About this apartment rental
The stylishly furnished 78sqm apartment with great attention to detail is centrally located in the Wilhelminian Waldstrasse district. It is very easy to reach by public transport and is only a few trams away from the train station. You can easily get to the city center, the stadium, the arena, the zoo and the neighboring Rosental on foot - to stroll, relax, picnic. The apartment is not only suitable for couples, but also for families and smaller groups. There is a large separate dining and lounge area with pub flair. This room can be used for smaller family reunions, game evenings, but also as a place for meetings for up to 10 people. The property currently sleeps up to 5 people. If required, we are happy to provide a travel cot for children up to 3 years free of charge. Our guests have a fully equipped apartment with a cozy living room (sofa bed 140x200 cm and daybed 90x200 cm), a bedroom with a large bed (160x200 cm), a kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired, a bath with separate toilet, hallway, Balcony and a spacious dining / lounge.
The area around Waldstrasse is one of the largest surviving Wilhelminian districts in Europe and is a listed building. Along the Waldstraße and its side streets, you can expect architectural highlights, individual shops and all kinds of cozy cafés and restaurants. A detour in the direction of Kickerlingsberg, Poetenweg or Gohliser Straße is also worthwhile and shows how it is with the necessary change in the north of Leipzig. Our apartment in Feuerbachstrasse can be reached by tram 4 in about 10 minutes from the main train station (Feuerbachstrasse stop). At the nearby Waldplatz, other tram lines (3, 7, 8, 15) take you in different directions.
