Nice but overpriced for the amenities

Newer hotel and had nice beds. Nice view out window.

Breakfast was lacking and out of coffee. Small and not inviting pool area

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Location was ideal. The value was definitely the selling point for us. Walking distance to the river walkway was a bonus too.

We were disappointed the swimming pool was heavily chlorinated the first day of our stay, it stung our eyes and we were coughing from the fumes. We could not safely swim and enjoy.

Slightly disappointing and frustrating.

Great breakfast, nice location, new facilities. Staff was nice but not honest about the pool.

Pool and hot tub was closed, we were told it would open the next day when they got chlorine, but it was obviously not maintained and never opened. I was told I wouldn’t be charged when I checked in but my card was charged anyway. When I went to our room it was already occupied, so we got a new one luckily because the place was sold out.

If we didnt get a good deal on these rooms, the score would have been worse.

Breakfast was great. Just be aware that the breakfast ends promptly. We watched a family have the door shut on them with just one minute left. I wish I was exaggerating. The room that my family reserved was comfy and clean. Perfect for when you are tired from traveling. Its adjacent to the river so that people can walk on the path along the river. Its right across the movie theatre which was hard to pass up on. Its near walmart so that you can get your stuff but away from the busy town.

I made reservations for 2 queen bed room for my family and a king bed room for my friends. Upon checking in, we were told that there was no king room available and was given a 2 queen bed room. What is the point of making reservations. My friend's room has random red spots on the bathroom door and the night lamp. My freind had also mentioned that one of the queen beds had been used and it seems the blankets were fixed up without changing the sheets. Although there are microwaves in the room, there are no community microwaves to use after breakfast is done. We wanted to eat together in the dinette area rather than making a mess and being crowded in the rooms. It was a struggle to heat food in the room and carry hot food down to the lobby. The host made it clear that we couldnt use the microwave in the breakfast area as she unplugged the microwaves. The hot tub was out of order the second day we arrived. But even if we had the chance to use the hot tub or pool, the hot tub was big enough to fit only 4 people. The pictures are deceiving.

Remember the good old days when room cleaning was a given?

During check-in they made it clear that rooms are cleaned by request only. I didn't like that, but whatever, I requested a room cleaning for the next day. We came back from our day out to find that the room was NOT cleaned at all. I complained to the front desk and made it very clear that we wanted the room cleaned the next day. After we came back from our second day out, we found that the room was not cleaned AGAIN. We didn't get a single room cleaning for our 3-night stay. There were a number of other issues during our stay, such as a lot of confusion and back-and-forth about a change to our booking, an "out of order" sign on the door to the pool for our whole stay (it was actually just the jacuzzi that was out of order), and a generally mediocre breakfast.

It was a last minute booking. As a family, we had one member who needed immediate rest. They went above and beyond to accommodate. They really were a wonderful staff!

Very disappointed, very uncomfortable.

The A/C Unit in the room didn't work and was noisy (clunking very loudly). This is during a heat wave and we didn't have A/C all night. The microwave didn't rotate and burned the coffee cup (almost caught fire). The fan in Bathroom was noisy like the blade was broken. I reported all this to the woman at front desk at checkout and she seemed ambivalent. Didn't say sorry bout that or anything. just stared at me. I was in room 117 on 7/25/2023

We love coming to Durango it’s a days drive from the sweltering heat of Phoenix and just a nice getaway destination. Oh

It is one of the quietest hotels that we’ve stayed in even though it’s a pet friendly hotel you never heard them. Breakfast was good and enough space for a lot of people to eat at once.

After a stay in one of the inn at Durango couple of days ago, I wasn't expecting this! It is a hotel with full amenities, breakfast included, and the staff were super nice! And I paid the same price as the inn my family stayed in. The hotel's location is about 5-7mins away from the "center" of Durango to find good restaurants. There's a good movie theater 2 mins walk from the hotel where we end up watching a movie after dinner. I definitely recommend staying here.

Entrance is located only on one side of the street. If you are new to the place, you might turn a street before the hotel's entrance. Then you will have no choice but to go back to the highway and loop back. An arrow or a sign near the property can be helpful.

It was pleasant stay. This is our second times stay. Thank you staff was very nice.

Breakfast was okay not too fancy including protein, fruits and cereals which are basic for breakfast. The room was clean and bright which i love.

I did like the bed. It was so weird with the top foam not comfortable the pillow was weird feeling.

4 people in a king bed, not happening!

Everything except their room error.

The woman at the desk insisted we had booked a king bed executive room. My registration receipt proved I booked 2 queen beds for 4 people. Luckily, they had a 2 bed available, and she switched us, even brought up the new pass card.

The breakfast was fresh, hot, plentiful, and a wide variety for complimentary. There was coffee, hot tea/ hot chocolate 24/7, which was nice. The location fit our needs. Close to grocery, restaurants, and downtown Durango. 👍

There was hair all over 1 of our 2 beds when we checked in. The comforters were paper thin, as were the towels. Bigger towels would be nice.

staff was nice and pleasant

kept having problems with the key cards - sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn’t. There was some major confusion when we extended our stay. Took a long time to straighten out.
