There is an open kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and a dining table. The ground floor also has an exit leading to the terrace and an additional shower/WC. The upper floor, accessible by an exterior staircase, has a living room with sloping ceilings, a dining table, and satellite TV, with an exit leading to the terrace. It also includes a room with sloping ceilings and a French bed (160 cm), another room with sloping ceilings featuring a bed and a pull-out bed, and an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a shower/WC.

The property is equipped with a range of amenities, including a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds. It also features gas heating and parquet floors throughout.
