Really great Villa! Only 3 apartments so if you book as a group you would have the whole place to yourself. Lovely bedrooms, air con, fridge, lovely bathroom, pool right outside with sea view.
Slightly further out to Anacapri centre than we thought but only a 5 minute walk to the bus station which takes you to Anacapri town, Capri & also the port and beaches.

Fully equipped small house at the same area of the owners house but with great privacy
Fabiana is a great host and was super kind to help us with reservations and many good tips about the island! Good location for faro beach
Nothing in particular, just bare in mind that this is Anacapri so I recommend to rent a scooter to move around the island and go to Capri town and other areas. Public transportation is reliable but might take time

Comfortable house in a quiet, peaceful location. The owner was very attentive and friendly, gave us lots of suggestions and advice and even tomatoes and lemons from their garden.

Me and my sister had a good stay there. We wouls book it again. Thanks for the fresh lemons from your garden.

We love that the property was homely and fully equipped with all appliances needed.
There is an outdoor space with a BBQ (although we didn’t use it).
This is a fantastic location with easy access to both sides of the island via public transferred. Though we both preferences the quaintness and beauty of Anacapri. Would and will be recommending to friends and family.
There wasn’t anything that we disliked.

We made a reservation for Casa Pierina five months ago. The weather forecast said it would rain, but we couldn't give up our long-awaited trip to Capri. With the help of friendly host Pierina, our trip to Capri will be the best memory of my life.
She did her best to check from time to time for any inconvenience.
I recommend this beautiful accommodation at a reasonable price.

- air conditioning
- hot shower
- washing machine
- friendly host and helpful folder with information
- not clean enough, especially inside kitchen cabinets
- spider webs and spiders
- some mould in shower
- very dated interior
- forced to check in late (1530) due to a previous “late checkout”
- loose electrical plugs near floor, not child safe!!!
- not particularly convenient location (need to catch one bus to Anacapri and then another to Capri)

The owner met us with cold water and lemons from her garden
We couldn’t stay longer…it took us a day or two to get our bearings once installed in Anacapri

The accommodation is perfect. Kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and the most beautiful view at sunset is all you need. The mistress is very kind and pleasant. I recommend!

We were very happy with the house, especially the kitchen which was well equipped and had all the essentials for cooking. The host, signora Fabiana, was very helpful and caring. We were also offered biological lemons from the garden, which were delicious.

Wonderful place a real home from home, Fabiana was very helpful and friendly as well being unobtrusive, she organised a boat trip around the island with a wonderful guy Luca, this was a real highlight of ours trip.

I liked the price and availability of an equipped kitchen and fridge, so I could prepare my food. I liked that the room had a window and the bed was large. I also liked that the bus stop was at the bottom of the hill just a short (yet steep) walk down. There is a decent restaurant also across from the bus stop, which is convenient both for feeding your hunger and recognizing the bus stop.
The location is not convenient. You need two buses to reach it, and the buses do not run very regularly. Also, the walk-up to the location is very steep and narrow, that the taxi refused to go up. I had to lug my suitcase up the steep hill. I also asked the host to find me a taxi that would go up, and she said she would. Although I gave her one-day notice to book the taxi, she told me 10 minutes before the taxi arrived that he will not go up the hill, and I had a heavy bag to carry. If I had known in advance, I would have taken the bus, since it stopped at the bottom of the hill. Breakfast was not included. Only coffee and tea and crackers and jam were available. The wifi connection was also frustrating, and would disconnect often, sometimes for 15 minutes. This is very inconvenient when you are expecting a taxi. The location is also away from the center of Anacapri.

This stay was absolutely amazing!! Fabiana is such a warm and kind host and did everything she could to make sure our stay was enjoyable. It is well located on the Anacapri side of the island and there's a bus stop basically right outside. We had a lovely time and highly recommend this accommodation.
I have no complaints!

Everything is perfect.
There are no disadvantages.

So, if you want to be accommodate as home is the perfect place to do it. If you want to feel that you are at your holiday house is also well to choose the place. Fabiana, the host, is very supportive and help you with information and logistics (she also transfer us from the bus station at arrival and departure). In location you can find everything if you want to cook, wash or seat outside. As a sweet welcome Fabiana left us in the refrigerator a bowl of plums from the yard.
I really recommend the place !!!
Very challenging if you don't have a car, cause the buses are not stop at the bus station. Very chaotic traffic on the island and no safety regulation apply. NO sidewalks and very high risk of accidents if you wan to walk. Location is in a hilly area (also cause the island is very hilly) so can be difficult for some person to take a walk to Anacapri center area. Transportation in the island is very chaotic and no very much information about the routes and departures time. Really recommant this side of the island if you want to have a relaxing vacantion.

Pretty awesome location in quiet area of Capri island.
Nothing to complain about
