About this cabin rental
This brand new cabin has amazing views of the breath taking Island Park scenery! Stay warm and relax in the hot tub right, grill up some food, right outside the door. Perfect for ATV/snowmobile trips with close access to trail system, ride right from the front door! Short driving distance (25 minutes) from the West entrance to Yellowstone Park!
This cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 12! The master bedroom on the main floor features a king-size bed. The upstairs bedrooms feature a queen and twin bed in each. The loft area has a bunk bed and two other twin beds so there's room for the whole group to sleep!
The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, along with plenty of dining space for the whole group. The main living area has a couple comfy couches, beautiful gas fireplace, and a smart TV. Down the hall is a washer and dryer set to make you feel right at home.
The cabin is located in a new area off the old highway, making it close to everything! Short driving distance (25 minutes) to the West entrance of Yellowstone, (5 minutes) to the golf course or gas station/grocery store. Also great access to trails for ATVs/snowmobiles located just off the old highway.
WiFi, towels, sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, are included.
(RV's and camper trailers not allowed)
One or two dogs are welcome. The pet fee is $20 per dog per night. And we require that they never get on the furniture or beds. Even good dogs can get anxious when left alone in a new place and that is when they damage things. So your dog must be in a crate if you leave him behind in the cabin. (We do not provide the crate.)
To keep the cabin beautiful, you are responsible to pay for any damage caused by your dog. Because the extra cleaning will interfere with the cabin being ready for guests later that day, if there is damage or dog hair on the beds or furniture, then the extra cost is a minimum of $100.
You'll have access to the entire cabin including the hot tub, grill, and washer/dryer! Usually, there is propane for the grill but if not, you're responsible for filling up the propane tank at Robins Roost gas station just a couple minutes away.

Only 12 miles/25 minutes away from West entrance into Yellowstone National park and close to Henry's Fork on the Snake River. Also the cabin is within about 5 minutes away from a couple restaurants and a gas station/grocery store where you can get anything you may need or forgot.
There isn't any public transportation in the area so you'll need to have a car to get around. There 700+ miles of trails that you can ride motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles etc on. We have ATVs, UTVs, and snowmobiles available for rent if you're looking for a different way to explore the area other than in a car.
From mid-December to March you can depend on snow in Island Park. The roads are plowed well, but it would be a good idea to bring a vehicle that works well in the snow. A truck with clearance, 4WD or AWD is best.
Take an adventure on the hundreds of miles of trails for snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs right out the back door. We also rent out snowmobiles, UTVs, and ATVs as well and can arrange a rentals for you!
We ask that you do a couple simple things when checking out like take your trash to dumpster next door, load and start dishwasher, wash towels and leave them drying, pull sheets off of beds that are slept in and leave them on beds. We do this to make sure the cleaning service has enough time to get the cabin ready for the next guests and to keep fees lower for you.

Not sure where to start. This was the first time ever we had to strip beds as well as wash and dry bath and hand towels. One would think this would be included in the cleaning fees. Also the Hot tub was very dirty and unusable. It should have been completely drained, thoroughly cleaned with new filters and then refilled before available for use. There was a scum of dead skin in and around the filter area. The love seat was broken and the kitchen chairs were wobbly (screws were loose). After communicating with the host, they have offered a partial refund of the cleaning fee.
The cabin was comfortably furnished and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Plenty of towels, blankets and beds for all 10 of us. There was ample parking for all of our vehicles too. Despite the few minor issues we would definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family. The loft provided al the kids to have their own place to hang out. The living room, dining and kitchen was an open area. The views are amazing. Wildlife could be seen throughout the day from the house. The fire pit was very cozy and the benches were comfortable. Very nice carved benches and a swing bench.

We had 10 of us, and this was perfect! We have picky kids who don't want to share a bed with their siblings, so I loved that there were so many twin beds. Lots of sleeping room! We also loved the firepit area.

It was nice to come and relax at the end of the day.

