Beautiful property! It looked like one big cabin. The room was immaculate and the perfect size for a couple’s getaway. The mattress was amazing and room was setup so cute. There were coffee cups in the room with a coffee maker and all supplies for it. We were able to check-in and received our room number and code for the door before we even got there. We also walked to the coffee shop the next morning because it was so close.
Nothing we didn’t like.

Easy to find. Amenities were easy to use.
Had to ask for a new hair dryer and was replaced quickly. The manager at property was friendly and helpful.

Contactless check-in/out. Clean, renovated rooms. Easy access to brewery.
Overall property was good, however, our room faced the Main Street and was very noisy.

We used the Wells at Cashiers as a base for a driving trip in the mountains and it was perfect. Great location, nice big rooms (especially the suites and cabin), and an easy check-In process via text. Also, the cabin was advertised as having one bedroom with a King bed and the other one with 2 Queens, but it turned out that both were single Kings. To make up for this and ensure our party had sufficient beds we were comped a free single room, which worked perfectly for our group and speaks to the service and customer focus of the hotel. Also loved the brewery on the premises and the Solo fire pit!
The main lot could have more parking space. One evening I could not find parking in the main lot so had to go around and park in front of the cabin, the access to which is an unpaved, narrow road that was hard to navigate in the dark as my car has very low clearance. Also the rooms in the main lodge are a little dated (which as I mentioned before we were comped for so I guess I shouldn’t look a gift horse in the mouth!).

location, brewery, kitchen, etc
we never saw maid service and had to go get our own towel replenishments, ran out of toilet paper, tissues and paper towels, so that wasn’t ideal, but overall we loved our stay and would definitely return!

We loved our stay at The Wells hotel. The bed was so comfy, the sheets were the best ever, check in experience was a breeze. 10/10 all around
Our shower needed a good scrub down. It had red hard water residue all throughout the grout
9.0 / 10.0
updated decor
needed a place to put the suitcase…. some sort of table is needed or a luggage rack.
8.0 / 10.0
convenient location, modern amenities & friendly / professional staff
canopy frame (with no canopy) is awkwardly located in front of TV and there is no table / work space in King room making it difficult to eat meals
