Superb

Its cozy and accessible to other places. Complete utilities and utensils.

Hot shower was not working in the unit.

Disappointing

Near several restaurants and SM. Transportation is not an issue.

The room smells especially 1004, it smells like the previous tenant cooked fish which the owner/care taker told us that there is nothing we can do about it. The smell stays even though we already opened all possible ventilations. We even bought our own Lysol cause the owner siad that they don’t have one. The bathroom is also dirty and smelly in 1003. My sister-in-law has to clean it but somehow it still stinks.

Disappointing. Basic cleanliness was not even met.

1. good location. near malls and basic needs. 2. you'll see the pool from the unit. can easily check if there are a lot of people before going for a swim. 3. has some view of the molo church and iloilo river.

1. washer was under maintenance and i was not informed prior my arrival even if i was already exchanging messages with the caretaker. the washer was one of the main reasons i booked this property. wasted a lot of time washing clothes instead of focusing on work or going out. 2. the unit does not look well maintained at all even if there is a note on the door that it is used but never abused. toilet was dirty. lots of mold and soap stains on the walls and shower head. 3. left over supplies from the tenant who stayed before me were not removed/cleaned up. lots of used soap which have not been disposed are piled up in the soap trays. gave an immediate feeling that unit was not sanitized which is very essential since covid-19 is still a pandemic. if it was not clean enough, most probably it was not disinfected before i arrived. 4. shower curtain felt like it haven't been washed for a long time. becomes "crunchy" when dry, slimy when wet. 5. was provided with cleaning materials but haven't had the time to use it. was too busy with work and had lots of commitments. the unit should have been cleaned in the first place. 6. design could be improved. not really a big deal but it would be an advantage.

The Security, cleanliness, affordable, Near the Business area easy Access to Malls Ang Resto accommodating staff.

The View My Window Show Construction Site so I give it 3 star 🌟🌟🌟
