Hele fijne locatie, maar heeft liefde nodig..

de locatie was fantastisch, de communicatie met de verhuurder ging ook erg goed. we konden onze baggage al kwijt om 11 uur in de ochtend, wat erg fijn was.

de algehele staat van het appartement is niet heel goed. bijvoorbeeld; n de badkamer laten tegels los en hangt het badkamer meubel nog net in elkaar. dit appartment wordt verhuurd door een professionele verhuurder, dan mag je wel verwachten dat voor deze prijs het appartement wordt onderhouden.

Zentral gelegene kleine und dunkle Wohnung in altem Gebäude

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Auch die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist gut.

Die Schlüsselübergabe war schlecht kommuniziert. Wir warteten zur vereinbarten Zeit vor dem Eingang, der nur schwer zu erkennen war, dass es der richtige Eingang ist. Als lange Zeit nichts passierte, hab ich mal die Hauptnummer angerufen. Darauf kam jemand aus dem Haus. Es wäre viel einfacher, wenn es einen kontaktlosen Check-In gäbe, da wir ja auch im voraus schon das System ausfüllen mussten. Auch da gab es Probleme. Einmal abgeschickt, kann man nachträglich nichts mehr ändern oder ergänzen. Da ich erst nicht alle Personendaten eingegeben hatte, wurde ich von den Vermietern regelrecht angepflaumt, ich hätte die Anleitung nicht richtig gelesen etc. Nicht hilfreich und nicht motivierend. Die Wohnung selbst war schlimm für uns. Zwar herzig und einigermassen neu eingerichtet, jedoch sehr dunkel, kaum Fenster. Die kleinen Zimmer waren wie Zellen, winzig, dunkel, keine Fenster. Das wirkte auf den Bildern völlig anders. Wir haben uns dann nach der ersten Nacht eine alternative Unterkunft gesucht. Wir waren zu viert, zwei Erwachsene zwei Teenager.

will defintely be staying again when in Barcelona again. Ideal for a short 2-3 night stop over.

really well equipped apartment. extremely well thought out and everything was perfect for our passing-through stay. Not a water pistol in sight :)

Todo lo que puedes desear en el centro

El apartamento está reformado y cuenta con todo lo necesario, además de ser muy bonito y cómodo. Check in muy cómodo.

No hay ascensor porque es un bloque antiguo.

It is fine for one maybe two nights, but it is not the luxury or comfort it might seem at first.

The most possitive aspect was the location. Very close to Sagrada Familia. It was also pleasant to see it had towels, coffee and all the basic amenities

I wasnt told the apartment had no elevator and our flat was a 3rd with 2 intermediate floors (so in reality a 5th) until I got there. Wasnt told either it only had one bathroom and two of the rooms very small

The accommodation and service was amazing! away

This property actually had a split system air conditioner for one end of the apartment, a great ceiling fan at the other end and also a portable air conditioner which was wonderful for the Barcelonian warm weather. Staff were so helpful with any queries we had.

The guy met us and gave us the keys, answered all the questions (but through the translator as didn’t speak English, but you can get all the answers through whatsup communication). An apartment is big enough for a family of four. It was clean, the conditioner is a plus, but doesn’t go through the whole flat. There’s everything you may need for a short visit in Barcelona. The beds were comfortable.

The walls are so thin that you can hear the TV of the neighbor’s apartment as well as all the street noise.

Great place to stay in the heart of Barcelona.

the apartment was in an amazing location and the property was very good.

we had luggage and kids and the apartment was on 4th floor with no elevator.

bit tired. and bathroom was down corridor from bedroom. drilling noise from tramline works each morning but they will move on.

The apartment was very clean. It is very close to Sagra da Familia and many other places. The furniture were all in good condition.

There is no elevator in the building. But they informed before I arrive.

I really loved the aesthetic, light and size of this apartment! There’s one main bedroom and two small rooms with twins beds, one bathroom, one nicely equipped kitchen , a dining room and a living room. There’s plenty of storage for clothes. Shower has amazing water pressure. The location was great for me. The wifi is fast. Insonorisation is very good with the neighbours (can’t hear them) but you can hear some noise from the street (as most places do in Barcelona). Francis was very kind and responsive. Efficient check in. Would definitely stay here again!

The couch in the living room is not so comfortable, and it would be nice if the TV had Netflix. Also, the apartment had many flights of stairs to go up so be aware of that. Did not come with shampoo or detergent for the wash.

The property is in a central location with 15 min walk to most attractions. Only 5 mins walk from Sagrada Familia. The host Francis was excellent and met us on time. Kind enough to hold our bags before check in. Apartment was clean, organized and spacious. Has all facilities in the kitchen and WIFI is excellent. The bathroom is a shower and is modern. Overall we wer3 very happy with the place

There is no elevator in the building and our apartment was on the 4th floor :-(

The apartment place is close to everywhere. It was in the center. It was a small apartment but everything that you need was in the place. Carmane was so helpful and friendly. Thank you for all her efforts.

The apartment was little cold and it was on the fifth floor without the elevator. It was difficult to climb with the baggage’s and every night after walking around. the room which looks to the street was little noisy.

The apartment is amazing, very comfortable and close to La Sagrada familia. All the area is safe and you can easily walk at night and have some fun in the area too. The host, Noelia, is a super nice person that even save our bags after the check ou. We will return for sure.

Lovely place to be

The location of the place was great and well located to public transport. The apartment was cozy, specially the kitchen and the dining room. It's full equipped with all the appliances. There's a little cozy balcony which can be used to have some drinks when good weather 😅 The staff was also very nice and eager to help. Would totally recommend this place to my friends or family.

The thing I didn't like was that it didn't have a lift and it's a 4th floor, but we already knew this before and that wasn't something unexpected at all. The other thing is that, there was a problem with the electricity, which we could finally solve it ourselves. But unfortunately we were afraid to turn the heaters on as maybe there could be again any electricity problem.

The place is situated in the center of Barcelona and you can find there everything you need. The hosts are very kind. They let us leave our luggage for a few hours at their reception after checkout. The apartment is big and clean.

There is a lot of noise, the windows are very bad and you can hear the traffic as if you are with the window open. We bought some earplugs from a pharmacy and we were able to sleep. The pharmacy saleswoman told me that this is a problem all over Barcelona center.

Great value for money. Clean and nice apartment.

The location of the apartment is really nice. It is close to Sagrada Familia and also walking distance from other sights. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed.
