Geeignet für diejenigen, die eine Übernachtung in der Nähe von Landmark 81 erleben möchten

In Umgebung von Landmark 81 mit vielen Shops, Restaurants und auch Kino, gute Sicherheit und ganz ruhig zur Erholung.

Das Zimmer ist schon degradiert (Tür ist schwer zu bewegen, Einbauküche und Schränke sind schon alt) und die Sauberkeit ist auch ein Problem (ganz viel Staub im Badezimmer, noch Zigarette auf Boden), schwierig bei der Abholung von Schlüssel für die Wohnung.

Disappointing. Don’t be fooled by the photos. Once you step inside you realise this place is built very cheap and poor q

Not clean. Very run down. Very hard beds. Aircon didn’t work in one bedroom. Host was rarely responsive to messages and I had to chase her up many times. Showers both leak water quite badly. No hand towels provided, no fresh bath towels during the stay.

Stay away, do not enter, do not pass go!

If we could rate this place minus infinity, we would! When we were first greeted by the owner, she was rude and unpleasant. Demanded money upfront before we saw the apartment. We were shown 4 disgusting apartments. She made excuses throughout the entire time. The last apartment was no better than the 1st. They have not provided any information about the building and access. They have been super difficult. I had to remind them to send me an invoice. They continue to ignore our requests and ran away when they saw my husband outside the building. They have no idea about customer service. And they've updated the definition of luxury to a confusing level. This place is a scam.

Our initial apartment had black mold in the bathroom, dust, dirty, dent and marks all over the apartment. We were then shown another ones that was even worse. The 3rd one smelt of poo and cigarettes. Our final one was an "upgrade" and yet, my husband spent 5 hours cleaning the entire apartment. The bathroom door does not close. The toilet seat closes on you when you are using it. There's mold on the shower head. Unfinished painting on the ceiling. Dust in the ac vents, shelves, lights and behind the fridge. Cum stains and cigarette marks on the couch. We do not have access to the pool in our buidling. But the owner has said they'll give us access to another building. This is not acceptable! The mattress is old, soft and sinks in. The doors to the balcony are difficult to open and broken. The sliding door has been damaged previously. Only 2 mangey bath towels (from a golf resort) have been provided. We were only given this room because the owner said my husband was being difficult and complaining! When we showed the owner the dust, she would turn away and be on the phone. Nothing is luxurious here. It is false advertising. We asked for some window cleaner since there were fingerprints and lip marks on all the glass doors and windows, it took them over an hour even though we are right next door to the operations/cleaning room. The clothes hangers provided are cheap plastic and wire ones. Dirty kitchen utensils. This place is not a service apartment, it is an air bnb! It has nothing and it is devoid of luxury!

Very annoyed host is allowed to rent apartment in that state

The location is good

Black mould all around shower base, basin and kitchen sink. Cupboard doors on vanity rotted and falling off. Old toilet seat and lid inside vanity. Television not working. No pool ( as advertised ) available if staying short term . Lam the host was going to rectify issues but didn’t bother to do so. Ants in bathroom and kitchen.

Spacious with beautiful views but dirty and not well-maintained.

The female host/agent was very nice and straightforward. The unit is large in size and has a spectacular view of the city as it was on a high floor. The TV was big and had Netflix. The elevators were fast. The surrounding area was very residential, quiet and safe.

This condo unit has seen better days. The listing says "Landmark 4" which I presume is a newer building but the unit I got was in Landmark 1". The unit I stayed in had ants and there were stains in the bathroom and kitchen areas and kitchen table. The unit was not well-maintained and whoever owns it did not seem to put too much effort into fixing things up or making things nice. Run down and rather dirty. There is this obnoxious cologne smell to the room that is annoying and gets on your clothes. The neighborhood is very boring. Just 6-7 condo buildings all look thee same with the same stores and pharmacies on the ground floor of each building.

It was fun but not really worth what I have paid

I like the cleanliness and the convenience in my location

The security staff and other staff. I tried to look for help as I do not know really well this location, but they were not being nice. Some of them were showing attitude when I asked them some question. The most common answer that I received from them is please contacting your host. It was hard to contact my host as she rarely respond my message.

Asthmatics beware

We enjoyed the smell of the towels, the clean marbled tiles, the space, the master bedroom and the comfortable beds. Very centrally located in the concrete jungle of ward 22. Clean area with malls, theatres, attractions, children parks but unfortunately no Saigon vibe. You could be in any western city and you would have no idea.

we did not enjoy being switched apartments last minute. We were told her that we would have a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a certain view, they ended us moving to the other building with the view of another building in our face. The pictures did not match, even though we were happy overall with our stay. We really did not enjoy the smell of the apartment. When you first come in, it smells so strong of cologne, masking moldy smells coming from both bathrooms. Our unit had a master en suite bathroom which we did not use due to the overpowering smell of mold. The other bathroom was a little bit better, but you could see and smell mold everywhere! Underneath the kitchen sink was the same scenario. Opening that lower kitchen cupboard was a nightmare. Besides that, the lady that helped us check in was the least professional lady we have encountered during our trip so far. Scuffing and sighing at the price that we had booked our room from Booking.com, talking loudly on her phone while walking us to our unit, and genuinely not thankful for our business. We were told that the pool was not accessible to us due to our short stay, and that we needed fingerprint entry only to get in. We were told that, upon request, we could still go to the pool. We did not want to cause an inconvenience so we didn’t go. Not the expectations we had when we booked this high caliber “4 star” place.

Far away from luxury - a lot of cheaper options around for this price

It is close to a mall, plus you have all the restaurants for foreigners around. The host is really nice, trying to run her business as much as she can.

The photos and the name clearly do not reflect the reality. They are stated as luxury but far away from this. These buildings are like a lot of boxes stacked on top of each other. The furniture is old. I got into an apartment that was previously used for kids or something. Lot of things missing from kitchen to cook even a breakfast.

Bed feels like you are laying on wooden planks with a blanket over it. one bed room had no furnishings outside of the bed itself and an empty wardrobe (no lamp, no bedside table etc) Shower had enough room to perhaps fit an infant. You cannot go in and close the door since its so tight.

Good apartment but house keeping was poor.

Aircon required to be serviced in between and took 2-3 hrs ...with technician in the house...also the TV was not working properly. Kitchen was without basic items like cutlery/ cleaning cloths etc ...no extra garbage bags.... Cockroaches were there.... Wash basin in kitchen very smelly
