Die Lage für einen Citytrip ist super. Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof gelegen und in wenigen Fußminuten ist man über die Porta Nigra in der Innenstadt. Ein privater Parkplatz ist auch gratis in der Tiefgarage dabei + Schlüsselbox mit Code. Man kann also jederzeit flexibel anreisen. Es war sauber, modern und das Appartement hatte alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt (Shampoo, Küchen-Equipment, Schwamm & Co.). Der Check In ist kurz aufregend, aber mit den Bildern und Anweisungen super einfach zu machen. Der Vermieter war auch jederzeit zu erreichen und hat schnell & nett geantwortet.

Location was great, right next to the train station and easy walk to city centre.
The key collection had many steps! No human to speak to. We managed to follow the steps, but it could be confusing for some.

Das Apartment war sehr sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Das Gebäude ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Wir waren nur zum Schlafen und Duschen dort.

Einfach alles. Es war sehr sauber, worauf ich sehr großen Wert lege. Es war funktionell und ausreichend eingerichtet. Das Bett war klasse und ermöglichte einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Infos zur Parkgarage und Schlüsselbox waren sehr hilfreich und wunderbar erklärt, danke dafür.
Der Aufzug war zu dunkel, zu schäbig, zu heruntergekommen. Einfach nur widerlich. Leider waren wir darauf angewiesen.
Die Plastikmarkierungen an den Schlüsseln müssten mal erneuert werden. Sehen ebenfalls sehr unappetitlich aus und werten das schöne Appartment etwas ab.

Clean comfortable apartment near to the railway station.
Traffic noise when the window was open. No air-conditioning, just a fan. It was very hot whilst we were there -Cotton bedding might have helped.

The host sent very clear instructions for underground parking and key collection. The room was exactly the same as shown on the picture, but the kitchen was beyond my expectations. Though small, the kitchen was well-equipped with utensils and a coffee maker. We cooked our meals there, and we had everything we needed. The apartments were about 10 minutes walk from the Black Gate, and a Rewe supermarket was right across from the Gate. The location of the apartments made it quite pleasant a walk to most tourist attractions.
H-apartments were part of an apartment building, and the other areas of the building were not as tidy as the H-Apartments floors. During our stay, there were some debris of fallen ceiling panels close to the front door of the building.

Being obliged to leave the property at 10 AM seems almost punitive.
Ideally an extra couple of hours would give the client a possibility of resting after a very long journey.

Clear instructions on how to enter the apartment. The location was great and the room was very clean.
We were three people but there were only two dining chairs. It was a little confusing how to exit the car park.

Big, comfortable bed. Clean apartment and bathroom. Free coffee and tea. Free parking. Location 10 minute walk from city center. All together good value for money and highly recommended for a nice short city trip.
The parking in the garage can be challenging especially if you have a big car. But if you carefully follow the detailed instructions provided it should be okay.

The appartment is really central. Small but with everything you need for a small stay.
Nice bathroom and a big and confortable bed.
With a small kitchenette, and close to all the facilities (city center, bus station, train station, restaurants, supermarkets).
I didn´t use the kitchenette, but I think it hasn´t a microwave.
For me wasn´t a big deal, but could be for someone else.

Good location close to the train and to the old town of Trier. A really nice kitchen with a comfortable bed. Shower was a good size.
There were stores and restaurants nearby as well. Underground parking was available although we didn’t use it. Check in was very easy and communication was good.

The room was very central (few minutes from the train station and 10mn by walk to reach the old town). The room was very clean, comfortable, quiet (the bed was very good) and include all facilities expected, in particular the kitchen which allow us to cook basic food.
The room and the view were not charming but it was very comfortable and practical, which was the most important for me.

Excellent communications and speed of response from Igor. Nice little flat with simple, but well-equipped, kitchen and small balcony. Comfortable bed. Secure parking a real bonus. Would suit singles or couples for one or two nights.
The location near the station would be ideal for travellers using the train, but the local shops and cafes are quite specialist and male-oriented and may be off-putting to women. However, the main Trier shopping centre is only a 10-15 minute walk away and has everything one might want.

The condition of the flat was spotless, and the house was also tidy and calm. Perfect location - almost in the city centre. There were a bakery, some shops and restaurants very close. Closed garage. The hosts were responsive and easy to contact.
The 100€ caution in cash is a bit strange. Asking for caution is totally understandable considering the outstanding condition of the flat, but it would be less dodgy to block an amount on the credit card or give a signed sheet of paper as receipt.
