We had a great experience with our Home2 suite in Lexington, and thought we would try this location ( for 5 days). room was great size. Lots of room to move around, sit on the couch, watch TV and relax. some of the front desk staff were very helpful (others not so much). Breakfast was OK, not great, but OK. I know you can only do so much with powered eggs. Food was hot which was a big plus.

We initially had a room next to elevator, and the evening/night front desk staff was good enough to change rooms. However, when we walked in, the room smelled like dogs. It wasn't overpowering, but staying 5 nights, we asked if the room could be super cleaned. New bed linen, and maybe some air freshener. When we arrived later that evening - NOTHING had been done. Nothing. Very disappointed with morning front desk at that point. My wife found and cleaned dried dog urine off the bathroom door. the third room we moved to was good. Pet friendly rooms should be limited to a few on the first floor and if a customer has to stay in one they should be notified. We also had a fire alarm go off at 10:30pm,

Toller Aufenthalt - Zimmer war super bequem und sauber. Typisch amerikanisches Frühstück. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great place to stay but weekend breakfast needs better staff.

Amenities and rooms are wonderful.

The breakfast during the week was great but on the weekend it was run very poorly.

Out stay was ok however there was chips on the floor upon arrival and best I could figure blood spots on the carpet.

Room was very spacious

The room did not seem to be taken care of very well.

comfortable!

really lovely spot to stay to go on a run/ walk on the adjacent trail! the breakfast in the morning was so good! check-in/ out times were generous. clean, comfortable room with spacious appliances. i was surprised at the full size refrigerator

the parking lot was under construction, so we had to park a bit far at night. the building is situated by 2+ other similar looking hotels, so it can be a little confusing to find. the newness/ cookie cutter buildings feels like the area lacks character/ charm, very suburban

There was barely any parking because there was construction going on and it was a little confusing to get there kind of a odd parking lot.

AC is either too cold or too hot, shower door was not sealed water everywhere. 308 pull out table 2 legs are missing screws… will break soon or later.

Will definitely look for a Home2 Suites agai.

Was so impressed by the suite accommodations. It was equipped with features to be comfortable for several days. The hotel was clean and well organized.

Breakfast-I am a picky eater especially at breakfast. Would love some glutten free options but I know that is difficult and expensive.

It's all good

The room was great... nice kitchenette, bathroom, shower. Nice gym space, and everything looked and felt comfortable and clean.

I didn't like it didn't have in-house restaurant for lunch and dinner.

the staff was rude, my husband found a cockroach in our room and worst of all the staff told us they had a pack and play for us so we didn’t go to the store to get one. at bed time I asked if they had one again to bring it up to our room and they told me no and hung up on me. my 9 month old FELL OFF THE BED!

Kitchen in-room and outdoor grill next to the pool here - eat your heart out airbnb

Quite the surprise in Clovis - Very comfortable and well equipped kitchenette WITH DISHWASHER!!!!!1 - our next stays will be here instead of airbnb's. There are even two large apparently guest-accessible pro gas grills outside in a nice patio area next to the saltwater pool.

The Hilton Honors app requires some work. It logged me out and would not allow me to log back in at all right in front of the door. Thankfully I had asked for keycards. This app committed a cardinal sin that I have not experienced with hotel keycards in about a decade and a half.
