House was clean and comfortable. It provided everything we needed. Deep step from house to garage caused 1 family member to stumble. Another safety suggestion for paint on edge of side walk steps. We did have some older family members with us.

The house was clean and ready to go for our family- the only thing I would say is we were a little disappointed in the condition of the pool area's - bathrooms not cleaned - pools not cleaned - the area around the pool not swept off -

Great place in a great location, love the pools :) would stay again

Cockroaches were in the home and garage. Carpeting was soiled and had several stains in it. Kitchen was well stocked, but some pots, pans and other utensils needed to be replaced. Other repairs to the home needed to be addressed. Management company did fix some of the deficiencies and replace the pots and pans the day after we brought it to their attention. But, I feel they should have done a better job of maintaining and cleaning the home and providing pest control measures.

This home had it all! It was perfect for our family with kids ages ranging from 10-2. The pool and water slides was the highlight. The kitchen was fully stocked and they had enough laundry detergent to do multiple loads of laundry for us. Games for the kids and tv's in every room. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this house! I could not recommend it more!

There's a few things you need to upgrade. One being the pickle ball paddles. One was broke also the fire striker didn't work. We just went and bought one to light the fire pit. It was such a fun time.

I loved the location of this Townhouse. Nice short walk to both pools without having all the noise of the pools. Perfect for those who have younger children.

We LOVED our stay. We stayed at this same property last year and this year was just as amazing. So clean. It was perfect for our family of 8 adults and one 16 year old

The pools are amazing for young children. Many slides and play water features. Varying depths of
water to accommodate ages and abilities.
Property is close to hiking although we did not hike this time. All was great except the house car
pet was so dirty!! The vacuum cleaner was so stuffed that may explain dirty carpet.
Red Sands property management was very responsive for 6 requests to fix items, replace or
repair. The carpet should have been identified before arrival at least by the cleaners. And cleaned!!!
# 78 was in a great location for the pool and to the grocery stores and area restaurants.
Also, items were not where cupboards were marked so we had to hunt for items.

My family, including extended relatives, enjoyed the rental and it's amenities. The children loved the bunk room and lazy river. The adults loved the second floor balcony with views into the red cliffs and a dining table big enough for the whole family.
I would recommend.

We loved the location, we loved the items the house had for us to use as well.

Our family of 8 stayed here for one week, and we had everything we needed. The management communicated well, the house was clean and well-supplied, and paradise village had all the amenities for a great time! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Loved the layout of the house. The built in bunk beds were awesome! The pool is close and perfect! The only negatives were the carpets really needed to be cleaned and the throw pillows on the couches were pretty dirty.

Nice condo, lots of paperwork
The condo was in a great location and close to the pools and area amenities. The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. Overall, everything with the condo was as-advertised. The only downside was after we paid to book the condo, we received a 13 page rental agreement listing several fees and fines for various infractions. It was a little disconcerting especially given that we rented three condos for a family gathering and this condo was the only one that had an extensive rental agreement. It made us concerned about what to expect. Everything worked out well in the end. We took very good care of the unit and have not heard of any issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Great spot! Just upgrade the mattresses!
We love staying in this area! My kids loved the bunk bed room and although the reviews said the internet was so bad, we really didn’t have any issues. The ping pong ball set really needs an upgrade. All the balls were crap. The only negative is the beds are not comfortable and the pillows are pretty low quality.

Spacious home
The home was spacious and clean. They provided plenty of pool towels which was nice to not have to pack our own. The heated pools were great and so fun for the adults and kids. The only downfall was the internet. We did not have internet most of our stay which was especially frustrating when we couldn't even play a dvd for the kids because the smart tv wouldn't work without the internet. We contacted management and they responded very quickly but the internet kept going out even after the maintenance guy came.

Beautiful property
House was nice, beautiful and clean. My only complaint was wifi was terrible. It kept going out completely or very weak signal and we couldn't watch tv at night. This is a must when you are traveling with children.

Service was good. Home needs some work.
The home needs work. There were several things that we didn't really like about the home. I will label them so the owner can take the time to address them. Key pad to front door the batteries are nearly dead. Water in bathtub down stairs doesn't drain for hours. Carpet throughout the house is stained. The paper towels and toilet paper is the cheapest I've ever had to use. Blankets in the living space are old and stained. I wasn't sure when they were last washed so I refused to let my kids use them. The last thing that was super annoying is the internet DOESN'T work! There were many other things that we thought needed to be updated or fixed to ensure a follow up booking. We had a nice time because we were out of the house most of our stay. That being said I won't book there again and I would deter anyone that wanted to book there.

