Fresh and nice hotel with good rooms for fair price.

Room was big enough for the family with 3 kids. Two big beds and a sofa. Bed linen were clean and nice.

Short stay, didn't use facilities - just needed a clean room to sleep in and my need wasn't met.

location was great rooms were nice

not clean. floors dirty - visible dirt, debris and hair in bathroom and on carpet. Beds were so poorly made that I couldn't tell if the sheets had been changed or not. Bad smell in room.

Great stay we would stay again.

There was plenty of space for our family. We love the full size couch with trundle bed. The breakfast was great with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room seemed dark, even with all of the lights on and the curtains open. The fan in the restroom didn’t work at all so there was no air circulation in there.

Great modern, comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast was incredible. Best free hotel breakfast I have had in my life, except for one at a 5-star hotel on another continent. Many choices and everything was fresh and delicious.

Loved it, had a great time.

Everything worked well with our family. Loved the trundle couch great. The staff was very friendly helpful. The pool and gym was great. Location was great. Will be back.

Could have used some hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom. Was weird no sink by coffee pot and frig. Would have rather had a regular coffee pot. But really no reason for complaints. It worked great for the 5 of us.

Enjoyed our stay. Felt at home for our three nights with two small children

Location was nice by the La Plata River trail so we took walks each morning. Accommodations were great. Breakfast was very good with different choices daily.Staff very professional and place was very clean. Pool was nice & water temperature good for small children

The hotel was clean and very hospitable to dogs. Breakfast had a variety of choices and fruit. It is nice to have an indoor pool when the weather can be unpredictable.

Didn’t know waffles are only served on the weekends. Traveling with kids they love waffles and we missed out because they were so busy on Sunday we told them to wait until Monday. They were bummed with no waffles during the rest of our stay. Pool area ran out of towels in the evening almost every day. Needs to be checked in the evening.

This is a very nice room and was close to everything we wanted tondo in the Durango area.

The room and staff were very good. I had not stayed at a SpringHill Suites but will be back as it was a very clean and comfortable room.

Clean and modern

I did not like to room lay out. The bathroom was right in front of the beds with a huge glass door you could see shadows through. Also there was no vent in bathroom and smell of use entered the room and lingered.

Nice size, clean, and modern.

The pool area smelled bad (like a swamp). The blinking light on the smoke detector was annoying at night and kept me awake sometimes. The ongoing fan noise in the bathroom was annoying and can't be shut off.
