The Lookout is the upper level of the modern new extension to the left (as you look at it from the beach) of Parade House which was the original building. It is above The View which we also manage. The kitchen and living spaces, master bedroom suite and a shower room are on this level with the three further bedrooms and bathroom upstairs positioned at the back of the original old house.

There are 4 luxury bedrooms in the Lookout all fitted out with crisp linen bed sheets and throws in the most up to date colour schemes. The spacious master bedroom with super king size bed benefits from a luxury en-suite with stunning freestanding bath and shower, its own dressing area and 3 large windows. Upstairs there are 3 other bedrooms sleeping a further 6 people in total. One with queen size bed, one with a double and the other with two single zip n link beds that can be made into a super king bed (please advise your choice on the booking form as you book). The property can sleep 8. There is a bathroom on this floor for these bedrooms in addition to a shower room on the floor below.
The Lookout has both balcony and private courtyard available depending on your mood. Both areas afford you great views of the sea and horizon, so the only problem will be choosing. The private courtyard comes complete with its own hot tub, table and chairs for alfresco dining.
There is off road parking for up to two cars (un-allocated). A third car parking space may be available upon request.
A £500 security deposit will be pre-authorised and then released again after the holiday..

Whilst barely overlooked, the properties are still within earshot of other properties and we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum and that you have respect and regard for other Parade House guests and local neighbours. Whilst it has not been necessary in the past, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your deposit if there are complaints for noise pollution*. No Stag or Hen Parties to be booked without prior consent from the agent. All Pets must be declared on the booking form. No pets are to be allowed on the sofas or in the bedrooms. No pets should be left alone in the properties for long periods of time and they should be crated during this time. The agent reserves the right to cancel any booking should guests be found to be in breach of the terms and conditions stated above.**Please note, you are very welcome to use the hot tub for the duration of your stay, however we restrict this use to between the hours of 8am and 10.30pm for the consideration of our other guests and neighbours. (Any guests found to be using the hot tubs outside of these hours will be subject to a fine of £50 per offence, which will be deducted from your damage deposit).*verified under standard governmental environmental health guidelines for noise disturbances with environmental app.

There is no doubt this properties location is perfect for the beautiful sea view and perfect to cross the road & be on the beach!
We had a lovely time the property is lovely, a few minor things like a 6 seater outside table for a 8 person property was annoying and the glass dining area was very hot!! Weather was 21/22 when we went but if it was any hotter it would be unbearable to eat there- maybe some kind of A/C to allow all year use.

Fantastic position and excellent accommodation
What a fantastic place! Views and facilities were perfect. Hot tub is a lovely addition but be sure to be out by 10.30pm or an angry neighbour will honk at you, even if you are only 5 minutes over time! Other than that a peaceful, relaxing time. Highly recommended!

A simply beautiful property with stunning views in a perfect location.
Very well equipped and the Welcome hamper was a lovely touch.
Our eldest son proposed to his girlfriend during our stay so The Lookout will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

A Wonderful Stay
We love Parade House. And was our second stay in The Lookout.
The location is perfect.
The house is gorgeous and is wonderfully well stocked with things like kitchen equipment, towels, robes, toiletries etc.
Our only downside this time was that it wasn't cleaned.
Unfortunately, we had dog hair everywhere.
All was fine though, we hoovered up what we could and still had a wonderful stay.

The property at parade house is absolutely stunning, wonderful , breathtaking views of the Woolacombe beach and fantastic surroundings. The property is decorated very well and is very comfortable. The hot tub an added bonus. We would recommend they look at putting in an outside shower. More serving platters, side plates, cutlery would be welcomed as would materials to clean the bbq, rather than a £20 fine if not done adequately (it would have been helpful if the housekeeper had checked the bbq gas supply as we were unable to cook on it initially, thankfully the owner came by the next day)! Threats of fines a bit OTT, ie noise, suntan lotion use, bbq (gentle requests preferred)! We were a mixed bunch of ages all of whom loved what Woolacombe and parade house had to offer!

The property is amazing & we all enjoyed our stay immensely!

We had amazing weather during our stay which made it one of the best weeks we have had in Woolacombe to date, but I can safely say that this property would be perfect in any weather!

A wonderful stay
Thank you Maddie, Sarah and everyone at Holiday Home Hunter for a wonderful stay at the Lookout in Parade House.
The house was excellent. It was comfortable, clean and the views are to die for. The location is superb, 30 seconds away from the sand! We will definitely stay again.
My only criticism is that the house can get quite hot but we were provided a fan. The glass dining area however has no ventilation meaning it gets very hot indeed. Thankfully, the bedrooms are nice and cool. However, it was hot because we got very lucky with a scorcher of a week.
I would definitely recommend this property for a family stay in Woolacombe. It really was wonderful. Thank you again.
