Very good

A pleasant surprise considering how reasonable the price was and it is made out of a shipping container. Well equipped kitchen and nice bath. Has everything for a one-night or multiple week stay. Pool and laundry area too.

It has AC but it would be nice to have screens on the windows and glass door to open up at night.

Comfortable, safe property a bit out in the country.

Great property. Clean, secure, comfortable. It's got a refrigerator and small kitchenette with coffee maker and coffee. Comfortable bed. Friendly host who responds quickly.

The only complaints I have is that the air conditioning is located inside one of the bedrooms, so the rest of the apartment stays a bit warm. The location is a few kilometers from town, and there is very limited options for food nearby.

Great modest accommodations!

Security and secure parking. Location is very good...not downtown but in a quiet neighborhood near primary shopping. Incredible value for cost. Note this is typical modest area accommodations. If you have lived or travelled in CR for any time, this is modest, typical and very clean, well equipped. Note, it has great WiFi...I was getting 95 Mbps, and large screen TV, and washer combo.

It was not clearly marked. On first visit you wonder if you are at the right place.

We stayed two times!

-well equiped kitchen -good size of the Appartement -washing mashine and a dryer in the Appartement -everything we needed :) We already came for a second stay :)

-Mosquito nets would be nice. -The Pool can be booked from others (for example for celebrations) so the guests of the Appartements are not allowed to use it while this time. We didn't know that but get informed from the staff in a kind way.

A clean place to stay with most of the comforts of home.

My kids loved the pool and trampoline! The apartment was well equipped and very clean. I only stayed one night but it would be a good option for a longer stay as well, with everything needed to live for a while. The staff were very friendly!

It was a bit hard to find the place, the signage could be improved. Even after we checked in, we went out and came back after dark and drove right by!

Clean and tidy, enough space and every important thing you need. There is no pool, but apart from that, everything was perfect. The man who worked there was very nice, kind and helpful, speaks good English and even drove us to the apartment. Thanks a lot!!

Coming after weeks from the rustical beach homes. This feels like civilization at its best: warm shower, great coffee machine, comfortable couch and chairs. Well equipped kitchen. And as bonus the pool.

The check-in was more luck than planned. This could be improved.

It is a big apartment with everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped and additional a washing machine outside. The pool is nice. Everything is very comfortable. Internet is super fast. One of the best equipped apartment that we had. Everything worked well and was clean. Price is super!

Nice Appartment

We spent three nights in this nice Appartement. It is very clean and the kitchen is equiped with everything and more. You can also use the pool outside. The owner is very friendly, speaks english and helps with everything you need. We can defently recommend it here.
