We would definitely stay again and also recommend it to our friends.

The biggest draw to the villa was the view. We were on the second floor with two verandas overlooking the Adriatic Sea.

It would have been great if there had been a microwave but apparently that's not a thing there. The hot water was minimal but we did have five people. Bath towels..... we had one. The rest were bath mats.

Location was great. Around 10 minutes drive to the centre which was ideal. The view from the balcony’s was lovely.

Views of Sea, Islands and Mountains, fresh and relaxing.

It was a great stay for a family with lots of room and amazing views of the sea and Islands. The location is outside the historic centre. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are big. Every room has a balcony with a view of the sea! [5 balconies!] It is a large apartment that you would not get in the centre of Split. Clean air and a breeze! A local store and bus no. 15 at the end of the road. [3x every hour, buy a Ticket at a machine, 3 days Split 10 Euro] Great to have a washing machine and the place was very clean. An extra toilet was a bonus with the separate bathroom. We all slept really well, perhaps a combination of clean air, space and bedrooms. The best part; sunrise and sunset, a blue haze of sea, Islands and distant mountains. The price was excellent value for 3 bedrooms with views and lots of space. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, we mixed eating out in Split centre and cooking in the apartment which made for great value. Very relaxing at sunset with a family well fed and walked, sipping a glass of wine. Thank you to the kind host who cared and accommodated our change of plans.

Exceptional

Location, size,. cleanliness and of course the wonderful Damian (landlord) who was very helpful and always there to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The view from the balconies were amazing too

good balcony, good position, big enough the host is friendly and help us a lot

wifi is so bad (4G sim card is not a good solution for airbnb) the towers should be better quality

amazing sea views but the property needs an upgrade in other aspects

amazing sea views, friendly landlord, well furnished flat with dishwasher & washing machine ( though we didn’t use both), walking distance to the sea, clean apartment

tricky to locate with google maps, property is dated and needs some refurb, internet is simcard based on a router, poor and temperamental connection most of the time, appliances are old and some are better replaced, AC in only one bedroom, it was quite warm in the other rooms

Exceptional

We were very happy to spend our holidays at apartments sunrise! The host was very friendly, all rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Each room has its own balcony with sea view. You only have to walk less than 10 minutes to the beach and the busstation. The whole atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, we would definitly recommend it!

Disappointing experience

Plenty of room, peaceful location.

hadn't been cleaned at all well, dishes left in dishwasher and draining board, inadequate cutlery, knives that didn't cut, shutters that didn't close and the worst of all a boiler that was on the blink so trouble having showers all throughout stay. In short, this property had not been been prepared for guests.

Fab weekend away

This apartment is in a lovely quiet setting. Views are amasing. The apartments are huge. The owner would help with anything.

A short walk away is a bus stop and this is the most convenient way to get to a shop or restaurant. However not having anything closer could be annoying to some holiday makers.