Would stay here again!
We LOVED our visit here! It was very clean and had everything that we could think of! We have visited many other places in the area but hope to come back here again! The beautiful home and the amenities were perfect! Also, the service was amazing, if we had a question they answered us very quickly and were always so helpful! Thank you again!

Good
Overall great stay at this home. We love the pools at Paradise Village. The housekeeping left a little to be desired - floors were filthy from the second we got there. Glass table top had a huge crack in it and it was crudely glued together to prevent us or our kids cutting ourselves on it but parts of the glue or whatever were flaking off. Seemed a little weird that there was a shared bathroom for two "master" suites yet the "kid's room" had its own bathroom. Also - the water filter majorly needs to be changed or the refrigerator needs to be repaired because the water was undrinkable! The taste was awful and none of the sinks in the house put out anything better. But overall great stay and amenities.

This was a great place to stay for our group.

Not as clean as they used to be
Our family has been taking trips to Paradise Village homes for 4 years now and have stayed in nearly a half a dozen different homes because we love the location, family friendly environment and awesome pools. Our latest stay in July 2021 left a bit to be desired. In general the homes built in the original section, like this one, are really starting to show the amount of use they get. This last stay at Paradise Village 78 in particular you could tell the home had seen better days. The carpets were stained and worn down. Numerous doors did not shut properly. Walls were dingy and beat up. Aside from the wear and tear being very apparent, this trip we noticed the home was not nearly as clean as we would have hoped and frankly what we have been used to staying at Paradise Village. The hard surface floors didn't appear to have even been mopped before we arrived. They were dirty enough that bare feet or white socks were black within a couple of hours walking on the floors. Additionally, we noticed the pools were very dirty. They didn't appear to have been swept or screened in quite some time.

Great home
We loved the house and distance to the pool. We played a lot of ping pong and Nintendo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs sink was clogged and the Nintendo had a broken controller. There wasn't a volleyball like it should have, but they delivered one to our place right away! We tried to figure out the fire pit but couldn't find the hole or the gas line like the instructions said, that was disappointing as we had to get creative with our marshmallow and hotdogs. Overall we had a very pleasant trip and would come again!

The Internet was the worst part. Besides that everything was amazing!

Good location.
It was a fine place to stay. Lots of kids, plenty of space for everyone.

Cleanliness
The signs said no shoes in the house which was fine but after walking around in our socks by the end of the day they were black because the tile was not cleaned that well. Also we had some dirty cups and bowls.
The fire pit we turned on but we’re afraid to have the kids by it because the fire ring was exposed and made the flames way to high. I suggest lowering the fire ring under the rocks where it probably started out at. Overall the did have a nice stay. Thank you so much

Great Time!
Had a great time here at Paradise Village. We have been before so already knew what to expect. This unit was clean and well furnished. If I had one suggestion it would be for the owner to invest in new mattresses for the main bedroom's, the bunkbeds were fine, but the other mattresses are really poor. The fire pit out back was a nice touch and the unit was comfortable to stay in.

We had a great time.. the home was beautiful and fit my families needs. I would highly recommend this rental.

Great weekend
We had a really great time! The place was clean and the facilities were awesome. It’s a lot further out of town than we anticipated so the drive back-and-forth was tedious. Also the wide angle lens for the photos in the ad are slightly deceiving and make it look a little bigger than it is but it was still super accommodating for us.

Got our fix of fun and sun
Great property, close to bike paths and pool. Perfect for our group. It even had nice cookware; I didn’t need to bring my own after all.

Great Spot
Everything was in tip-top condition. Plenty of space for everyone. Kids were upset when it was time to leave. We will definitely be back soon.

Zion Getaway
The property was great, however, late arriving guests needed to use the sleeper sofa. The property said there were sheets in a bedroom closet. We searched the whole property and could not find any sheets. I contacted the property manager about 8 pm with the number provided. However, my message was not returned until the next morning. And still, through many texts and delays I was not provided with sheets until late the next day. And all it took was access to key which should have literally taken minutes. Guests had to sleep without sheets that night, and the next day I stayed back, missing my family activities in order to wait for the promise of the delivery of sheets from the property manager that never materialized, only hours later to be told there was a key on the property the whole time.

Great place to stay
I loved the place it had all the things we needed for a great stay. Loved swimming everyday and roasting marshmallows. Beds were very comfortable, we all slept well. We called property management because of ants on the back patio and they came right away to spray. The only thing was the floor was pretty dirty even though it didn’t look dirty. All our socks and feet got dirty walking on the floors. The carpet too. Everything else was very clean.
