About this house rental
Located at Fox Pointe at Redstone, this updated home is in one of the best locations in Park City at Kimball Junction. The neighborhood is just steps from the Redstone Shopping Center with grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, movies, electric bike rentals, ski rentals, and fitness studios all within walking distance. It’s also just across the highway from the Tanger Outlet Mall. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 full bathrooms, it’s the perfect size for a group of 8 people.
The main living room has plenty of comfortable seating, a gas fireplace and a 55" 4K Ultra HD TV with a DVD player and DIRECTV Satellite. There’s also a ½ bath nearby.
Eating in is a breeze with the fully-equipped kitchen. There’s a toaster, coffee pot, blender, and crock pot for your use as well as pots/pans, cookie sheets, glassware, plates/bowls, and silverware/utensils. The dining area seats six at the table and two at the bar. The laundry room (with a washer and dryer) is right next to the kitchen.
The walk-out patio provides views and a gas BBQ grill.
The upper level of the home has all three bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, a flat screen HD TV and private en suite bathroom (with a separate jetted tub and shower).
The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, a flat screen HD TV, and shared unattached bathroom. The third bedroom has a Queen bed and a shared unattached bathroom. There is also a 20" Queen air bed (self-inflatable) for extra sleeping. The shared bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The home has full heating, central air-conditioning, and free, fast Wifi.
There’s room for two small to medium sized cars in the garage. No driveway parking is available but there’s a lot of first-come, first-served neighborhood parking (even in the winter). Parking passes for the neighborhood parking are available in the guest book at the home.
Need to Get Around Town? The FREE shuttle route stop is a short walk from the home and picks up every 10-15 minutes from early morning until late at night. It stops at all the ski resorts, Historic Main Street, and many other places in Park City.

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for work. Great location, near stores and restaurants. Easy drive to downtown Park City.

We all enjoyed our stay at the Redstone Condo very much. We were in a group of 4 friends. It was already the second time we rented this specific unit. We definitely consider coming back.

We have stayed in FoxPoint units for a number of years, so are familiar with the location, amenities, etc. Unfortunately, this unit had a significant number of deferred maintenance items which i reported to property manager immediately. While they were pleasant enough on the phone at first, several easy items were not addressed and actually should have been handled prior to check in. Two items we insisted upon were handled by a great maintenance man. This was not necessary and could have improved our stay significantly. While we will be back to FoxPoint, I would not return to this unit. P & C

Just Missing a Few Things
Great location with quick access to local shops and the Canyons Village. It really is a prime location and the unit within walking distance to the nearby shopping center with everything you could need. Now some of the basic downsides that could be easily fixed to make this a 5-star review. The townhouse was running low on some fundamentals like glassware and silverware. Some of the chairs in the kitchen were almost falling apart due to lack of pretty basic maintenance. Otherwise the property was in good condition and had all the basic necessities.

Loved being able to walk to restaurants or just a bit of shopping. Roads were always pretty clear.
My only con would be: Living room furniture is great for sitting and visiting, but not great for watching the the TV. TV is super, but its high and makes it hard to be comfortable on furniture arranged for conversing.

The property was as described. There are some amenities that would make the unit more comfortable. 1. Suggest redoing the kitchen amenities: dishes, glasses, pots and pans, etc.--they are rather dated; 2. Suggest supplying the unit with basis kitchen amenities; and 3. Lastly, perform rather minor repairs in the unit, e.g., toilet paper holder in MB. The property is easily accessible and is comfortable.

Great Location for Snowboarding trip
We enjoyed our stay here. The property as a whole was clean and a great size for 6 people. The home is in need of some TLC as many of the doors did not latch for privacy, one of the bedrooms did not have an HVAC vent so the couple staying in there did not have privacy at all. The water pressure in the shared bathroom in the hallway was very low. This place is great overall, just needs some fixes completed to match quality with price per night.

Gets the job done
Great location but very basic and uncomfortable. Hard to find a comfortable place to relax with the worn out ikea grade furniture. Full size SUVs and Trucks do not fit in the garage. It is the definition of a basic vacation rental. Not a homie touch what so ever. It gets the job done if you are not going to be spending a ton of time in the condo. It

Winter Holiday
The location is great! Lots of room for our family of 6. The two little ones played for hours riding the saucers we found in the garage down the short hill in the back of the condo. When we were looking for the remote control the 3 year old hid, we found a lot of dirt under furniture. So, the maids need to clean under there. Other than that, it was very clean. It was close to Deer Valley to ski and to the skating rink. Overall, we had a great time and your condo added to that experience.

Good
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! The rental was conveniently located to everything. One thing that was a little disappointing was that when we were searching for our park city stays the only requirement we had was a hot tub, which was an amenity on the listing, only to get there to find out there was not one. I also thought the cleaning rules were a little steep considering the cleaning fee that you pay as a part of the stay. Would still recommend the stay.
