Good location, it takes 3 minutes to white beach.
Friendly staff.
It was quite difficult to find way to the hotel and difficult to get there with heavy bags, because you have to pass sand path.
In my opinion breakfast could be better, it was little bit scanty

The staff is top notch when it comes to customer service and hospitality.
Menu.
More options on the menu 😅

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. The shower is very good, the hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main area of restaurants activities etc
Maybe more options for breakfast are needed like scrambled, cereals or boiled eggs. But its only a suggestion not a complaint

good staff, room wasn’t throughly clean

The room is spacious and clean.
The staff are friendly, accomodating, always has a smile on their faces.
The Breakfast is simple, delicious, and enough to make you full before you start your day.
The staff accompany us, help us with our luggage until the tricycle station.
The staff are easy to talk for small request such as borrowing of cups and glasses.
When we arrive, since the location is a bit far and we have luggage and it is raining. When I notify the staff we are already in 7 11, I am hopeful next time they fetch the guest from 7 11. Need help for luggage and direction going to the hotel especially if you are first timer and when weather is bad in Boracay.
I hope they have space to dry laundry with direct sunlight or offer wash and dry even for a fee. Just a suggestion.

Nothing beats the serenity all throughout the day and night at Station 3. It honestly made me laze off the day while binge reading and watching Netflix on the cozy bed as I munch on freshly baked pizza delivered to my room by one of the locals' favorite Italian places.
I also love the convenience of allowing the guests to pay at the property for those who don't have a card. But be ready with a ₱2000 security deposit upon check-in, which Sir Jeff will then return at checkout, provided you didn't do any damage or stain to the room linens.
Free Filipino breakfast (silog meals + instant coffee) is delicious and just the right amount to kick-start your day, albeit the choices are limited and the serving isn't that much. They do serve a few more options in their mini kitchen, so feel free to order if you're lazy to eat out.
The staff, all 3 of them, whom I met in my 3-day stay are all welcoming and accommodating. You won't hesitate to reach out to them for any concerns.
As for my super cozy and well-lit room with glass doors and patio, it's so clean with 2 rattan chairs indoors and 2 beach lounge chairs at the patio if you wanna curl up and read or work on your laptop. The queen size bed and my pillows are all super comfy and good for my back problems.
The only thing that can make me think twice of booking my stay at Monallan would be the long walk from the Boracay Jetty Port Road (main) to the White Beach Path and then to the narrow alley that leads to the hotel on a cul de sac, even with a certified airport transfer services staff to assist me with my bags.
But don't be put off by the distance to and from the main road, as that has been offset by the super short walk to the noncrowded white sand beach at Station 3.
