat sehr sehr gut funktioniert.

Alison was so friendly and helpful, the location was brilliant, but the apartment was amazing, comfortable, spotless clean, everything you need is provided, the decking outside a great extra,

Great stay at Chynoweth Court. We would definitely recommend and would like to go back!

The property was lovely and as described on the pictures and in the comments. It was really clean and well placed in Newquay. Beaches are at a 5-minute walk from the flat and you have all the required facilities within the same radius.

Although it didn't bother us to bring our towels, it would be great to add to the facilities list whether they are provided or not. Also, it would be great to have some salt, pepper, vinegar or oil in the kitchen.

Proximity to all amenities eg beaches, town, pubs/bars/restaurants also a beautiful boating lake park to walk our dog Everything was great we have loved our stay in Newquay and the Gynoweth apartment was comfortable clean private and cosy plenty of room and nice and quiet

Clean, new, spacious, well equipped, comfortable.

All furnishings and surfaces feel clean and new, like a new apartment. The living room had two sofas, a sturdy foldable table and stools for work and eating, a TV, and a nice clean rug. It was tidy, comfortable, and spacious. I felt that there were nice touches in the living room that really made it easy to feel like home and to relax, but also to work when needed. It was also well decorated with good selection of artwork. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. There was a good variety of kitchen utensils available to cook with, including pan, pot, grater, masher, knives, spatulas, mixing bowls, can opener, and others. There was also a microwave, kettle, fridge, freezer, and oven, which were clean and felt new and fully functional. All equipment and cutlery were well kept and looked new and clean. The kitchen was clean, well equipped, and smell-free. The bathroom was tiled with marble on the floors and walls, giving it a refreshing and clean feel. There was a toilet in the corner, and a shower in another. The shower was spacious and comfortable to use. It felt premium due to its glass door construction. The bathroom was very spacious, as there was space to walk around i side. There were rails and hooks to hand clothes on. There was also a sink, and a mirror. The bathroom clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bedrooms were clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was a ceiling light that lit the room well, and lamps by the sides of the bed that had light switches conveniently positioned behind the headboard that was easy to reach and turn off before sleeping. The cupboard was equipped with clothes hangers for shirts and trousers. All furnishings were clean. Bedrooms had a warm, clean carpet, that was comfortable to tread on. The kitchen and living room floors are hard tiled. The photos are an accurate impression of what the apartment looks like. It really does look as clean and spacious as displayed. The host was friendly and was very kind and helpful and responsive.

The wifi had a weak signal, but the host very speedily provided an alternative wifi, but that one was also intermittent. However, the 4G mobile signal throughout the house was good, and we relied on that during our stay. The shower usually provided warm water on demand, but over my 7 day stay, it one time randomly became cold, but this didn’t recur. The TV felt a little bit too high positioned and had to strain neck to watch it when sitting on the couch. It was on a mount that allows horizontal movement but cannot be lowered. I never figured out how to lock the door from the inside of the apartment, but my fiancee figured out how to. It has to be locked and unlocked both when inside and outside, by using the keys they provided. But my fiancee figured it out so I wont complain too much about that hahaha

lovely place to stay! clean, easy check in. Alison was very friendly.

was a bit warm at times but was nice to warm up after a brisk seaside stroll! had to buy a few essentials like toilet roll and tea. sometimes places have that in already but wasn’t a bad thing at all. haha

Fantastic place for a family break. I will definitely be rebooking!

Everything about the property was so clean! Beautifully decorated. We loved the location, walking distance to all the best beaches and bars/restaurants but lovely and quiet neighbourhood. Friendly host.

Really lovely apartment

Really clean, modern decor, well looked after apartment. Fantastic location for Newquay a d travelling further around the beautiful beaches and areas near by

No towels in the apartment, would have appreciated a few coffee sachets / tbags for arrival. Aldi in walking distance but after a long drive would have been a nice touch. Most apartments we've stayed at offer these.
