Loved the fact there was 3 double bedrooms. We were 3 ladies of a certain age who like their comfort and privacy.
Very central location.
Kitchen nice and modern, everything was there.
Surprised at how quickly the house warmed up, lovely and comfortable.
Lovely little back yard, not that the weather allowed us to use it!
Loved all the pictures around, especially the sleeping dachshunds! In fact all the furnishings were good, mirrors very high for us as none of us are above 5' 3! Luckily there is a long mirror in the main bedroom.
I have the biggest bedroom, which was great, could see that the others might be a bit tight for 2 people but suited us.
All in all, a lovely comfortable stay, would recommend.
The late check in/early check out cuts down on the time you can spend there, luckily we asked for an extra 30mins for check out which helped. Just feel before 10am is very early.
Never used the klevio app before but can see it would be better than a key safe in that area where the houses are straight onto the street and also in a narrow road, not really a dislike, more of a difference.

We were having a family get together so perfectly located in Saltaire. The house was well looked after. Only downside was a slight musty smell, but as my son lives in the village, which is a UNESCO heritage site, I am aware it is quite common, as the houses there are single brick and double glazing is not allowed! The beds were very comfortable and all the rooms were decorated well and clean.
Nothing major, just a couple of things. 1) It's a bit tight getting into the bathroom which isn't a problem as such. However, the bath panel is chipboard and was damaged down the edge of the L shape. It made it a bit sharp and it was easy to scratch yourself on it. Perhaps replace it or put some edging on to protect it? 2) Two t-towels instead of one would have been good as there were pots for 5 of us. I would have taken my own but it states they are provided. 3) The kitchen sink stopper was very difficult to get out. Only just thought there may be a washing up bowl under the sink, if not perhaps one would be a good idea!!

Location was excellent . The cottage itself was delightful.
The oven wasn’t clean and there were dirty mugs and cutlery in the kitchen .

Nice comfortable beds, warm central heating, quiet house and location. Convenient location for our needs and close to shops. Helpful hosts sent electronic key in good time. Easy checkout. Efficient electric hob in kitchen.
House was clean in obvious areas but needs a 'deep clean' in some bits the cleaners don't get to: drawers had crumbs in; there was thick dust on sash window frames, black mould round some windows; oven baking trays were dirty with baked on gunk and should be chucked away; oven was dirty. Armchairs in lounge unusable as upholstery is kaput. Bins had not been emptied in ages and were bursting full. All this is easily fixable though and none of it spoiled our stay, which we really enjoyed. We couldn't work out the heating as we kept turning it down when we were out/asleep to save energy but then it seemed to come back up to 19-20 degrees on its own! May be good to explain the thermostat in detail so people can be more efficient with the heating.

Lovely cottage in Saltaire. The house was warm, clean and comfy. Everything you need (shops, restaurant, supermarket) a 2 minute walk. Would highly recommend!
There was no body or hair wash.

Excellent location right in the middle of Saltaire & near the Victoria Hall where we were attending a dance festival. Lovely decor, and a well equipped kitchen. And a nice hot, powerful shower - important after a long day of dancing! Will definitely book here again for next year.
The check-in process was a little bit confusing, and we each had to install a smartphone app to get access to the cottage. It all worked well once we were set up though!

Breakfast N/A
Location great in Salts village; quiet street: near my sister who we were visiting; close to local shops.
Decor was a little jaded, there was black mould around the shower screen on the bath and around the edge of the tiles, the towels were small and thin. No microwave or dishwasher in kitchen, and radio supplied did not have a power lead and the batteries were flat. The quilt on the bed in the smallest front bedroom had a sweaty smell. Heating didn’t appear to be working, and it was cold and wet outside, and we could not find any instructions for the heating, fortunately there was an electric fire in the lounge which was adequate. On a wet day the digital lock did not work properly. I heard the lock unlock, but when I tried to open the door, it only opened 1/2 inch, and would not go any further. Fortunately we had taken the back door keys with us just in case, had we not we would have been stuck outside in the cold and wet all night!

Great location, was perfect for the wedding we attended. The bedrooms were great, comfortable, well decorated and looked after.
Unfortunately boiler was not working and we had no hot water - on a positive the host was very quick to respond and a plumber was with us extraordinarily quickly and problem was fixed.
There were no instructions or information in the house, my husband could not connect his laptop to WiFi as no password.
Television did not seem to work - no terrestrial channels seemed to be available.

The location was excellent, very close to everywhere in Saltaire.
The house was full of character and nicely decorated.
The parking was tight. You had to mount the pavement and leave the car there.
All the beds are doubles and rather soft.

It was perfect for visiting Salts Mill which is a short walk away. Several places to eat and drink within walking distance and bakers and coffee shops for breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. Don’t miss the five rise locks at Bingley about ten minutes away.

Comfortable & warm (v efficient CH & hot water supply), good shower, well equipped kitchen, staff v helpful & proactive.
Not an out & out negative but a microwave oven would have been really useful ... and I think there’s space
