Location
Can’t open the curtains in the morning as the sun shines directly onto my face
Bathroom was shared and other guests were hanging their panties.
Had to stand on floor when dressing up. No carpet or small rug. No mirrors in bedroom. Fridge leaking. People making noise outside

Unhappy with the down grades to what i was used to at this venue.....
The room I was put in is a new room which has big glass windows which let in so much light battled to sleep also there is a ajoining room with a door to some sort of storage which has 2 vents on the door and some stale smell coming into the room. Futhermore according to what I booked on Booking.com it was supposed to be a room with a balcony.

Convenient and relatively cheap
We were housed in a house adjacent to the main building , had to share a bathroom

Location was excellent even being in a busy place. It was peaceful
The Room as impractical, no dresser no mini fridge , the mattresses in the room I used definitely needed replacement. Curtains where thin and allowed the bright morning light in since 4:30am.

Everything was clean and comfortable; the bath was very nice after a cold day, thank you.
The only suggestion we can make is to have filter coffee available for breakfast.

The rooms were comfortable with good bathroom facilities...
There were no cupboards in the room and i like to unpack on arrival and set out my clothing for use over the week.
Being a diabetic there was no fridge to store my insulin.
7.0
There were no cupboards or draws to place luggage into. This is fine for one night but multiple becomes an issue. There are no external windows or extraction in the bathrooms.

Sure there is something but negative experience outweighs any good.
Location - on highway so street noice, bad public transport in area no taxi, road to get to property difficult to navigate.
View - my room faced train tracks and window was dirty.
Room - No towels, no private bathroom, no toiletries, no air con, as advertised. The room I booked and paid for I did not get. I was put in a shared conveyance facility with no privacy.
I was sharing with a family that had two kids and they were running and screaming down passages (as kids do).
Not sure at all how this property got such a high rating and how much of it can be trusted.
If this was up to me this property should be removed from this site. Been using the site for many years in many countries. This was my first experience that what was advertised and what I experienced is two completely different things.

quiet, good breakfast and friendly staff.
a meeting was hosted in the dinning hall and we had to have our breakfast in our room. We were not advised of this change so we went all the way for nothing.
