overall a good time with good amenities and accommodation with friendly professional staff.

it was clean and well looked after :-) The staff were friendly and professional and helped out when asked :-)

The fact we could only swim in the paid for swimming area.

my place is cool, except! you know!

close to airport and shopping mall.

The neighbors in Room 1701, 1702 and 1730. Beware of these rooms. Just be quiet and don’t make a noise, don’t laugh, lower your voice and don’t drink any alcohol, because when you’re happy and they hear you, they will make you pay a fine. First offense- phone call from guard. Second- guard will knock on your door. Third offense- paper with ur signature PLUS a fine of 7,000 pesos. If you value your money, don’t go to the 17th FLOOR near those rooms. They are all under one owner. Please I’m begging and warning you.

SCAM - NOT WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING

The rooms were relatively clean.

THIS IS A SCAM There is an apartment complex here but you will not get what you paid for. The description we booked said a two bedroom apartment overlooking the wave pool with WiFi etc. This is not what we got. We got two individual rooms. The room that looked similar to that promised was for two people only, did not have WiFi, fridge was not on / working. We were then given another room which had a bunk bed and they eventually put another bed on the floor. This looked out to an industrial estate and this room had WiFi. This room was two floors away from the other room. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY AT ALL FOR KIDS. The listing address is not correct and sends you across town so the driver was not able to find it without making some calls. We were dropped off at a local shopping centre as the rooms were not available and we were told we could not get in. The taxi driver told us where the apartment blocks were. The room was suppose to be ready at 1400. By 1500 my partner walked there and was told that this listing is a scam and that no apartment can cater for 6. The person he spoke to at the security gate said they get a lot of scams from booking.com listings. We spoke to the person who we booked it through (on here) who tried telling us all sorts of false information about the listing, including sending information to "prove" that we booked two rooms. This was nowhere in our booking. The only thing it proved was that SHE booked two individual rooms. For what you get, this is a complete rip off and is certainly not what you think you're paying for based on the description.

Wrong Advertising.

We like the view,pool and the surroundings.

We are very disappointed for what is your advertisement picture is not the same with the actual unit that we booked. We are just paying for almost 19k but it is not worth it for the unit.. Your advertisement is scammer.!!!! I will never book to your website again.!!!