The cabin itself was perfect for us. Clean, quiet and a good location. Jake was a good host and answered my questions. My only issue was with the key, which had nothing to do with Jake, but with the owners/management. Lockbox was broken. After driving 8 hours I had to wait for maintenance to arrive so we could enter the cabin. Maintenance told me that since the lockbox was broken to just, "keep the key, as they have plenty of keys."
When I left with the key, a few hours later I receive a text message that they now want the key back. Despite them having "plenty of keys". I decided to keep the peace, so I mailed it back. Just aggravating to have an issue over a key. After renting the cabin for four nights, to then have a back and forth with management over a key is just disappointing and ridiculous.

When we arrived at our cabin it was not cleaned or prepared; an apparent issue with the cleaners. Jake/Staff were quick to respond to our communication on arrival and offered us an immediate upgrade. It was a little farther south of West Yellowstone than we wanted, but the upgrade was very nice and very clean! Once at the cabin it was a great place for our family to enjoy ourselves. We understand things happen and Jake/Staff made it right immediately and we had a wonderful vacation! Thank you for a great stay! Would use them again! Hopefully for a winter snowmobile trip!

The master bath wasn't clean, and some towels were worn out....the kitchen lighting needs repair, and the locks on the hot tub were broken on arrival....otherwise the property was pleasant. Many thanks.

Very nice house with all what we need. Lot à of space in the house and the hot tub at the end of the day was magic!

Overall good. We were initially given the wrong entry code. Also, you are required to fill the propane tank which was not in-expensive but when it's empty and you want to grill... Watch out for the back stairs! The fire pit was upgraded and beautiful and every one enjoyed the hot tub.

It’s was the perfect place for the nine of us to stay to get into the west entrance of the park. The place had all the right amount of beds. Kitchen was stocked to be able to cook. We did have an issue with it not being cleaned when we checked in at 5pm but it was quickly resolved by property management.

Overall would stay again. Owner was very responsive to communication. I feel like the checkout process should have been communicated electronically just like check in was. It left me getting charged extra because I was unaware of checkout policy. The owner was overall fair though. Was a nice place for me and my family overall.

Great parking for trucks and trailers. The hot tub was great and well-protected during storms. Generally a pretty clean and nice place. Would definitely stay here again.
Televsion was great but mounted a bit high. Big storms could get you snowed in as snow removal is not prompt. Lights on the detached garage were stuck on and were shining into the upstairs loft beds. The kitchen was lacking in proper cooking utensils but generally had what is needed to get meals prepared. Ran out of toilet paper :( BYOTP

Lots of space. Super comfortable beds. Fast reply to my text Was surprised there were 2 homes so close to this one. Also. Need fuel? It's 40c gal cheaper in W Yellowstone than across the street. Overall great would stay again.

Stayed here with our family of 7 (Kids ages 7-15) plus Grandma and Grandpa. Grandma and Grandpa met us there and drove their RV. Even though they stayed in the house they enjoyed having easy access to water and electric for the RV. The parking area was large with plenty of space to turn around.
It was clean, we enjoyed soaking in the hot tub after our long drive. The fire pits and swings were a very nice place to soak in the stars at night.
We especially loved the location. It was a great hub center for all of our planned activities, with some nice places to eat near by.
I also forgot my laptop and received a text within 2 hours of leaving that it had been left behind. Management said they'd ship it to me right away. I appreciate their quick resolution to my mishap.

Cabin is new and clean. We had some minor issues and the property manager was able to communicate with me via text instantly and start working on fixing them. Great location with beautiful views. Property owner is installing some additional features outside to make viewing the gorgeous surroundings so future stays will get to enjoy those features. The minor construction happening is not a nuisance at all. Our two family group had a great time in this cozy cabin which makes great use of the space. Was worried about the lack of AC but even on the hottest days the cabin stayed comfortable and cooled off at night though having a window fan would have helped. Would advise cabin owner that the window fan is no longer in the home as stated in listing. The cabin could use some more wash rags and hand towels as well but other than that it was great! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in any of the property owners cabins during a future stay !
